The hairpiece placer alignment machine of claim 1 or 6, wherein the vertical moving mechanism includes a guide rod fixed to a side surface of the holder and vertically disposed, and a moving device fitted over the guide rod and vertically moved along the guide rod, and the hairpiece cutting blade is fixed to the moving device.
