Abstract
An electronic cigarette cartridge with a fluid one-way valve structure and application thereof, wherein the electronic cigarette cartridge comprises a cartridge shell; the one-way valve structure body is connected with the smoke cartridge shell; the porous metal atomization element is connected with the one-way valve structural body; and a base connected with the porous metal atomization element. According to the electronic cigarette bullet with the fluid one-way valve structure, the resistance force of fluid flowing in the positive direction and the negative direction of the Tesla valve is different, the gas guiding and the oil guiding can be achieved by reasonably designing the size of the tube body of the Tesla valve, namely, the air pressure of an oil bin can be adjusted in real time along with the forward conduction of suction, and the smooth oil supply is ensured; and reverse resistance and pressure difference can be used, so that the problem of high-altitude negative pressure oil leakage of the electronic cigarette bomb is solved and improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of electronic cigarettes, and particularly relates to an electronic cigarette cartridge with a fluid one-way valve structure and application thereof.
Background
Along with the concern of people on self health and environmental pollution caused by smoking. Electronic cigarettes are gaining increasing popularity as a harm-reducing alternative to cigarettes. However, the electronic cigarette products in the market still have the problem of electronic cigarette oil leakage, which brings bad experience to consumers. Especially, the electronic cigarette liquid leakage under the high-altitude negative pressure condition is an industrial pain point. Aiming at the industry pain point, most designers strengthen the sealing design on the oil bin structure when designing the smoke cartridge structure, and adjust the porosity of the atomizing core, but the oil leakage problem still exists. Simultaneously, adopt to strengthen sealed oil bin and solve the oil leak problem, can cause in the use, along with the reduction of tobacco tar, if do not have the external gas to supply into, the oil bin can form the negative pressure, and the electron tobacco tar slows down or does not flow to atomizing core fuel feeding speed, unable suction. Therefore, the invention discloses a fluid one-way valve structure and a smoke oil collecting groove for solving the problem of oil supply and oil leakage of an electronic smoke bomb.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, one of the main objectives of the present invention is to provide an electronic cigarette cartridge with a fluid check valve structure and its application, so as to at least partially solve at least one of the above technical problems.
To achieve the above object, as one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electronic cartridge with a fluid check valve structure, comprising:
a cartridge housing;
the one-way valve structure body is connected with the smoke cartridge shell;
the porous metal atomization element is connected with the one-way valve structural body; and
and the base is connected with the porous metal atomization element.
As another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided an application of the electronic cigarette cartridge as described above in the field of electronic cigarettes.
Based on the technical scheme, the electronic cigarette cartridge with the fluid one-way valve structure and the application thereof have at least one or part of the following advantages compared with the prior art:
(1) according to the electronic cigarette bullet with the fluid one-way valve structure, the resistance force of fluid flowing in the positive direction and the negative direction of the Tesla valve is different, the gas guiding and the oil guiding can be achieved by reasonably designing the size of the tube body of the Tesla valve, namely, the air pressure of an oil bin can be adjusted in real time along with the forward conduction of suction, and the smooth oil supply is ensured; the problem of high-altitude negative pressure oil leakage of the electronic cigarette bomb can be solved and improved by utilizing reverse resistance and consuming pressure difference;
(2) the atomization core is formed by sintering porous metal fiber felt and porous ceramic at high temperature; the porous metal fiber felt generates heat and guides oil, and the atomization efficiency is high; the porous ceramic oil guide and storage device can recover the condensate and reduce the leakage risk of the condensate;
(3) the electronic cigarette cartridge is simple in structure and convenient to assemble.

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are illustrated in the drawings, but it should be understood that the present invention can be embodied in other various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Moreover, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present invention. In addition, the embodiments of the present invention provided below and the technical features in the embodiments may be combined with each other in an arbitrary manner.

The invention discloses an electronic cigarette cartridge with a fluid one-way valve structure, which comprises:
a cartridge housing;
the one-way valve structure body is connected with the smoke cartridge shell;
the porous metal atomization element is connected with the one-way valve structural body; and
and the base is connected with the porous metal atomization element.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a tesla valve is disposed on the check valve structure, and two ends of the tesla valve are respectively connected to the oil bin and the atomization chamber of the electronic cigarette.
In some embodiments of the invention, the tesla valve is disposed on an outer surface of the e-cartridge sealing structure body.
In some embodiments of the invention, the tesla valve has no less than three repeating units.
In some embodiments of the invention, the repeat unit of the tesla valve has a groove depth of 0.1 to 1mm, for example, 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1 mm.
In some embodiments of the invention, the width of the groove of the repeating unit of the tesla valve is 0.1 to 1mm, for example, it may be 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1 mm.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the check valve structure is further provided with a smoke oil collecting groove;
in some embodiments of the invention, the soot collection groove communicates with the atomizing chamber.
In some embodiments of the invention, the e-cartridge further comprises a seal disposed between the cartridge housing and the one-way valve structure;
in some embodiments of the present invention, the material used for the sealing member is silicone.
In some embodiments of the invention, the electronic cartridge further comprises an electrode holder disposed on the cartridge base and coupled to the porous metal atomizing element;
in some embodiments of the invention, the electrode mount comprises an electrode rivet.
The invention also discloses an application of the electronic cigarette cartridge in the field of electronic cigarettes.
The technical solution of the present invention is further illustrated by the following specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the following specific examples are given by way of illustration only and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the invention discloses an electronic cartridge with a fluid check valve structure, which includes a cartridge case 100, a sealing silica gel (sealing element) 200, a check valve structure 300, a porous metal atomizer 400, a base 500, and an electrode 600. The sealing silica gel 200 is sleeved between the cartridge case 100 and the check valve structure 300, the porous metal atomizer 400 is arranged in the check valve structure 300, the check valve structure 300 is clamped on a support of the base 500, and two electrode leads on the porous metal atomizer 400 penetrate through electrode ports corresponding to the base 500 and are fixed on the electrode rivet 600.
The assembly main body is arranged in the smoke cartridge shell 100 filled with oil, and is tightly matched with the inner wall of the smoke cartridge shell 100 through the base 500 and the sealing silica gel 200, so that the inside of the whole smoke cartridge is divided into an upper oil bin, a lower atomization cavity and a straight-through airflow channel positioned at the axis.
The inner structure of the check valve structure 300 is designed according to the shape of the atomizing core, the upper part of the check valve structure 300 is provided with an oil through hole and a vent hole, and the oil supply amount is controlled by the size of the oil through hole.
As shown in fig. 2, the fluid check valve body structure 301 is a groove structure disposed on the outer wall of the upper section of the plastic sleeve, and is combined with the sealing silica gel 200 to form a fluid check valve tube structure. The check valve structure 301 in this embodiment is a tesla valve structure, which is a fixed spatial structure and allows fluid to flow in one direction without mechanical movement. The Tesla valve has the principle that when fluid flows forwards, the fluid flows forwards unimpededly, and the total pressure loss is small; however, when the fluid flows in the reverse direction, the fluid is repeatedly blocked, shunted and refluxed, the fluid is blocked from flowing forwards, the total pressure loss is extremely large, the outlet pressure of the fluid is reduced to be close to the atmospheric pressure, the driving pressure is almost disappeared, and the fluid hardly flows.
The Tesla valve 301 is arranged on a sealing component (namely an electronic cigarette cartridge sealing structure-one-way valve structure body 300) for blocking the oil bin and the atomizing cavity; the oil bin end 302 of the tesla valve 301 leads to the oil bin and the atomising chamber end 303 is connected to the atomising chamber. The direction from the atomizing cavity to the oil bin is set to be a forward structure of a Tesla valve. By utilizing the characteristic of the Tesla valve, the balance between the oil bin and the external atmospheric pressure is adjusted, the smoothness of oil supply is ensured, and the electronic cigarette liquid is prevented from leaking. Specifically, when the electronic cigarette liquid in the oil bin is consumed, the air pressure in the oil bin is reduced, the air can be quickly led into the oil bin through the Tesla valve, the air pressure of the oil bin is kept consistent with the air pressure outside, and smooth oil supply is guaranteed. The direction from the oil bin to the atomizing cavity is reverse, the air pressure of the oil bin becomes lower than the external air pressure, the electronic cigarette liquid can be squeezed into the Tesla valve due to the pressure difference, the electronic cigarette liquid can not flow to the atomizing cavity through the valve body after being dispersed through multiple times of backflow, and oil leakage is prevented.
Meanwhile, a smoke oil collecting groove 304 is arranged at the lower section of the check valve structure body 300, and the smoke oil collecting groove 304 has the functions of guiding, collecting and storing smoke oil. When under high altitude negative pressure limit condition, oil bin atmospheric pressure is higher than ambient pressure, and the capillary force of atomizing core is not enough to pin the tobacco tar, and some tobacco tar can permeate the atomizing chamber through the atomizing core, and the tobacco tar collection groove can collect this part of tobacco tar and store, further prevents that the tobacco tar from passing through the air flow channel weeping.
At least 3 repeating units of the tesla valve 301 are provided, and in this embodiment, three repeating units are provided, as shown in fig. 2, the depth of the groove of the tesla valve 301 is 0.1mm to 1mm, and the width of the groove is 0.1mm to 1 mm.
The material used for the check valve structure 300 may be plastic, silicon, metal, etc., but is not limited thereto. The Tesla valve is arranged on the valve body component, and then the Tesla valve is singly arranged or matched with other components to form a Tesla valve tube body structure which seals the oil bin and blocks the oil bin and the atomizing cavity. Therefore, the oil bin in the electronic cigarette bomb supplies the electronic cigarette liquid to the atomizing core for atomization through the oil guide channel, the air pressure balance between the oil bin and the atomizing cavity is adjusted through the one-way valve, the smooth oil supply is ensured, and the oil leakage caused by pressure difference is also prevented. The check valve structure 300 of the present invention may have a cylindrical shape, a flat cylindrical shape, or a rectangular parallelepiped shape, but is not limited thereto.
The porous metal atomizer 400 includes an atomizing core, which is a porous metal fiber and porous ceramic composite high-temperature fired atomizing core. The porous metal fiber is used as an electric heating atomization element, so that atomization and oil conduction can be realized, and the atomization efficiency is improved. The micropore ceramic tube is used for fixing the electric heating atomization element, and has the functions of storing oil, supplementing and guiding oil, and dispersing part of heat to atomize the tobacco tar; smoke oil condensate in the air flow channel is recovered, and oil leakage is prevented.
It should be noted that, although the invention has been shown and described with reference to the specific exemplary embodiments thereof, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and it is intended that the invention encompass such changes and modifications as fall within the scope of the claims and the equivalent technical scope of the invention.
