a second double-sided rack (83) connected to the top end of the guide rod (82);
the number of the fourth fixing plates (84) is two, and the two fourth fixing plates (84) are symmetrically connected to the water tank (3);
two third rotating rods (85) are arranged, and the two third rotating rods (85) are rotatably connected between the fourth fixing plates (84) on the two sides;

a second fixing rod (91) mounted at the bottom end of the mounting frame (4);
the spiral guide pipe (92) is connected to the bottom of the second fixing rod (91), and the spiral guide pipe (92) is sleeved on the outer side of the spraying pipe (79);
and the guide post (93) is connected to the outer side of the spraying pipe (79), and the guide post (93) is matched with the spiral groove of the spiral guide pipe (92).
