Height adjusting device and mower with same
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mowing machine, in particular to a height adjusting device and a mower with the height adjusting device.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the greening consciousness of people is gradually enhanced, and the requirements on the surrounding environment are higher and higher. In recent years, the coverage of green lawns and other vegetation has been increasing, and with this, the amount of work for trimming and managing various vegetation has become enormous, and workers have to spend a lot of time and effort managing lawns and vegetation. And the lawn mower replaces a manual mowing mode, and mechanically mows the lawn and the vegetation, so that the operation efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor intensity and the labor cost are reduced. Therefore, the lawn mower is widely used in daily life, agricultural production, and gardening. Particularly, the riding mower not only can efficiently repair vegetation, but also improves the working environment and comfort of workers.
Generally, the vegetation grows in different growth vigors depending on the type of vegetation, and the height of the vegetation repaired by the mower needs to be adjusted according to actual conditions. Increasingly, lawn mowers are available in the market where the height of the mowing structure is allowed to be adjusted. Specifically, a conventional lawn mower includes a main body, a mowing mechanism, and an elevation mechanism connected to the main body and the mowing mechanism, and the elevation mechanism is operated to change a relative position between the mowing mechanism and the main body, thereby adjusting a height of the mowing mechanism and a ground surface, so that vegetation repaired by the lawn mower can be maintained at different heights. However, the existing lawn mowers still have a lot of problems in the actual use process.
Firstly, the height-adjusting mechanism of the existing mower is a manual height-adjusting mechanism, which is complex to operate and affects the trimming efficiency and progress of the mower. Specifically, before the height of the mowing mechanism from the ground needs to be adjusted, an operator needs to stop running and working of the mowing machine, then manually release the restriction on the mowing mechanism which is kept at a fixed position so that the height of the mowing mechanism is allowed to be adjusted, further operate the height adjusting mechanism, and when the height of the mowing mechanism from the ground meets the requirement, the height adjusting mechanism restricts the mowing mechanism to the fixed position again, and then the mowing machine can be started again. Manually operation the structure of increaseing is not only loaded down with trivial details, has reduced moreover the operating efficiency of lawn mower. In addition, the heightening mechanism is complex in structure, the mowing mechanism is provided with a sharp cutter head, and great potential safety hazards exist in manual operation.
Secondly, the ground clearance of the mowing mechanism is changed only after manual adjustment, namely, the ground clearance of the mowing mechanism of the mower is kept unchanged all the time in the running process of the mower, if an operator does not notice an obstacle which is hidden in vegetation and has a size larger than the ground clearance of the mowing mechanism, such as a stone, when the mowing mechanism trims the vegetation, the stone directly impacts on a cutter head of the mowing mechanism rotating at a high speed, and the mowing mechanism is damaged. Therefore, the flexibility and the automation degree of the existing mower are low, the requirement on the operation level of operators is high, the service life of a cutter head of the mowing mechanism is short, and the maintenance cost of the existing mower is high.
