Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a mobile terminal, including: the terminal comprises a terminal shell and a terminal main body arranged in the terminal shell, wherein the terminal main body comprises a main antenna and a first diversity antenna which are respectively arranged corresponding to the top area and the bottom area of the terminal shell; the terminal body further comprises a second diversity antenna arranged corresponding to at least one side area of the terminal shell. According to the mobile terminal, on the basis that the original antenna of the mobile terminal is not influenced, the second diversity antenna is additionally arranged in the side edge area of the mobile terminal, so that the communication performance of the mobile terminal cannot be influenced due to the use habit of a user in the using process, and better user experience is achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to a mobile terminal.
Background
With the continuous development of modern commercial mobile communication technology, the wireless internet access function of mobile terminals (such as mobile phones, tablet computers, personal digital assistants, etc., hereinafter referred to as mobile phones for example) is more and more widely applied, and the requirements of people on the internet access speed and reliability of mobile phones are higher and higher.
The main and diversity antennas of a conventional handset are typically distributed at the bottom and top of the handset. Under the layout, the performance of the bottom main antenna is greatly reduced when a user holds the bottom main antenna by hand, if the top diversity antenna is intelligently switched by a switch, the performance of the antenna is greatly reduced due to the close proximity of the top diversity antenna when the user communicates, and the SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) is also high when the top diversity antenna transmits at medium and high frequency.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present disclosure provides a mobile terminal having a side antenna to solve the above technical problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the disclosure is as follows:
according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a mobile terminal including: the terminal comprises a terminal shell and a terminal main body arranged in the terminal shell, wherein the terminal main body comprises a main antenna and a first diversity antenna which are respectively arranged corresponding to the top area and the bottom area of the terminal shell; the terminal body further comprises a second diversity antenna arranged corresponding to at least one side area of the terminal shell.
Optionally, the second diversity antenna is a side slot antenna.
Optionally, the second diversity antenna is disposed proximate to a top region of the terminal housing; wherein the second diversity antenna has a ground point disposed at an end of the second diversity antenna proximate to the top region of the terminal housing.
Optionally, the second diversity antenna is disposed proximate to a bottom region of the terminal housing; and the grounding point of the second diversity antenna is arranged at the end part of the second diversity antenna close to the bottom area of the terminal shell.
Optionally, the second diversity antenna includes a gap, and the gap is disposed in a middle region of the terminal main body.
Optionally, the second diversity antenna includes a break disposed at an end of the second diversity antenna near the terminal housing top region.
Optionally, the terminal main body includes two second diversity antennas, and the two second diversity antennas are respectively disposed in two side areas of the terminal main body.
Optionally, two of the second diversity antennas are located at diagonal positions of the mobile terminal.
Optionally, the mobile terminal further includes a GPS antenna and a WiFi antenna; the GPS antenna, the WiFi antenna and the first diversity antenna are located at the same end of the terminal shell.
Optionally, the main antenna corresponds to a bottom region of the terminal housing, and the GPS antenna, the WiFi antenna, and the first diversity antenna correspond to a top region of the terminal housing.
Optionally, the main antenna, the first diversity antenna and the second diversity antenna are integrated in one or more combinations of a metal bezel, an LDS, a PFC or an LCP.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: according to the mobile terminal, on the basis that the original antenna of the mobile terminal is not influenced, the second diversity antenna is additionally arranged in the side edge area of the mobile terminal, so that the communication performance of the mobile terminal cannot be influenced due to the use habit of a user in the using process, and better user experience is achieved.

Detailed Description
The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments shown in the drawings. These embodiments do not limit the disclosure, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the disclosure.
The terminology used in the present disclosure is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the disclosure. As used in this disclosure and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
In the following, some embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and features in the following examples and embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a mobile terminal 100 of the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a terminal housing 10 and a terminal body 20 disposed within the terminal housing 10. The terminal body 20 includes a structural center, a control panel fixed to the structural center, and a battery, etc. mounted to the structural center. The terminal housing 10 includes a rear cover and a frame, and the rear cover and the frame may be integrally formed, or the frame and the structural middle frame may be integrally formed. In addition, the mobile terminal 100 further includes a display module, which is mounted on the terminal body 20.
The terminal body 20 further includes a main antenna 21 and a first diversity antenna 22 provided corresponding to the top and bottom regions of the terminal housing 10, respectively. That is, the main antenna 21 may be disposed in the top region of the terminal housing 10, and the first diversity antenna 22 is disposed in the bottom region of the terminal housing 10; alternatively, the main antenna 21 is disposed in the bottom region of the terminal housing 10, and the first diversity antenna 22 is disposed in the top region of the terminal housing 10.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the main antenna 21 is disposed at the bottom region of the terminal housing 10, and the first diversity antenna 22 is disposed at the top region of the terminal housing 10. The gap between the main antenna 21 and the first diversity antenna 22 may be provided on the side surface of the terminal housing 10 (as shown in fig. 1) or may be provided at the tip of the terminal body (as shown in fig. 2). It should be noted that the top area and the bottom area of the mobile terminal 20 are defined by the user's common usage habit in the vertical direction of the mobile terminal 20, and the size of the top area and the bottom area may be specifically defined according to the size of the main antenna 21 and the first diversity antenna 22.
The close proximity of the user to the head during the use of the mobile terminal 100 may cause a significant degradation in antenna performance. Thus, the terminal body 20 of the present disclosure further includes a second diversity antenna 23 disposed corresponding to at least one side region of the terminal housing 10. Here, the side regions corresponding to the terminal housing 10 refer to: the second diversity antenna 23 is disposed on the terminal body 20, and after the terminal body 20 is assembled in the terminal housing 10, the second diversity antenna 23 is close to a side frame of the terminal housing 10, and the second diversity antenna 23 is located on the mobile terminal 100 in a side area of the mobile terminal 100. In this embodiment, the second diversity antenna 23 is set in the side area of the mobile terminal 100, and the intelligent switching technology of the mobile terminal 100 is combined, so that the antenna switching is performed when there is a signal interference factor on the mobile terminal 100, thereby achieving better communication performance of the mobile terminal 100 and improving user experience.
The main antenna 21, the first diversity antenna 22 and the second diversity antenna 23 respectively include a grounding point and a feeding point, the main antenna 21, the first diversity antenna 22 and the second diversity antenna 23 are connected to the control panel through respective feeding points through lines, and the main antenna 21, the first diversity antenna 22 and the second diversity antenna 23 are respectively connected to the grounding elastic sheet through respective grounding points. When the frame of the terminal housing 10 is a metal frame, the main antenna 21, the first diversity antenna 22 and the second diversity antenna 23 may be connected to the metal frame through respective grounding points.
In the present disclosure, the mobile terminal 100 may be a mobile phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a mobile computer, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or the like. The main antenna 21, the first diversity antenna 22 and the second diversity antenna 23 in the mobile terminal 100 are integrated in one or a combination of a metal frame, LDS (Laser-Direct-structuring), PFC (Flexible Printed Circuit board) or LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer). Specifically, the antenna types of the antenna 21, the first diversity antenna 22, and the second diversity antenna 23 are an IFA antenna, a monopole antenna, or an inverted-L antenna, or their variants, and the like.
Preferably, the second diversity antenna 23 is a side slot antenna. The slot of the side slot antenna is in a strip shape, and the length of the slot antenna is about half wavelength of a low-frequency mode. The length direction of the side slot antenna is identical to the length direction of the mobile terminal 100.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment, the second diversity antenna 23 is disposed near a top area of the terminal housing 10. The grounding point of the second diversity antenna 23 is disposed at an end of the second diversity antenna 23 near the top area of the terminal housing 10, and the end has a certain space range so that the grounding point of the second diversity antenna 23 can have a plurality of position options according to requirements.
Referring to fig. 4, in yet another embodiment, the second diversity antenna 23 is disposed near a bottom region of the terminal housing 10. The grounding point of the second diversity antenna 23 is disposed at an end of the second diversity antenna 23 near the bottom region of the terminal housing 10, and the end has a certain space range so that the grounding point of the second diversity antenna 23 can have multiple position options according to requirements.
Further, in the above embodiments, the second diversity antenna 23 includes the break 231, the break 231 may be disposed in the middle region of the terminal body 20, and the break 231 may also be disposed at the end of the second diversity antenna 23 near the top region of the terminal housing 10. When the slit 231 of the second diversity antenna 23 is disposed in the middle region of the terminal body 20, the free space performance is better, and the longitudinal eigenmode of the floor or the whole machine is easier to excite, which helps to improve the efficiency and bandwidth of the low frequency, thereby improving the performance of the mobile terminal 100. When the break 231 is disposed at the end of the second diversity antenna 23 close to the top region of the terminal housing 10, the performance of the head and hand is relatively good, and the head and hand drop amplitude is relatively low, because the transverse modes of the floor of the whole machine are relatively large in this layout mode, the influence of the head and hand is relatively small.
Referring to fig. 6, in another embodiment, the terminal body 20 includes two second diversity antennas 23, and the two second diversity antennas 23 are respectively disposed in two side areas of the terminal body 20. Preferably, the two second diversity antennas 23 are located at opposite corners of the mobile terminal 100, and are arranged so that a user does not obscure all antennas when holding the mobile terminal in a landscape or portrait screen, thereby enabling the mobile terminal 100 to provide better network performance. Wherein the break of the second diversity antenna 23 is located in the middle area of the terminal body 20, and the second diversity antenna 23 is grounded at a corner position (located near the top area or the bottom area of the terminal housing 10).
In the above embodiments, the middle area is an area between the top area and the bottom area, and the range size of the specific middle area may be set according to the size of the second diversity antenna 23, and is not particularly limited herein. Preferably, the break of the second diversity antenna 23 is provided on or near the middle line of the terminal body 20 in the lateral direction.
Of course, the number of the second diversity antennas 23 in the present disclosure is not limited to two, and a plurality of second diversity antennas 23 may be disposed in the side area of the mobile terminal 100 according to the communication requirement, and the positions of the break and the ground point of the second diversity antenna 23 may be arbitrarily set. In addition, referring to fig. 4, in the case of having one second diversity antenna 23, the second diversity antenna 23 may also be disposed in the middle area of the side area of the mobile terminal 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the mobile terminal 100 of the present disclosure further includes a GPS antenna 24 and a WiFi antenna 24. Because the size of the first diversity antenna 22 is smaller than that of the main antenna 21, the GPS antenna 24, the WiFi antenna 24 and the first diversity antenna 22 are located at the same end of the terminal housing 10, and the GPS antenna 24 and the WiFi antenna 24 may be integrally disposed or disposed at any position of the terminal main body 20 according to the structural layout. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the main antenna 21 corresponds to a bottom area of the terminal housing 10, and the GPS antenna 24, the WiFi antenna 24 and the first diversity antenna 22 correspond to a top area of the terminal housing 10. Of course, the main antenna 21 may be disposed corresponding to the top region of the terminal housing 10, and the GPS antenna 24, the WiFi antenna 24 and the first diversity antenna 22 may be disposed corresponding to the bottom region of the terminal housing 10.
According to the method and the device, on the basis that the original antenna of the mobile terminal is not influenced, the second diversity antenna is additionally arranged in the side edge area of the mobile terminal, so that the communication performance of the mobile terminal cannot be influenced due to use habits of a user in the using process, and better user experience is achieved.

Claims (7)
1. A mobile terminal, comprising: the terminal comprises a terminal shell and a terminal main body arranged in the terminal shell, wherein the terminal main body comprises a main antenna and a first diversity antenna which are respectively arranged corresponding to the top area and the bottom area of the terminal shell; the terminal main body further comprises a second diversity antenna arranged corresponding to at least one side area of the terminal shell;
the second diversity antenna is a side slot antenna;
the second diversity antenna comprises a broken joint, and the broken joint is arranged in the middle area of the terminal main body.
2. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the second diversity antenna is disposed proximate a top region of the terminal housing; and the grounding point of the second diversity antenna is arranged at the end part of the second diversity antenna close to the top area of the terminal shell.
3. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the second diversity antenna is disposed proximate a bottom region of the terminal housing; wherein the grounding point of the second diversity antenna is disposed at an end of the second diversity antenna near the bottom region of the terminal housing.
4. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the terminal body comprises two second diversity antennas, and the two second diversity antennas are respectively disposed at two side regions of the terminal body.
5. The mobile terminal of claim 4, wherein the two second diversity antennas are located diagonally from the mobile terminal.
6. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises a GPS antenna and a WiFi antenna; wherein the GPS antenna, the WiFi antenna and the first diversity antenna are located at the same end of the terminal shell.
7. The mobile terminal of any of claims 1-6, wherein the main antenna, first diversity antenna, and second diversity antenna are integrated in one or more combinations of a metal bezel, LDS, PFC, or LCP.
