Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting thereof. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Example 1
The express delivery method provided by the embodiment can be suitable for the case that the express delivery person delivers the express to the user, and is particularly suitable for the case that the express delivery point delivers the express to each user. The method may be performed by a fast delivery device, which may be implemented in software and/or hardware, and which may be integrated in an electronic device having a display output function, such as typically a user terminal electronic device, e.g. a mobile phone, a palm top computer or a tablet computer. Referring to fig. 2, the method of this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
s110, when a trigger instruction of an express delivery request control corresponding to the express to be delivered is detected, which is displayed on a user client interface, express information corresponding to the express to be delivered is obtained.
The express request control is a control for generating an express request, is a control in a user client, and can be displayed on a display interface of the user client. The express information is information capable of uniquely representing an express to be delivered, and can be, for example, an express bill number; the task information can also be acquired by the corresponding articles of the express delivery, such as order numbers, or a combination of at least two of user names, mobile phone numbers, names and quantity of the corresponding articles of the express delivery; the system can also set express delivery codes, such as numbers coded according to a certain rule sequence.
In order to discard the paper order list, the information required by the user when the user takes the express delivery is set to be presented in an electronic form in the embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 3, after the courier reaches the courier delivery point, a notification is sent to the user group. After the user arrives at the pick-up location, the user may need to queue up the pick-up for a lot of people. When the user fetches the express and needs to display the express information of the express to be delivered, the operation can be performed on the user client interface displaying the express fetching interface, for example, the user clicks the express fetching request control 401 which can generate the express fetching request as shown in fig. 4, and the user client monitors the triggering instruction generated by triggering the express fetching request control, so as to obtain the express information corresponding to the express to be delivered according to the triggering instruction. The way of obtaining the express information can be obtained by inquiring from a local storage space or a server according to the corresponding relation between the triggering instruction and the express to be delivered and the express information, or can be generated in real time according to the related information of the express to be delivered corresponding to the triggering instruction.
S120, outputting the express information so that the delivery client obtains the express information and searches for the express to be delivered based on the express information.
After the express information is obtained, the express information is output so as to be displayed on a user client interface. At this time, the user may display the interface with the express information displayed as shown in fig. 5 to the courier, so that the courier searches for the express to be delivered according to the express information and delivers the express to the user. More conveniently, the user client can further transmit the express information to the delivery client held by the courier in an electronic transmission mode. For example, when the user client outputs the express information, the user client initiates generation of a short-distance information transmission signal such as a near field communication (Near Field Communication, NFC) signal or a bluetooth signal, so as to transmit the express information to the delivery client. Therefore, the courier can search and deliver the to-be-delivered express according to the express information displayed on the delivery client.
Illustratively, S120 includes: and generating and displaying scannable information corresponding to the to-be-delivered express according to the express information, so that the delivery client can scan and obtain the express information corresponding to the to-be-delivered express and display the express information, and searching the to-be-delivered express based on the express information.
The scannable information refers to information that can be scanned by a client, and may be, for example, a two-dimensional code or a bar code.
The way of outputting the express information is to directly display the express information in a text form or an image form, and also to encode the image by using the express information to generate scannable information for display. And then, the courier can scan the scannable information by using the delivery client, so that the courier can quickly transmit the courier information in the user client to the delivery client. The advantage of setting like this is that, for the express delivery person looks over the mode of express delivery information from user client interface, can avoid the express delivery person frequently to look over user client, improve express delivery information transmission's convenience, and then improve delivery efficiency and user experience who waits to deliver the express delivery. Compared with the mode of transmitting the express information through the network, the method can ensure the order of express delivery in a simpler mode, and an express delivery person can search and deliver an express to be delivered by scanning one piece of scannable information, so that the express delivery efficiency of both parties is improved to a certain extent; in addition, the method can effectively avoid the phenomenon of disordered delivery of the express delivery caused by the fact that the user clicks the express delivery request control by mistake and sends the express delivery information to the delivery client before reaching the delivery point. Finally, when the scannable information is scanned, the identity verification of the pick-up person can be performed to a certain extent, and the situation of wrong delivery of the express delivery is prevented.
Exemplary, generating and displaying scannable information corresponding to the to-be-delivered express according to the express information includes: and acquiring task information according to the express bill number and/or the articles corresponding to the express to be delivered in the express information, and generating a two-dimensional code corresponding to the express to be delivered.
The method for generating the scannable information by using the express information in the process can be to encode by using the express bill number in the express information and/or the task information acquired by the article corresponding to the express to be delivered, thereby generating the two-dimensional code as the scannable information corresponding to the express to be delivered. The process of generating the two-dimensional code can be generated locally by the user client or can be issued to the user client after the server generates the two-dimensional code.
According to the technical scheme, when the triggering instruction of the express delivery request control corresponding to the express to be delivered is detected, the express information corresponding to the express to be delivered is obtained. The automatic acquisition of the express information of the express to be delivered is realized, the use of a paper order list is avoided, the problem of express delivery errors caused by user privacy leakage, increased operation cost and express information errors is solved to a certain extent, and the accuracy and the efficiency of the acquisition of the express information of the express to be delivered are improved. And outputting the express information so that the delivery client obtains the express information and searches for the express to be delivered based on the express information. The method and the system realize quick exchange of the express information between the user and the courier, so that the courier can quickly and accurately deliver the express to be delivered, and the delivery accuracy and efficiency of the express to be delivered are improved.
Example two
The embodiment adds a step of changing the control state of the express delivery request control on the basis of the first embodiment. On the basis, the step of changing the express delivery state after the express delivery is finished can be further added. Wherein the explanation of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments is not repeated herein. Referring to fig. 6, the quick delivery method provided in this embodiment includes:
s210, changing the control state of the express request control into an available state when the express delivery state corresponding to the to-be-delivered express is detected to meet the preset state.
The express delivery state refers to a state in which an express is in a process from delivery to a user, for example, a transportation state in route transportation, a delivery state in which the express is delivered to the user by an express delivery person after the express is sent out from an express delivery point, a delivery state in which the express is delivered to the user by the express delivery person, and the like. The preset state is a preset express delivery state, and is used for judging whether to change the control state of the express request control.
As shown in FIG. 4, in the user client, the courier request control may be displayed whenever an item acquisition task (e.g., an order) is generated. However, in order to make the express request control reflect the delivery state of the express to a certain extent, in this embodiment, the control state of the express request control corresponds to the express delivery state 402. That is, only when the delivery state of the express to be delivered meets the preset state, the control state of the express request control can be changed into the available state, otherwise, the control state is the unavailable state, and even if the express request control is visible on the user client, the express request control cannot be operated. In specific implementation, a user client monitors an express delivery state of an express to be delivered, and the express delivery state is issued by a server corresponding to the user client. When the express delivery state is detected to be a preset state, changing the control state of the express request control to an available state, and at the moment, the user can click the express request control.
For example, detecting that the express delivery state corresponding to the to-be-delivered express delivery satisfies the preset state includes: when the express delivery transportation state corresponding to the to-be-delivered express delivery is detected to be the transportation state after the express delivery is delivered out of a warehouse or the delivery state of the express delivery delivered by the express delivery person, determining that the delivery state of the express delivery meets the preset state.
The control state of the express delivery request control can be changed into an available state as long as the express to be delivered is delivered, so that the user client can determine that the express delivery state meets the preset state when detecting that the express delivery state of the express to be delivered is changed into the transport state of 'in transport' or the delivery state of 'in delivery'.
For example, detecting that the express delivery state corresponding to the to-be-delivered express delivery satisfies the preset state includes: when the delivery state of the express corresponding to the to-be-delivered express is detected to be the delivery state, determining that the delivery state of the express meets the preset state, wherein the delivery state is the delivery state of the express after the delivery client sends the express notice.
Considering that a plurality of express request controls corresponding to the express to be delivered may exist in the user client at the same time, and the express delivery states of different express to be delivered may be different, if the control states of all the express request controls are set to be available according to the above description, after receiving the express notification, the user needs to compare the express information corresponding to the express to be delivered in the express notification with the express information corresponding to the plurality of express to be delivered in the user client, so as to determine the express request control to be manipulated. The process is still somewhat cumbersome and there is still a possibility of user misoperation. Therefore, in order to enable the express delivery request control to be accessed in the express delivery process, in this embodiment, the preset state is set to be the delivery state, and the user client only changes the control state of the express delivery request control corresponding to the express to be delivered to the available state when detecting that the delivery state of the express to be delivered is changed to the delivery state. And the delivery state is the delivery state of the express delivered to the user client when the server monitors the notification of the express delivered from the delivery client. Therefore, only the express delivery request control corresponding to the express delivery to be delivered in the final express delivery state (namely, the express delivery notification is provided) can be manipulated, the control to be manipulated is not required to be manually determined by a user, the efficiency of the user client for outputting express delivery information can be further improved, and the user experience is further improved.
S220, when a trigger instruction of an express delivery request control corresponding to the express to be delivered is detected, which is displayed on a user client interface, express information corresponding to the express to be delivered is obtained.
S230, outputting the express information so that the delivery client obtains the express information and searches for the express to be delivered based on the express information.
S240, hiding the express request control when receiving a control state changing instruction sent by the server, and changing the control state of the express receipt confirmation control into an available state.
The express receipt confirmation control is used for generating express delivery completion information. The express delivery completion information is information representing that the express to be delivered has completed delivery, and for example, includes express information of the express to be delivered, delivery completion status information, and the like.
The server side can monitor that the delivery client side obtains the express information from the user client side, and after the delivery client side obtains the express information, the server side generates a control state change instruction corresponding to the to-be-delivered express and sends the control state change instruction to the user client side. After receiving the control state changing instruction, the user client hides the express request control according to the control state changing instruction, and changes the control state of the express receiving confirmation control into an available state to be displayed on the user client interface. As shown in fig. 4, the express receipt confirmation control 403 may be displayed on the express pickup interface, or as shown in fig. 5, the express receipt confirmation control 501 may be displayed on the express information display interface.
S250, displaying the animation of completing the quick delivery when detecting the triggering instruction of the express delivery receipt confirmation control.
After the user takes the express to be delivered, the express receipt confirmation control in the user client interface can be clicked, and when the user client detects the trigger instruction of the express receipt confirmation control, the user is informed that the user has taken the express to be delivered, and the express delivery completion animation of 'burn after reading' as shown in fig. 7 can be displayed. The express delivery completion animation can be locally stored animation, or can be obtained by requesting the user client to the server according to the detected triggering instruction of the express delivery receipt confirmation control. Whether the quick delivery is stored locally or stored at the server, the quick delivery finished animation can be updated at the server periodically, and the updated animation content can be hot spot information corresponding to an updating time point, such as promotion activity information or hot movie information of an e-commerce platform, and the like, or other preset promotion information, such as merchant advertisements, and the like.
S260, hiding the express delivery receipt confirmation control, displaying the express delivery completion control, sending express delivery completion information to the server side so that the server side changes the express delivery state corresponding to the to-be-delivered express delivery into a completion state, and sending the express delivery completion information to the delivery client side.
After the time length set by the animation is reached, the animation is automatically hidden, and at this time, because the user has already taken the to-be-delivered express and has already performed the operation of confirming the delivery, the user client needs to hide the express delivery collection confirmation control, and displays the express delivery completion control 404 as shown in fig. 4, so as to show that the to-be-delivered express delivery has been completed to the user.
In addition, according to the above description, after the user triggers the express receipt confirmation control, the user client may generate the express delivery completion information, and then the user client sends the express delivery completion information to the server, so that the server modifies the express delivery state corresponding to the to-be-delivered express into the "completed" completion state accordingly. After the server side modifies the delivery state of the express delivery, the modified delivery state of the express delivery needs to be sent to the user client side and the delivery client side at the same time, so as to inform the user and the courier that the delivery of the express to be delivered is completed.
The operation of displaying the quick delivery completion animation in S250 and the operation of transmitting the quick delivery completion information to the server in S260 are not limited to the execution sequence, and may be sequentially executed, reversely executed, or synchronously executed.
According to the technical scheme, when the express delivery state corresponding to the to-be-delivered express delivery is detected to meet the preset state, the control state of the express delivery request control is changed into the available state, binding of the express delivery state and the control state of the express delivery request control is achieved, timeliness of express delivery information generated according to the express delivery request control is higher, and efficiency of express delivery is further improved. When a control state changing instruction sent by a server is received, hiding the express request control, and changing the control state of the express receiving confirmation control into an available state; and hiding the express receipt confirmation control when detecting the triggering instruction of the express receipt confirmation control, and displaying the express receipt completion control. The change of the delivery state of the express to be delivered after the express delivery is completed is realized, the condition that the same express is delivered by multiple requests is avoided, the accuracy of the express delivery is further improved, and the user experience is further improved. The animation is completed through displaying the quick delivery, the disposable property of the quick delivery can be more vividly represented to the user, meanwhile, the loading pages such as a monotonous progress bar can be replaced, and the user experience is further improved.
