Abstract

The invention can solve the problems of low digitalization and visualization degree of the emergency plan and improve the efficiency of dealing with the emergency.

Technical Field

The emergency plan management taking knowledge reasoning as a core is realized by using a knowledge reasoning method and combining flexible reasoning rules to reason out actions and related synergies to be done by different roles in the scene, and has higher flexibility.
2. The simulation exercise based on the emergency plan scene visually displays the emergency plan content: the simulation exercise takes a real scene as simulation, and visually displays the action instructions executed by each role of the emergency plan in the scene, so as to realize the dynamic deduction of the emergency plan.
