Abstract
The invention discloses a foreign species monitoring system for cross-border mailings, which comprises an authentication system, an authentication device and a supervision system; the authentication system is used for authenticating the input interception information and the scanning certificate and obtaining authentication identity information terminal data; the identification device is used for storing the data of the foreign species and carrying out interaction complementation with the cloud server database to obtain animal identity information terminal data; the method comprises the steps that quarantine auditing data to be verified are obtained through authentication identity information terminal data and animal identity information terminal data, and a supervision system is used for quarantining and auditing whether the quarantine auditing data to be verified are qualified or not; binding a monitoring result terminal of quarantine auditing data with an online shopping website and generating a supervision system database terminal; the invention realizes the monitoring system of the interactive technology formed by the supervision and the network system, prevents the transaction while achieving the supervision effect, maintains the whole ecological system of China from being more threatened and destroyed, and avoids huge economic loss of China.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cross-border mailing monitoring, in particular to a foreign species monitoring system and a monitoring method for cross-border mailing.
Background
At present, the cross-border mailing amount of the post inspection port in China is large, more and more. Existing prevention and control approaches are not adequate to address foreign species intrusion from cross-border mailings. The probability of foreign species is greatly increased, if the foreign species enters the environment, the species extinct and the biodiversity are lost, the whole ecological system of China is greatly threatened and destroyed, and the economic loss of China is huge. In the face of large amounts of cross-border mailings, miscellaneous objects and diversification of foreign species, the existing on-site inspection means are not enough to cope with invasion of the foreign species caused by the cross-border mailings, and cannot better prevent and control the foreign species from entering the cross-border mailings and block transactions of the foreign species.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a foreign species monitoring system which utilizes collected foreign species to establish a foreign species invasion database, generate a quarantine treatment database, enable the database to be bound with an online shopping website, prevent transaction from being carried out, finally generate a monitoring system terminal and realize cross-border mailings of an interactive technology between supervision and a network system.

s4, entering release to finish supervision after quarantine inspection is qualified; reporting unqualified quarantine examination to a supervision department, and entering quarantine examination to be disposed; and reporting the quarantine audit failure to a supervision department, binding a supervision system terminal with an online shopping website, searching by connecting the online shopping website, finally locking transaction behavior, blocking transaction, and generating a supervision system database terminal so as to achieve the monitoring purpose.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the postal inspection port inspection site in the prior art, the method can not monitor the intercepted foreign species through a database system, can not fundamentally block the online purchasing behavior, and only carries out relevant quarantine treatment on the intercepted and confirmed foreign species; the invention establishes an external species invasion database by utilizing the collected external species, generates a quarantine disposal database, binds the database to an online shopping website, prevents transaction from proceeding, finally generates a monitoring system terminal, and realizes a monitoring system for forming an interaction technology with a network system. The foreign species is introduced into the national environment in the form of cross-border mailing objects by the purchase transaction of a receiver/sender through the network platform by means of comparison and analysis of the database, the foreign species which invade along with the cross-border mailing objects is monitored through the foreign species database, the combination of a supervision system and an online shopping system is realized, the transaction is prevented while the supervision effect is achieved, and the whole ecological system of China is maintained to be prevented from being more threatened and destroyed; thereby avoiding the extinguishment of species and the loss of biodiversity and avoiding the huge economic loss in China.
