Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of monitoring cross-border mailings, in particular to a foreign species monitoring system for cross-border mailings and a monitoring method thereof.
Background
At present, the cross-border mail volume of the postal inspection port in China is large, much and miscellaneous. s4, if the quarantine and audit are qualified, releasing and finishing supervision; reporting the unqualified quarantine audit to a supervision department gate, and entering the quarantine audit to be disposed; and if the quarantine audit is unqualified, reporting the result to a monitoring department, binding a monitoring system terminal with an online shopping website, searching by connecting the online shopping website, finally locking the transaction behavior, blocking the transaction from being carried out, and generating a monitoring system database terminal so as to achieve the monitoring purpose.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the mail inspection port inspection field in the prior art, the method can not monitor the intercepted foreign species through a database system, can not block the online purchasing behavior fundamentally, and only carries out related quarantine treatment on the intercepted and confirmed foreign species; the invention utilizes the collected foreign species to establish a foreign species intrusion database, generate a quarantine disposal database, bind the database to the online shopping website to prevent the transaction from proceeding, and finally generate a monitoring system terminal to realize the monitoring system which monitors and forms an interactive technology with the network system. The database is used for comparison and analysis, so that the receiving/sending person can be prevented from utilizing the network platform to purchase transactions and introducing foreign species into the national boundary in a cross-border mailer mode, the foreign species intruding along with the cross-border mailer is monitored through the foreign species database, the supervision system is combined with the online shopping system, the transaction is prevented while the supervision effect is achieved, and the whole ecological system in China is protected from greater threat and damage; thereby avoiding the extinction of species and the loss of biodiversity and avoiding the huge economic loss of China.
