Abstract
本发明公开了一种内窥式工业炉高温工业电视自动伸进退出保护装置,结构包括:防护架、水箱、防撞结构;所述防护架设置于高炉观察口外壁,其远观察口一侧上部设置有轨道,下部设有水箱,水箱下方设有集水盘;所述水箱两对面有与观察口同轴的管孔;防撞结构包括防撞板、闸门,其中防撞板设于近观察口的管孔外侧,闸门设于观察口处,两者上部通过铰接上梁、下梁的两端连接;所述水箱连接进水管,管路上设电磁阀;集水盘连接出水管,本装置在探头行进时,先由探头前端触发光电开关,进而使电磁阀接通,进水管向水箱注水,探头前段的锥面再带动防撞板移动,打开闸门,再从密封板的通孔进入炉内进行观测,既能降温,又防止了探头玻璃的损坏。

技术领域
本发明属于工业监控设备领域,尤其涉及一种内窥式工业炉高温工业电视自动伸进退出保护装置。
背景技术
通常情况下在高温防护探头进入炉内后为防止高炉煤气在调试或检修过程中高炉内有害气体(煤气)的泄漏,必须将防护探头与炉壁密封,但通常只单纯将水冷气封防护探头直接与炉口外壁焊接,此时探头前端的观察孔是通过气封方式来阻止煤气及有害气体泄漏的,与外界并不绝对隔绝,在维修时若气压降低就很可能造成煤气泄漏,对检修人员的人身安全造成危害。同时由于防护探头进入炉内,探头不仅容易被炉内粉尘污染,而且探头前的玻璃也可能因碰撞被封闭观察口的门损坏或划伤。
发明内容
为在内窥式工业炉高温工业电视伸进退出时对探头进行更好的保护,本发明设计了一种内窥式工业炉高温工业电视自动伸进退出保护装置,其结构包括:防护架、水箱、防撞结构;所述防护架设置于高炉观察口外壁,其远观察口一侧上部设置有轨道,下部设有水箱,水箱下方设有集水盘;所述水箱两对面有与观察口同轴的管孔;防撞结构包括防撞板、闸门,其中防撞板设于近观察口的管孔外侧,闸门设于观察口处,两者上部通过铰接上梁、下梁的两端连接;所述水箱连接进水管,管路上设电磁阀;集水盘连接出水管。
较佳的,所述管孔内圈设有密封圈,所述密封圈内径略小于高温工业电视的探头外径,使密封圈能紧贴探头外壁减少漏水。
较佳的,所述水箱远观察口一侧的管孔外两侧,装有光电开关,所述光电开关与所述电磁阀在电路中并联,在探头伸进、退出触发光电开关,实现对电磁阀的控制。
较佳的,所述水箱顶部近观察口一侧开设有气孔,使水箱内外的气压平衡,进出水量平衡。
较佳的,所述防护架只包括顶面和前端面,其下端设有集水盘,防护架与轨道通过法兰固定,前端面与水箱为一体成型或通过法兰固定。
较佳的,所述上梁、下梁为条状或棍状的硬质耐高温材料制。
较佳的,近闸门一侧的密封圈和该侧水箱外壁有5mm-10mm的距离;该侧水箱外壁还设有隔热层,防止高温使密封圈性能下降。
较佳的,观察口内侧还设有密封板,所述密封板开有与探头外径相等的通孔,减少炉内气体溢出。
本发明在探头行进时,先由探头前端触发光电开关,进而使电磁阀接通,进水管向水箱注水,探头前段的锥面再接触并带动防撞板移动,打开闸门,再从密封板的通孔进入炉内进行观测,退出时探头经过防撞板后关闭闸门,退出光电开关处,使光电开关接通,关闭电磁阀,既能降温,又防止了探头玻璃的损坏,且不需额外的控制装置,在本领域有显著技术进步。

实施例1
如图1所示,内窥式工业炉高温工业电视一般包括轨道47、探头44、推进装置41,探头44前端通过锥面45连接玻璃46,玻璃46暴露在最外侧,为求更好的观察角度,不采用内凹结构,探头44通过旋转台43与可于轨道47内滑动的滑块48固定,旋转台43上设有定位装置49(最简单为插销、螺栓),轨道47一端连接工业炉外壁,另一端设置有推进装置41,所述推进装置41通过螺杆等连接结构42带动滑块48在轨道47内运动,从而带动探头44进入工业炉内进行观察,本发明所述内窥式工业炉高温工业电视自动伸进退出保护装置的一种实施方案,其结构包括:1、水箱2、防撞结构;所述1设置于高炉观察口5外壁,其远观察口5一侧上部设置有轨道47,下部设有水箱2,水箱2下方设有集水盘;所述水箱2两对面有与观察口5同轴的管孔;防撞结构包括防撞板31、闸门34,其中防撞板31设于近观察口5的管孔外侧,闸门34设于观察口5处,两者上部通过铰接上梁32、下梁33的两端连接,该设计利用了四边形容易变形的原理,用探头44的锥面45顶开防撞板31,间接打开闸门34,避免玻璃46直接与闸门34碰撞造成损坏;所述水箱2连接进水管13,管路上设电磁阀12;集水盘连接出水管12。
更为具体的,所述管孔内圈设有密封圈21,所述密封圈21内径略小于高温工业电视的探头44外径,使密封圈21能紧贴探头44外壁减少漏水。
更为具体的,所述水箱2远观察口5一侧的管孔外两侧,装有光电开关22,所述光电开关22与所述电磁阀12在电路中并联,在探头44伸进、退出触发光电开关22,实现对电磁阀12的控制。
更为具体的,所述水箱2顶部近观察口5一侧开设有气孔,使水箱2内外的气压平衡,进出水量平衡。
更为具体的,所述1只包括顶面和前端面,其下端设有集水盘,1与轨道47通过法兰固定,前端面与水箱2为一体成型或通过法兰固定。
更为具体的,所述上梁32、下梁33为条状或棍状的硬质耐高温材料制。
更为具体的,近闸门34一侧的密封圈21和该侧水箱2外壁有5mm-10mm的距离;该侧水箱2外壁还设有隔热层,防止高温使密封圈21性能下降。
更为具体的,观察口5内侧还设有密封板51,所述密封板51开有与探头44外径相等的通孔,减少炉内气体溢出。
本发明在探头44行进时,先由探头44前端触发光电开关22,进而使电磁阀12接通,进水管13向水箱2注水,探头44前段的锥面45再接触并带动防撞板31移动,打开闸门34,再从密封板51的通孔进入炉内进行观测,退出时探头44经过防撞板31后关闭闸门34,退出光电开关22处,使光电开关22接通,关闭电磁阀12,既能降温,又防止了探头44玻璃46的损坏,且不需额外的控制装置,在本领域有显著技术进步。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种内窥式工业炉高温工业电视自动伸进退出保护装置,其特征在于:包括:防护架、水箱、防撞结构;所述防护架设置于高炉观察口外壁,其远观察口一侧上部设置有轨道,下部设有水箱,水箱下方设有集水盘;所述水箱两对面有与观察口同轴的管孔;防撞结构包括防撞板、闸门,其中防撞板设于近观察口的管孔外侧,闸门设于观察口处,两者上部通过铰接上梁、下梁的两端连接;所述水箱连接进水管,管路上设电磁阀;集水盘连接出水管。
2.根据权利要求1所述内窥式工业炉高温工业电视自动伸进退出保护装置,其特征在于:所述管孔内圈设有密封圈,所述密封圈内径略小于高温工业电视的探头外径。
3.根据权利要求2所述内窥式工业炉高温工业电视自动伸进退出保护装置,其特征在于:所述水箱远观察口一侧的管孔外两侧,装有光电开关,所述光电开关与所述电磁阀在电路中并联。
4.根据权利要求3所述内窥式工业炉高温工业电视自动伸进退出保护装置,其特征在于:所述水箱顶部近观察口一侧开设有气孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述内窥式工业炉高温工业电视自动伸进退出保护装置,其特征在于:所述防护架只包括顶面和前端面,其下端设有集水盘,防护架与轨道通过法兰固定,前端面与水箱为一体成型或通过法兰固定。
6.根据权利要求5所述内窥式工业炉高温工业电视自动伸进退出保护装置,其特征在于:所述上梁、下梁为条状或棍状的硬质耐高温材料制。
7.根据权利要求6所述内窥式工业炉高温工业电视自动伸进退出保护装置,其特征在于:近闸门一侧的密封圈和该侧水箱外壁有5mm-10mm的距离;该侧水箱外壁还设有隔热层。
8.根据权利要求7所述内窥式工业炉高温工业电视自动伸进退出保护装置,其特征在于:观察口内侧还设有密封板,所述密封板开有与探头外径相等的通孔。
