The door seam pipe can spray water to the splicing part of two adjacent door leaves so as to form a water seal at the splicing part of the two adjacent door leaves, thereby further increasing the smoke prevention effect of the application; meanwhile, people can determine whether the first water guide pipe and the second water guide pipe are connected together through the guide pipe sleeve or not according to needs, therefore, people can spray water through the door seam pipe when the door leaf is closed, the door seam pipe and the rectangular water spray pipe are separated when the door leaf is opened, and the door leaf can rotate freely.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present application provides a fire door made of modular steel, comprising a door frame 1, a door leaf 2, a buzzer 41, a rectangular water spraying pipe 6, a water storage tank 71, an upper storage tank 51 and a lower storage tank 52, wherein the water storage tank 71 is installed on the top of the upper storage tank 51, the top of the upper storage tank 51 is installed on the top of the door frame 1, the lower storage tank 52 is installed on the bottom of the door frame 1, and meanwhile, the door frame 1, the water storage tank 71, the upper storage tank 51 and the lower storage tank 52 are installed in a wall body.
This application mainly is to the relatively poor problem of present fire door smoke protection ability of preventing, and provides one kind and can spray water in the clearance between door leaf 2 and the door frame 1 to form the steel of water seal effect and prevent fire door, simultaneously, parts such as door frame 1, door leaf 2, storage box, steel pipe and water storage box 71 can be split into to this application, and like this, each component part of this application can form different modules, thereby lets this application installation and dismantlement more convenient.
As shown in fig. 1, the door frame 1 is composed of two door beams 11 and two door columns 12, in actual operation, in order to make the present application look more beautiful, the front end of the door frame 1 is further provided with a pipe blocking plate 13 blocking the rectangular water spray pipe 6, the pipe blocking plate 13 can be arranged in an inward inclined manner, and also can be arranged in parallel with the front end surface of the door frame 1, two door leaves 2 are provided, each door leaf 2 is rotatably installed on the door frame 1 through a hinge, and a gap at the splicing part of the two door leaves 2 is a door leaf gap.
As shown in fig. 1, a cover seam plate 21 for sealing off a door leaf seam is connected to each door leaf 2 at the joint of two adjacent door leaves 2. The lid seam board 21 can carry out the sealed of certain degree in the amalgamation department of two adjacent door leafs 2, prevents that the flue gas from passing the amalgamation department of two adjacent door leafs 2 to let sealed, the smoke protection effect of this application better.
As shown in fig. 3, a water distribution net 3 for wrapping the slit pipe 91 is attached to the side surface of the door 2. During actual operation, the water distribution net 3 is supported by steel and is vertical arrangement, and the vertical cross section of the water distribution net 3 is U-shaped, preferably, and the water distribution net 3 is provided with a plurality of rectangular holes arranged at intervals and a plurality of circular holes arranged at intervals. The water-dispersing net 3 can not only firmly install the door seam pipe 91 on the door leaf 2, but also disperse the water flow sprayed from the door wind pipe, so that the water flow at the splicing part of two adjacent door leaves 2 is distributed more uniformly. Further, fire-retardant cloth has been wrapped up on pipe 72 and/or the crack pipe 91 in the water to can further increase the water seal effect of this application.
As shown in fig. 4, the rectangular water spraying pipe 6 is a rectangular structure as a whole, the rectangular water spraying pipe 6 is composed of two horizontal water spraying pipes 61 and two vertical water spraying pipes 62, the vertical water spraying pipes 62 are located in the door frame 1 and abut against the hinges, and the horizontal water spraying pipes 61 and the vertical water spraying pipes 62 are provided with nozzles 63. Preferably, an expansion seal (not shown) is installed between the vertical water jet 62 and the hinge to further prevent smoke from passing through the gap between the door frame 1 and the door leaf 2.
In actual operation, as shown in fig. 2, the upper storage box 51 and the lower storage box 52 may be collectively referred to as storage boxes, each storage box 53 is provided with a storage slot 53 therein, an opening direction of the storage slot 53 faces to the rear of the door frame 1, a downpipe 72 penetrating through the upper storage box 51 is further installed between the water storage box 71 and the top of the rectangular water spraying pipe 6, the downpipe 72 mainly serves to introduce water in the water storage box 71 into the rectangular water spraying pipe 6, a water flow switch assembly 8 for opening or closing the downpipe 72 is provided in the storage slot, and the water flow switch assembly 8 mainly serves to open or close water flow on the downpipe 72.
The present application provides two kinds of structures of water flow switch assembly 8, wherein, as shown in fig. 2, the structure of the first kind of water flow switch assembly 8 is: the water flow switch assembly 8 comprises an electromagnetic valve 83 installed in the storage tank 53 and a water falling three-way pipe 84 sleeved on the water falling pipe 72, the electromagnetic valve 83 is electrically connected with the smoke detector 42 through an electric controller, a water falling seal plug 85 is installed at the spare end of the water falling three-way pipe 84, and the output end of the electromagnetic valve 83 is connected with the water falling seal plug 85. Thus, the solenoid valve 83 can automatically open or close the downpipe 72 upon receiving the signal.
As shown in fig. 2, the second water flow switch assembly 8 has the following structure: the water flow switch assembly 8 comprises a water falling two-way valve 81 sleeved on the water falling pipe 72, a water falling handle 82 of the water falling two-way valve 81 is installed in the storage tank 53, and a water falling switch port corresponding to the water falling two-way valve 81 is arranged on the side wall of the upper storage tank 51. When the buzzer 41 sounds a sharp sound, the two-way valve 81 is opened manually to let the rectangular water spraying pipe 6 spray water.
As shown in fig. 2, the buzzer 41 is electrically connected with a smoke detector 42 installed on the aisle, and the smoke detector 42 is used for detecting smoke on the aisle in real time and reminding people through the buzzer 41 when the smoke is too large. Meanwhile, after the smoke detector 42 detects a large amount of smoke, the electronic controller sends an instruction to open the solenoid valve 83 to the solenoid valve 83, and the solenoid valve 83 causes the water flow in the downpipe 72 to circulate through the water seal plug 85, so that the water flow in the water storage tank 71 falls into the rectangular water spraying pipe 6, so as to facilitate the rectangular water spraying pipe 6 to spray water.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the door leaf 2 is provided with the door seam pipe 91 at one end close to the door leaf seam, the door seam pipe 91 can spray water to the splicing part of two adjacent door leaves 2, so as to further increase the smoke-proof effect of the present application, preferably, the side surface of each door leaf 2 is respectively connected with the door seam pipe 91 at the door leaf seam, and the baffle plate 96 is provided with a water guide hole 97 for water flow to pass through. The water guide hole 97 can let the first aqueduct 92 of better passing of rivers to prevent that first aqueduct 92 from blockking up, two crack pipes 91 can let the rivers of the concatenation department of adjacent door leaf 2 great relatively, thereby make the flue gas be difficult to more pass the door leaf seam, and then let the smoke protection effect of this application better.
As shown in fig. 5, the upper end of the gate seam pipe 91 and the lower end of the gate seam pipe 91 are both connected with a first water conduit 92, a gate seam three-way valve 93 corresponding to the first water conduit 92 is sleeved on the rectangular water spray pipe 6, the vacant end of the gate seam three-way valve 93 is connected with a second water conduit 94 communicated with the rectangular water spray pipe 6, the vacant end of the first water conduit 92 is connected with a conduit sleeve 95 sleeved on the first water conduit 92, and baffles 96 which are positioned in the conduit sleeve 95 and arranged at intervals with the inner wall of the conduit sleeve 95, the first water conduit 92 forms a shaft shoulder limit with the conduit sleeve 95 through the baffles 96 (as shown in fig. 6), one end of the conduit sleeve 95 is in threaded connection with the first water conduit 92, and the other end of the conduit sleeve 95 is in threaded connection with the second water conduit 94.
In actual operation, when the first water conduit 92 and the second water conduit 94 are connected together through the conduit sleeve 95, the door leaf 2 is in a closed and locked state, and the door leaf 2 cannot rotate, and when the first water conduit 92 and the second water conduit 94 are not connected together through the conduit sleeve 95, the door leaf 2 is in an open and free state, and the door leaf 2 can be freely opened or closed.
In practical operation, the manufacturing method provided by the application comprises the following steps:
s1: manufacturing a door frame 1, namely manufacturing the door frame 1 according to a design drawing of the door frame 1, wherein the door frame 1 consists of two door beams 11 and two door columns 12;
in actual work, the door frame 1 of this application is steel door frame 1 (prior art), and how to make door frame 1 can refer to current technical scheme, as long as the door frame 1 of preparation has two door crossbeams 11 and two door stands 12 to assemble and be the rectangle structure can.
S2: manufacturing a door leaf 2, manufacturing the door leaf 2 according to a design drawing of the door leaf 2, and filling fireproof heat-insulating materials in the door leaf 2;
during actual work, door leaf 2 of this application is steel door leaf 2 (prior art), and the fire prevention thermal insulation material of 2 intussuseptions in the door leaf also is prior art, does not describe here any longer, and fire prevention thermal insulation material can increase the heat-proof quality and the high temperature resistance ability of preventing fire door.
S3: manufacturing a rectangular water spraying pipe 6, manufacturing the rectangular water spraying pipe 6 according to a design drawing of the rectangular water spraying pipe 6, wherein the rectangular water spraying pipe 6 consists of two transverse water spraying pipes 61 and two vertical water spraying pipes 62, and the transverse water spraying pipes 61 and the two vertical water spraying pipes 62 are both provided with a spray head 63;
during actual work, horizontal spray pipe 61 and vertical spray pipe 62 are the steel pipe, and shower nozzle 63 can adopt current, can inside be equipped with the shower nozzle 63 of filter screen, can assemble through the water spray steel pipe that has a plurality of lengths shorter between horizontal spray pipe 61 and the vertical spray pipe 62 and form, links together through tubular product connecting pieces such as two-way valve between the adjacent water spray steel pipe.
S4: manufacturing a downpipe 72 and a hinge, welding a hinge seat on the door frame 1, welding a hinge shaft matched with the hinge seat on one end of the door leaf 2, and installing a door seam pipe 91 on the other end of the door leaf 2;
in actual work, the preferred lateral wall that laminates door leaf 2 of door seam pipe 91 arranges and is located the door leaf seam, and door seam pipe 91 is also made by the steel pipe, and during preparation, installation door seam pipe 91, can set up the staple bolt that can install the door seam pipe 91 inseparable in the 2 lateral parts of door leaf on the door leaf 2, simultaneously, can also install the scattered water net 3 of wrapping up door seam pipe 91 on the door leaf 2.
S5: manufacturing an upper storage box 51, a lower storage box 52 and a water storage box, and respectively manufacturing the upper storage box 51, the lower storage box 52 and the water storage box according to respective design drawings of the upper storage box 51, the lower storage box 52 and the water storage box, wherein the upper storage box 51 is provided with a storage groove 53 with an opening facing the rear part of the doorframe 1 and a through hole for a downpipe 72 to pass through;
in actual operation, the upper storage box 51, the lower storage box 52 and the water storage tank are all conventional box-shaped members, how to manufacture the upper storage box 51, the lower storage box 52 and the water storage tank is not described herein, and the storage slots 53 and the through holes of the present application can be arranged after the upper storage box 51 and the lower storage box 52 are manufactured.
S6: manufacturing and installing a downpipe 72 and a water flow switch assembly 8, manufacturing the water flow switch assembly 8 according to a design drawing of the water flow switch assembly 8, installing the water flow switch assembly 8 at a proper position of the upper storage box 51, and arranging the downpipe 72 on the upper storage box 51;
during actual work, people can arrange the arrangement positions of the water flow switch assembly 8 and the downpipe 72 according to actual engineering needs, and as long as the downpipe 72 can be communicated with the rectangular water spraying pipe 6 and the water storage tank, the water flow switch assembly 8 can be opened in time to enable the downpipe 72 to form a water flow channel.
S7: a buzzer 41 and a smoke detector 42 are installed, the buzzer 41 is installed on the door frame 1, and the smoke detector 42 is installed on the passageway of the house;
in practice, the buzzer 41 and the smoke detector 42 are both installed as existing commercial products, and the buzzer 41 and the smoke detector 42 can be integrated into the same device.
S8: installing a rectangular water spray pipe 6, installing the rectangular water spray pipe 6 in the door frame 1, enabling a hinge seat of the vertical water spray pipe 62 on the door frame 1 to abut against, and enabling a transverse water spray pipe 61 to abut against a door beam 11;
during actual operation, for horizontal spray pipe 61 and vertical spray pipe 62 of better installation, can set up the staple bolt of fixing horizontal spray pipe 61 and vertical spray pipe 62 on door frame 1 inner wall in the door frame 1, the staple bolt can set up a plurality ofly.
S9: the upper storage box 51, the lower storage box 52 and the water storage box are installed, the upper storage box 51 and the water storage box are sequentially installed on the top of the door frame 1 from bottom to top, the lower storage box 52 is installed on the bottom of the door frame 1, meanwhile, the upper end of the downpipe 72 is communicated with the water storage box, and the lower end of the downpipe 72 is communicated with the rectangular water spray pipe 6;
in actual operation, after the upper storage box 51, the lower storage box 52 and the water storage tank are installed after the installation, whether the water flow path is intact or not and leakage are required to be checked again.
S10: the door leaf 2 is installed, the door leaf 2 is installed on the door leaf 2 through a hinge shaft and a hinge seat, and the door seam pipe 91 is communicated with the rectangular water spraying pipe 6.
In actual operation, in order to facilitate the closing and opening of the door 2, door slots for facilitating the movement of the door slot tube 91 may be formed in each of the upper storage box 51, the lower storage box 52, and the door frame 1.

Claims (7)

1. A modularized steel fireproof door comprises a door frame (1) composed of two door beams (11) and two door columns (12), two door leaves (2) with handles and door locks, wherein each door leaf (2) is rotatably arranged on the door frame (1) through a hinge, the splicing part of the two door leaves (2) is a door leaf seam, the modularized steel fireproof door is characterized by further comprising a buzzer (41), an overhead tank (51) arranged at the top end of the outer part of the door frame (1), a lower storage tank (52) arranged at the bottom end of the outer part of the door frame (1), and rectangular water spray pipes (6) composed of two transverse water spray pipes (61) and two vertical water spray pipes (62), storage grooves (53) with openings facing the rear part of the door frame (1) are formed in the inner part of the upper storage tank (51) and the inner part of the lower storage tank (52), a water storage tank (71) is arranged at the top part of the upper storage tank (51), a downpipe (72) penetrating through the upper storage box (51) is further installed between the water storage box (71) and the top of the rectangular water spray pipe (6), a water flow switch assembly (8) used for opening or closing the downpipe (72) is arranged in the storage groove (53), the vertical water spray pipe (62) is located in the door frame (1) and is abutted to the hinge, the transverse water spray pipe (61) and the vertical water spray pipe (62) are respectively provided with a spray head (63), the buzzer (41) is installed on the door frame (1), and the buzzer (41) is electrically connected with a smoke detector (42) installed on the passageway;
an expansion sealing element is arranged between the vertical water spraying pipe (62) and the hinge;
the splicing position of each door leaf (2) at two adjacent door leaves (2) is connected with a crack covering plate (21) for blocking the door leaf crack;
the door leaf (2) is provided with a door seam pipe (91) at one end close to a door seam, the upper end of the door seam pipe (91) and the lower end of the door seam pipe (91) are both connected with a first water guide pipe (92), a door seam three-way valve (93) corresponding to the first water guide pipe (92) in position is sleeved on the rectangular water spray pipe (6), the spare end of the door seam three-way valve (93) is connected with a second water guide pipe (94) communicated with the rectangular water spray pipe (6), the spare end of the first water guide pipe (92) is connected with a guide pipe sleeve (95) sleeved on the first water guide pipe (92), and a baffle plate (96) positioned in the guide pipe sleeve (95) and arranged at intervals with the inner wall of the guide pipe sleeve (95), the first water guide pipe (92) forms shaft shoulder limiting with the guide pipe sleeve (95) through the baffle plate (96), and one end of the guide pipe sleeve (95) is in threaded connection with the first water guide pipe (92), the other end is connected with a second water guide pipe (94) in a threaded way.

The fire door as claimed in claim 2, wherein the water switch assembly (8) comprises a water-falling two-way valve (81) mounted on the water falling pipe (72), a water-falling handle (82) of the water-falling two-way valve (81) is mounted in the storage tank (53), and a water-falling switch corresponding to the water-falling two-way valve (81) is disposed on a sidewall of the upper storage tank (51).
4. The fire door as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a door slot tube (91) is connected to each side of each door leaf (2), and the baffle plate (96) has water holes (97) for water to pass through.
5. The fire door as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that said door leaf (2) is flanked by a water-spreading net (3) that wraps the tube (91).
6. The modular fire steel door as claimed in claim 5, wherein said downspout (72) and/or the piping (91) is wrapped with fire retardant cloth.
7. The method of manufacturing a modular fire steel door as recited in any one of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of:
s1: manufacturing a door frame (1), manufacturing the door frame (1) according to a design drawing of the door frame (1), wherein the door frame (1) consists of two door beams (11) and two door columns (12);
s2: manufacturing a door leaf (2), manufacturing the door leaf (2) according to a design drawing of the door leaf (2), and filling fireproof heat-insulating materials in the door leaf (2);
s3: manufacturing a rectangular water spraying pipe (6), manufacturing the rectangular water spraying pipe (6) according to a design drawing of the rectangular water spraying pipe (6), wherein the rectangular water spraying pipe (6) consists of two transverse water spraying pipes (61) and two vertical water spraying pipes (62), and the transverse water spraying pipes (61) and the two vertical water spraying pipes (62) are both provided with a spray head (63);
s4: manufacturing a downpipe (72) and a hinge, welding a hinge seat on a door frame (1), welding a hinge shaft matched with the hinge seat on one end of a door leaf (2), and installing a door seam pipe (91) on the other end of the door leaf (2);
s5: manufacturing an upper storage box (51), a lower storage box (52) and a water storage box (71), and respectively manufacturing the upper storage box (51), the lower storage box (52) and the water storage box (71) according to respective design drawings of the upper storage box (51), the lower storage box (52) and the water storage box (71), wherein the upper storage box (51) is provided with a storage tank (53) with an opening facing the rear part of a doorframe (1) and a through hole for a downpipe (72) to pass through;
s6: manufacturing and installing a downpipe (72) and a water flow switch assembly (8), manufacturing the water flow switch assembly (8) according to a design drawing of the water flow switch assembly (8), installing the water flow switch assembly (8) at a proper position of an upper storage box (51), and arranging the downpipe (72) on the upper storage box (51);
s7: installing a buzzer (41) and a smoke detector (42), installing the buzzer (41) on a door frame (1), and installing the smoke detector (42) on a passageway of a house;
s8: installing a rectangular water spray pipe (6), installing the rectangular water spray pipe (6) in the door frame (1), enabling a hinge seat of the vertical water spray pipe (62) on the door frame (1) to abut against, and enabling a transverse water spray pipe (61) to abut against a door beam (11);
s9: the upper storage box (51), the lower storage box (52) and the water storage box (71) are installed, the upper storage box (51) and the water storage box (71) are sequentially installed on the top of the door frame (1) from bottom to top, the lower storage box (52) is installed on the bottom of the door frame (1), meanwhile, the upper end of the downpipe (72) is communicated with the water storage box, and the lower end of the downpipe (72) is communicated with the rectangular water spray pipe (6);
