Description

Vertical circulation stereo garage
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of parking equipment, in particular to a vertical circulating stereo garage.
Background
With the rapid increase of the automobile holding capacity, the difficulty of parking becomes an important problem in the urbanization development. The vertical circulation stereo garage is increasingly paid more and more attention by people due to the advantages of small occupied area, high land space utilization rate, flexible arrangement and the like. Typically, the vertical circulation stereo garage can drive a transmission mechanism through a speed reduction motor to drive a plurality of automobile hanging baskets which are arranged on a traction chain at intervals to circularly move in a runway-shaped (annular) operation area along with the traction chain, so as to achieve the purpose of storing and taking vehicles.
In recent years, the technology of new energy automobiles represented by electric vehicles is mature day by day, and vertical circulation stereo garages with charging functions are produced at the same time. However, in order to provide power to the charging components (such as charging piles and charging guns) on the respective car baskets, components and structures of a power transmission line for transmitting power need to be provided, which faces new technical problems in terms of safety in use, arrangement of components, and the like.
In the prior art, the most common power transmission device used in the vertical circulation stereo garage is a trolley line, which provides power for charging an electric vehicle by keeping a charging assembly on a car basket electrically connected to a conductive slide rail and a sliding chute at different parking positions of the car basket. The power transmission device is difficult to meet the requirements of outdoor power utilization safety protection and is not beneficial to guaranteeing the use safety of users.
For example, the prior art of the chinese utility model patent CN204793973U also provides a power supply scheme that utilizes a charging cable to transmit power. Specifically, it adds on the circulation guide rail of having selected stereo garage perpendicularly and rotates charging wire coiling ware along with this circulation guide rail synchronization, and the charging wire twines to this coiling ware and connects the rifle that charges on the sweep at one end, and the carousel is followed in the circulation guide rail outside to the other end connection setting. From this, at access car in-process, charging wire dish line ware is along with the synchronous rotation of circulation guide rail, drives simultaneously and follows the carousel for the charging wire circulates winding and release between the two. The power supply scheme can effectively avoid the problem of use safety caused by the charged element, but the friction action is inevitably generated between the charging cable and related components in the winding and releasing processes of the charging wire, so that the problems of high operation energy consumption, cable abrasion and the like are caused.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present invention, the use of directional terms such as "upper" and "lower" generally means upper and lower as illustrated with reference to the accompanying drawings, unless otherwise specified; "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer relative to the profile of the components themselves. For convenience and clarity of explanation, the terms "front and rear" used in the present invention generally correspond to the left and right as shown in fig. 2 and 4, such as the front main frame 1 and the rear main frame 2, in view of the fact that a vehicle is generally driven in from the front side of the vertical circulation stereo garage when parked in the vertical circulation stereo garage, i.e., in the vehicle driving-in direction a shown in fig. 2 and 4; the use of the terms "left and right" generally correspond to the left and right as shown in FIG. 1 (i.e., up and down as shown in FIG. 4).
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a vertical circulation stereo garage according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a frame, a plurality of car baskets 8, a charging system, and the like. Wherein, the frame includes front main frame 1 and back main frame 2 that set up opposite each other at a distance, installs drag chain 6 on this front main frame 1 and back main frame 2 respectively. In order to facilitate the representation of the key components and their connection, fig. 1 shows only the rear main frame 2 and the related components connected thereto, viewed from the vertical sectional view toward the rear, and the illustrated drag chain 6 is a drag chain mounted on the rear main frame 2. Generally, the frame can be formed by welding steel sections and is used as a mounting foundation and a bearing foundation of functional parts such as an automobile hanging basket and the like.
In order to provide the framework with high overall stability, in the vertical circulation stereo garage of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an upper framework 3 and a lower framework 4 are connected between the front main framework 1 and the rear main framework 2. It will be appreciated that the front main frame 1 and the rear main frame 2 may also be fixed to the ground by anchor bolts and reinforced concrete foundations may be provided to enhance the integrity of the two at the lower ends.
The drag chains 6 mounted on the front main frame 1 and the rear main frame 2 may be respectively arranged in a racetrack shape in a vertical plane and opposite to each other, and may be driven to run in their respective extending directions by a driving device such as a motor or the like and a transmission device such as a sprocket 7 or the like. A plurality of car baskets 8 are respectively connected (via basket mounts 14) to different positions of the traction chain 6 and are connected so as to be pivotable relative to the traction chain 6 to be movable to different parking positions within an endless running area with the running of the traction chain 6 and to remain horizontal at the respective parking positions. It will be appreciated that as the traction chain 6 is running, the car gondola 8 moves in the direction of extension of the traction chain 6, but in order to keep the car 30 parked securely, the car gondola 8 should be kept horizontal, so that the car gondola 8 needs to be connected so as to be pivotable relative to the traction chain 6.
Furthermore, the running area of all the car gondola 8 forms exactly one annular running area as the car gondola 8 is moved between different parking positions (a single car gondola 8 can only pass through a partial area of this annular running area when the car gondola 8 is not allowed to move along the traction chain 6 for a full revolution), and at different vertical cross-sectional positions the cross-section of the annular running area and the racetrack-shaped plane surrounded by the traction chain 6 each form a similar pattern parallel to each other. Taking the example of a vertically circulating stereo garage with 8 car baskets 8a-8h, equally distributed, as the first 8a to eighth 8h car baskets, shown in fig. 1, the second car basket 8b is moved to exactly the position of the third car basket 8c when the traction chain 6 is driven to run anticlockwise, so that the first car basket 8a is moved to the position of the second car basket 8 b. That is, it is assumed that the spatial regions swept by the individual car baskets 8 overlap each other when the individual car baskets 8 are allowed to move one revolution along the traction chain 6, i.e. the annular running region. In other embodiments, the vertical circulation stereo garage may also have other numbers of car baskets 8, such as 12, 16, etc.
The car gondola 8 is provided with a charging assembly, such as a charger 15 and a charging gun 16 electrically connected to the charger 15. In the figure, 8 automobile baskets 8 are all provided with charging assemblies, and in other embodiments, the charging assemblies can be arranged on only part of the automobile baskets 8, so that only part of parking spaces in the vertical circulation stereo garage have the charging function. In order to provide power to the charging assemblies, the charging system comprises, in addition to the charging assemblies, a central outlet unit and a plurality of charging cables 9 extending divergently from the central outlet unit to the respective charging assemblies. In other words, the charging cables 9 connecting the respective charging assemblies extend concentratedly, divergently at the central outlet unit. Wherein the central outlet unit is electrically connected to an external power source such as a power supply cabinet 13 to enable power supply to the charging assembly through the charging cable 9.
Importantly, in the vertical circulation stereo garage, the space surrounded by the annular running area in which the automobile hanging basket 8 is positioned is provided with a full empty area 100 allowing each charging cable 9 to freely hang down, and the outlet end of the central outlet unit is arranged in the full empty area 100. The empty area 100 is defined as an area where no part capable of stopping the charging cable 9 is disposed, such as a connecting rod connected between the front main frame 1 and the rear main frame 2, a transmission shaft in transmission connection with the front and rear traction chains 6, and the like in the conventional art, so as to avoid interference with the movement of the charging cable 9 when the car gondola 8 moves along with the traction chain 6. The outlet end of the central outlet unit refers to an end of the central outlet unit from which the extension part of the charging cable 9 extends from the central outlet unit to the charging assembly.
To better understand the meaning of the aforementioned fully-empty region 100, reference is now made to the horizontal cross-section shown in fig. 4. The i-shaped area shown by the hatched section is the space surrounded by the annular operating area of the car basket, and the empty area 100 is located in the space. In particular, the car basket 8 may comprise a basket beam 81 pivotally connected to the basket mount 14 (and thus pivotable with respect to the traction chain 6), a car pallet 82, a basket bar 83 connected between the basket beam 81 and the car pallet 82, and a basket stabilizing bar 85 (shown in connection with fig. 2) connected to rollers 84 as described later. Wherein, at different positions in the front-rear direction, the distance between two automobile baskets 8 at the same height position is different, thereby forming an I-shaped section area shown in the figure.
On the side close to the front main frame 1, the basket cross beam 81 has a forward extension F relative to the car fascia 82 for connecting the basket mount 14, and the space defined by the basket cross beam 81, the basket mount 14 on the front side, and the car fascia 82 can be used as a full empty area 100; on the side close to the rear main frame 2, the basket stabilizer bars 85 have a length H extending rearward relative to the car platform 82, and the space defined by the basket stabilizer bars 85, the car platform 82, and the rear basket mount 14 within the left-right distance G between the two basket stabilizer bars 85 can be regarded as a full empty area 100; the space between the two regions is defined by the edges of each vehicle support panel 82 and may also be referred to as a fully empty region 100. These completely empty areas 100 are available for the arrangement of the outlet ends of the central outlet unit and, since the individual parts of the gondola 8 move within the annular running area, the section lines shown in fig. 4 each represent a volume surrounded by the annular running area.
When the empty area 100 is selected to correspond to different positions of the gondola 8 of the vehicle, the relevant components may be appropriately dimensioned to provide sufficient space to accommodate the charging cable 9. For example, when the outlet end of the central outlet unit is disposed near one side of the rear main frame 2, the rear end extension length (e.g., 200mm to 800mm) of the basket cross member 81 can be increased as appropriate. The same applies to the front side. In addition, unlike the conventional art in which the entire width is reduced in consideration of the spatial arrangement, the present invention may increase the horizontal interval E of the car gondola 8 located at both sides of the central outlet unit to 400mm-800mm for the arrangement of the central outlet unit and the free sagging of the charging cable 9.
It should be understood that the completely empty region 100 is provided primarily for the charging cable 9 not to be disturbed by movement during movement of the vehicle basket 8, so that it is only necessary to avoid interfering components in this completely empty region 100, without hindering the arrangement of components in the space surrounding the annular operating region in which the vehicle basket 8 is located, which space is outside the completely empty region 100. For example, in the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 6, the fully empty area 100 is located at a side close to the rear main frame 2, the outlet end of the central outlet unit (the wire frame 5 and the rotating ferrule 22, etc.) is located in the fully empty area 100, and an inclined pull rod (connected between the front main frame 1 and the wire frame 5 to improve the stability of the wire frame 5) may be provided in the front space surrounded by the annular operating area where the car gondola 8 is located, instead of being in the fully empty state.
Through the technical scheme, the vertical circulation stereo garage is centralized in wire outlet and divergent in extension through the central wire outlet unit with the wire outlet end arranged in the full-empty area 100, the charging cable 9 can freely droop in the full-empty area 100 without being stopped and interfered by movement of any part (such as a pull rod, a transmission shaft and an automobile hanging basket 8), the wire outlet position does not need to be changed along with the movement of the automobile hanging basket 8, and the charging cable 9 does not need to enter or be pulled out of a wire slot, so that the problems of energy consumption and abrasion, power utilization/power utilization safety and the like caused by winding and releasing of the charging cable can be avoided.
In the present invention, the empty area 100 may be located at any position in the space surrounded by the annular operation area in which the gondola 8 is located, as long as the area corresponding to the outlet end of the central outlet unit is configured as the empty area 100 allowing each charging cable 9 to freely hang down. However, if the outlet end of the central outlet unit is offset to the upper, lower, left and right sides, resulting in a relatively long extension length of at least a part of the charging cable 9 between the central outlet unit and the charging assembly, knotting is likely to occur. For this reason, the center outlet unit may be disposed on a vertical center plane (i.e., a vertical plane on which a center line indicated by a dotted line in fig. 4) in which the operation centers of the front and rear traction chains 6 are located. Further, the central line outgoing unit is arranged on a central line where the operation centers of the front and rear traction chains 6 are located, so that the charging cables 9 from the central line outgoing unit to the charging assemblies have the same extension length, and the problems of knotting, waste and the like caused by overlong length are avoided. For example, in the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 1, the charging cables 9 may be made to extend substantially linearly when the corresponding car basket 8 is run to the highest or lowest position (where the first car basket 8a and the fifth car basket 8e are located), which may effectively prevent the occurrence of the problem of knotting or the like.
As described above, in order to improve the overall stability, the upper frame 3 may be connected between the front main frame 1 and the rear main frame 2. In the illustrated preferred embodiment, the upper frame 3 is connected to the top ends of the front and rear main frames 1 and 2. In other embodiments, it is possible to avoid influencing the movement of the charging cable 9 and the car gondola 8 as long as the upper frame 3 is located above the annular running area in which the respective car gondola 8 is located.
Since the empty area 100 is required to allow the charging cable 9 to freely hang down in the extension between the central outlet unit and the charging assembly when the gondola 8 is moved to any position, the present invention eliminates the conventional tie bar and the transmission shaft for driving and connecting the traction chains respectively mounted on the front main frame 1 and the rear main frame 2. In this case, the front and rear driving chains cannot be driven by a single power unit, and the one-sided driving is not favorable for maintaining the horizontal state of the gondola 8. To this end, the illustrated preferred embodiment of the present invention is provided with a front driving device 11 and a rear driving device 12 for driving the traction chains 6 mounted on the front main frame 1 and the rear main frame 2, respectively, thereby independently driving the traction chains 6 at the front and rear ends of the car gondola 8, respectively. Here, in order to ensure the synchronism, the power outputs of the front drive device 11 and the rear drive device 12 may be made to coincide by an electrical control manner.
The central outlet unit of the present invention may be provided in various suitable structural forms. In the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, the central outlet unit comprises a central outlet 10 through which the charging cable 9 is allowed to pass, and through which the charging cable 9 is connected to the power supply cabinet 13. Therefore, each charging cable 9 is directly connected with the charging component on each automobile hanging basket 8 from the charging cabinet 13, the power utilization safety problem possibly caused by exposed joints and the like can be avoided, and the requirement of meeting the related specified power utilization safety protection level can be easily met. The outlet of the central outlet 10 may be flared to reduce wear of the charging cable 9 at the outlet.
In other alternative embodiments, the central outlet unit may be configured to be connected to a slip ring of the power supply cabinet via a single high-power main line, and charging cables respectively corresponding to different car cradles are led out from the slip ring. Or the central outlet unit is provided with a plurality of cable drums, and charging cables respectively corresponding to different automobile hanging baskets are respectively led out from the cable drums.
Fig. 6 shows a central outlet unit in another preferred embodiment. The central outlet unit includes a wire passing frame 5 connected to the front main frame 1 and a rotating ferrule 22 rotatably mounted on the wire passing frame 5. Each charging cable 9 extends from the front main frame 1 side into the space between the front main frame 1 and the rear main frame 2 and extends along the wire passing frame 5 to a free end near the rear main frame 2 where it is fixed to the rotary card sleeve 22. Therefore, as the rotary cutting sleeve 22 provides a rotation freedom degree for the charging cable 9, when the automobile hanging basket 8 is driven by the traction chain 6 to move between different parking positions, the charging cable 9 can freely rotate on the wire passing frame 5 along with the rotary cutting sleeve 22, so that the influence on the torsional fatigue life of the charging cable 9 in the operation process is reduced. The connection structure of the rotary sleeve 22 and the charging cable 9 is shown in fig. 7, wherein the charging cable 9 axially penetrates the rotary sleeve 22 and radially extends from the rotary sleeve 22 into the empty area 100. The rotating cutting sleeve 22 can be rotatably mounted on the wire passing frame 5 through a bearing 23.
In the above preferred embodiment, a fixing sleeve 21 may be provided at one end of the wire frame 5 close to the front main frame 1, for fixing the charging cable 9 when the charging cable 9 penetrates into the space between the front main frame 1 and the rear main frame 2, and the rotation of the rotating sleeve 22 relative to the fixing sleeve 21 can be utilized to enable the extension portion of the charging cable 9 between the two to generate a small-angle torsion, which can better adapt to the torsion motion of the charging cable 9 during the motion along with the cradle 8. Further, the charging cable 9 may be laid along the outer circumferential surface of the wire frame 5 as illustrated, or the wire frame 5 may be formed in a hollow structure such that the charging cable 9 extends toward the rotary sleeve 22 through the wire frame 5.
Although the present invention provides a full empty space allowing the charging cable 9 to hang down freely, if the traction chain 6 and the car gondola 8 are always run in a fixed direction when accessing the car, it is easy to cause the charging cable 9 to be damaged by excessive twisting. Normally, the user can simply carry out the car parking process by manipulating the panel, and the operation logic can be executed by the controller of the signal connection driving device, so that the clockwise operation or the counterclockwise operation of the car basket 8 when parking and taking the car is not concerned by the user. In this case, the vertical circulation stereo garage of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is configured to allow only a limited circle of reciprocating movement of each of the car baskets 8 within the annular travel area, preferably no more than one circle.
Referring to fig. 5, the 8 baskets 8 are divided into two groups along a dividing line D, the first group includes a first basket 8a, a second basket 8b, a third basket 8c and a fourth basket 8D, and the second group includes a fifth basket 8e, a sixth basket 8f, a seventh basket 8g and an eighth basket 8 h. For the convenience of illustration, the initial positions are respectively located at the 1# to 8# parking spaces.
At this time, if the car in the 5# parking space is desired, the fifth gondola 8e can be rotated counterclockwise C to the bottommost 1# parking space, and at the same time, the fourth gondola 8d initially located in the 4# parking space is moved to the 8# parking space. At this time, if the car on the fourth car gondola 8d needs to be picked up, the shortest path may not be continued to rotate counterclockwise to the 1# parking space, and the car should be returned clockwise B, and then the car is picked up by rotating to the 1# parking space. Thus, the charging cable 9 can be prevented from being twisted and damaged as much as possible, and the problems such as winding and knotting can be prevented.
The above embodiment divides the 8 car baskets 8 into two groups with the dividing line D, and the rotation directions of the two groups of car baskets 8 for accessing the car are different from each other, thereby exemplarily illustrating an accessing car logic of a preferred embodiment. In other embodiments, the car gondola 8 may be allowed to reciprocate within a range of more than one revolution.
As mentioned above, the car gondola 8 may include a gondola cross member 81, car pallets 82, fall rails 83, gondola stabilizing bars 85, etc., and may be connected by the gondola mount 14 to be pivotable with respect to the traction chain 6 to maintain a horizontal state in different parking positions. Here, the basket mounting frame 14 may be a triangular frame or a T-frame so as to be connected to pins at both ends of the links of the traction chain 6. The car gondola 8 is pivotally connected to the gondola mount 14 by its gondola cross beam 81 to be pivotable relative to the traction chain 6.
In the illustrated preferred embodiment, the charging assemblies on each car gondola 8 are provided as a charger 15 mounted on the gondola beam 81 and a charging gun 16 electrically connected to the charger 15, thereby avoiding occupying a parking space of the car platform 82. In the front-rear direction, the charger 15 may be provided at an end of the basket cross member 81 near the front main frame 1 or the rear main frame 2. Wherein the charger 15 is disposed near one end of the front main frame 1 to facilitate free sagging of the charging cable 9, and the extension portion from the central outlet unit to the charger 15 does not need to consider the influence of the basket stabilizer bar 85, and the charging cable 9 can be disposed to have a shorter extension length; the charger 15 is arranged near one end of the rear main frame 1, so that the influence of the automobile on driving into the automobile hanging basket 8 can be reduced, and the occupation of the parking space by the size of the charger 15 is not considered too much.
Further, the charging cable 9 extends through the empty area 100 and is electrically connected to the charger 15 mounted on the car gondola 8, so that the charging cable 9 has extensions extending into the annular running area where the car gondola 8 is located, which extensions should be guided for connection of the charger 15 in place (right and left middle positions of the car gondola 8). For this purpose, a wire bracket 17 extending toward the empty space 100 may be attached to a basket mounting bracket 14 on the side close to the charging assembly (as shown, the basket mounting bracket 14 on the side close to the rear main frame 2), and a cable fixing clip 18 may be provided on the wire bracket 17 so that an extension of the charging cable 9 extending into the annular travel region where the car basket 8 is located is fixed with respect to the corresponding car basket 8.
In order to prevent the charging cable 9 from being wound around the gondola 8 due to an unexpected external action (e.g., strong wind), a cable protection cover 19 covering an extension of the charging cable 9 from the central outlet unit to the wire bracket 17 may be installed on the front main frame 1 or the rear main frame 2, whereby an inner space of the cable protection cover 19 is a full-space area 100 allowing the charging cable 9 to freely hang down.
In the illustrated preferred embodiment, the rear main frame 2 is further connected with a rail 20, and one end of the car gondola 8 facing the rear main frame 2 is provided with a roller 84 engaged with the rail 20, and the roller 84 may be provided at one end of the gondola stabilizer bar 85 facing the rear main frame 2.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, numerous simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, including combinations of the individual specific technical features in any suitable way. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition. Such simple modifications and combinations should be considered within the scope of the present disclosure as well.
