Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
An apron assembly according to an embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-11. The skirt assembly may be applied to a rail vehicle 100 such as a tram. In the following description of the present application, an example in which the apron assembly is applied to a rail vehicle 100 such as a railroad car is explained. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the rail vehicle 100 may also be a subway, a light rail, or the like.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, a skirt assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention is adapted to be provided to a vehicle body 1, the vehicle body 1 including a base frame 11 and a mounting plate 2, the mounting plate 2 being provided below the base frame 11, and the mounting plate 2 defining an opening with the base frame 11. Wherein the skirt assembly comprises a base frame 11, a mounting plate 2 and at least one moving skirt 3.
Specifically, the moving skirt 3 is provided between the base frame 11 and the mounting plate 2, and the moving skirt 3 is movable between a first position (shown in fig. 1 and 2) in which the moving skirt 3 closes the opening and a second position (shown in fig. 5) in which the moving skirt 3 moves as a whole in a direction away from the base frame 11 and the mounting plate 2 to open the opening when the moving skirt 3 moves from the first position to the second position. For example, in the example of fig. 1-5, the mounting plate 2 is located below the base frame 11 and spaced up and down from the base frame 11, an opening is defined between an outer end of the base frame 11 and an outer end of the mounting plate 2, and the moving skirt 3 is horizontally movably mounted at the opening. Here, it should be noted that the direction "outer" may be understood as a direction away from the longitudinal center plane of the chassis 11, and the opposite direction is defined as "inner", i.e., a direction toward the longitudinal center plane of the chassis 11.
When the skirt panel assembly is applied to a rail vehicle 100, such as a tram, the moving skirt panel 3 is in the first position during driving to ensure safety during driving. When the rail vehicle 100, such as a tram, needs to be overhauled or checked, a maintenance person can pull the moving skirt board 3 outwards to move the whole moving skirt board 3 from the first position to the second position, and in the process, the maintenance person can observe surrounding obstacles while opening the door, so that safety accidents are avoided. When whole removal skirtboard 3 removed to the second position, the opening exposes, and maintainer can overhaul or the point is examined rail vehicle 100 such as tram through the opening, owing to remove skirtboard 3 and chassis 11 and mounting panel 2 and all separate the certain distance this moment, provides spacious space for follow-up maintenance or point is examined, makes the maintenance more convenient, has improved rail vehicle 100 such as tram's maintenance or point efficiency of examining.
In the related art, when the skirt board of the tram is opened, the skirt board lock is separated from the skirt board lock catch manually, and then the skirt board is spread by the gas spring. Wherein, manual separation apron board lock wastes time and energy with the apron board hasp, and outwards struts the in-process of apron board at the gas spring in the twinkling of an eye and hit maintenance or peripheral personnel easily, has certain potential safety hazard. In addition, because the car lifting plate of the tramcar is arranged in the apron plate, when the tramcar needs to be lifted, the apron plate needs to be disassembled firstly to install and fix the lifting appliance, particularly in a debugging stage, so that the apron plate is repeatedly disassembled and assembled, the service life of easily-damaged and consumable parts is shortened, and the disassembled parts are more and are easy to lose. In addition, the installation process of recovering the skirt board after being disassembled is very troublesome, the gap surface difference between the skirt board and the vehicle body needs to be adjusted repeatedly, and time and labor are wasted.
Thus, according to the skirt panel assembly of the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the moving skirt panel 3 to be movable between the first position closing the opening and the second position entirely facing away from the underframe 11 and the mounting plate 2 to open the opening, when the skirt panel assembly is applied to the rail vehicle 100 such as a tram, a safety accident is not easily occurred compared to the conventional moving skirt panel 3 opening manner, and an operation space is larger at the time of performing an inspection or spot check, and the inspection or spot check is more convenient, so that the inspection or spot check efficiency of the rail vehicle 100 such as a tram can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, with reference to fig. 1 in combination with fig. 2-5, 7-11, the upper end of each moving skirt 3 is connected to the underframe 11 by at least one moving mechanism, each moving mechanism comprising: slide rail 41 and slider 42, slide rail 41 fixed connection is in the bottom of chassis 11, and slider 42 is movably established on slide rail 41, and slider 42 links to each other with the upper end of moving skirtboard 3, and slider 42 drives when slider 42 moves along slide rail 41 and moves moving skirtboard 3 between primary importance and second place. Wherein the slide rail 41 may extend in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane of the vehicle body 1 so that the moving skirt 3 may move back and forth in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane of the vehicle body 1. Therefore, the moving apron 3 can be moved between the first position and the second position smoothly by adopting the moving mechanism formed by the slide rail 41 and the slide block 42 which are matched with each other, and the structure is simple and easy to realize. The slide rail 41 may be a linear slide rail.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 4-5, a first positioning hole 411 is formed on the slide rail 41, a second positioning hole 421 is formed on the slider 42, and when a central axis of the first positioning hole 411 and a central axis of the second positioning hole 421 coincide, positioning members are disposed in the first positioning hole 411 and the second positioning hole 421 to limit the slider 42 to move along the slide rail 41. Alternatively, the positioning member is a positioning pin or the like. Therefore, the positioning piece such as a positioning pin matched with the first positioning hole 411 and the second positioning hole 421 is arranged, so that the position of the moving skirt board 3 relative to the vehicle body 1 can be fixed, and the moving skirt board 3 is prevented from shaking during the crane.
Alternatively, there are a plurality of first positioning holes 411, and the plurality of first positioning holes 411 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the slide rail 41. Thereby, the moving skirt 3 can have a plurality of opening degrees. For example, as shown in fig. 5, a first positioning hole 411 is formed at an outer end of the slide rail 41, and a second positioning hole 421 is spaced apart from the first positioning hole 411 and the second positioning hole 421 is located inside the first positioning hole 411 when the moving skirt 3 is located at the above-described first position. Here, it should be noted that the direction "inner" is understood to be a direction toward the longitudinal center axis of the chassis 11, and the opposite direction is defined as "outer". When the central axis of the first positioning hole 411 and the central axis of the second positioning hole 421 coincide, the moving skirt 3 is interposed between the first position and the second position (the position of the moving skirt 3 to the right in fig. 5). For example, in the example of fig. 2 and 4-5, the first positioning hole 411 is provided at the outer end (i.e., the end away from the center of the vehicle body 1) of the slide rail 41, the second positioning hole 421 is close to the middle of the slider 42 with respect to the first positioning hole 411, and when the moving skirt 3 is located at the first position, the first positioning hole 411 and the second positioning hole 421 are spaced apart in the length direction of the slide rail 41. So set up, need not to remove skirtboard 3 and open completely, only need satisfy the hoist installation can, convenient and fast, labour saving and time saving.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-2 and 4-5, the sliding block 42 and the moving skirt 3 can be connected by the mounting seat 8, so as to improve the reliability of the connection between the sliding block 42 and the moving skirt 3.
Of course, the invention is not limited thereto, and according to other embodiments of the invention, the moving mechanism may also be a rack and pinion mechanism or a screw-nut mechanism, etc. (not shown). Hereby it is also achieved that the moving skirt 3 can be moved smoothly between the first and second position. Moreover, a rack and pinion mechanism or a screw nut mechanism can be driven by a motor, so that automatic opening and closing of the moving skirt 3 can be realized.
According to some embodiments of the invention, with reference to fig. 2 and 4-6, the bottom of the underframe 11 is provided with a lift plate 5, the lift plate 5 corresponding to the moving skirt 3. For example, the lifter plate 5 is located approximately at the middle in the longitudinal direction of the corresponding moving skirt 3. When the vehicle needs to be lifted, the movable skirtboard 3 can be pulled out outwards to expose the vehicle lifting plate 5 at the bottom of the underframe 11, and then a lifting appliance can be installed, so that the vehicle can be lifted. In the process, the movable apron board 3 does not need to be disassembled, the service life of easily-damaged and consumable parts is prolonged, the problem of loss of parts does not exist, the workload of assembly and maintenance is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of the crane is improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the cross-sectional shape of the slide rail 41 is a hexagon, and the slide block 42 is formed with a slide groove adapted to the shape of the slide rail 41. Of course, the cross-sectional shape of the slide rail 41 may also be trapezoidal, octagonal, or i-shaped (not shown), and the like, and the sliding slot on the sliding block 42 is adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the slide rail 41. It is understood that the shapes of the sliding rail 41 and the sliding groove can be specifically set according to actual requirements to better meet the actual application.
Optionally, two moving mechanisms are arranged between the upper end of each moving skirt 3 and the underframe 11, and the two moving mechanisms are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the moving skirt 3. For example, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 4-5 and 11, two moving mechanisms are connected to the same moving skirt board 3, so that the moving skirt board 3 can be further ensured to be smooth in the moving process. Two moving mechanisms connecting the same moving skirt 3 are shown in fig. 2 and 4-5 for illustrative purposes, but it is obvious to a person skilled in the art after reading the technical solutions of the present application that the solutions can be applied to one or three or more moving mechanisms, which also fall within the scope of the present invention.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-2, 4-5 and 7-8, a locking structure is provided between the lower end of the moving skirt 3 and the mounting plate 2, and the locking structure comprises: the lock comprises a lock catch 61 and a lock body, wherein the lock catch 61 is arranged on one of the mounting plate 2 and the moving skirt plate 3, the lock body is arranged on the other one of the moving skirt plate mounting plate 2 and the moving skirt plate 3, the lock body is provided with a bolt 62, the bolt 62 is detachably matched with the lock catch 61, the moving skirt plate 3 can move between a first position and a second position when the bolt 62 is separated from the lock catch 61, and the lower end of the moving skirt plate 3 is locked on the mounting plate 2 when the bolt 62 is matched with the lock catch 61. For example, referring to fig. 1 in combination with fig. 2, 4-5, the latch 61 may be provided at the bottom of the mounting plate 2, the latch 61 may be a hook-shaped structure bent downward from the bottom of the mounting plate 2 and toward a direction away from the moving skirt 3, the latch 62 may be horizontally rotatably provided on the inner surface of the bottom of the moving skirt 3, and the free end of the latch 62 may also be a generally hook-shaped structure. When spring bolt 62 and hasp 61 cooperation, the lower extreme of hasp 61 is colluded to the free end of spring bolt 62, and the lower extreme of removing skirtboard 3 is fixed on mounting panel 2, removes skirtboard 3 this moment and can not remove between primary importance and second place, can guarantee like this that the driving in-process removes skirtboard 3 and can not take place to rock, has guaranteed the security of driving a vehicle. When it is desired to open the moving skirt 3, the latch tongue 62 may be rotated, and the free end of the latch tongue 62 may be rotated away from the latch 61 (e.g., counterclockwise in fig. 4 and 5) to disengage the free end of the latch tongue 62 from the latch 61, and the moving skirt 3 may be pulled outwardly from the first position to the second position.
Optionally, the catch structure is a lock. The lock can be a common mechanical lock. Therefore, the lock can be opened by using the key, the operation is very convenient, and the time and the labor are saved. And the lockset has simple structure and low cost.
