Abstract

本发明公开了一种防滑汽车脚垫的制备方法,包括皮革复合海绵、电脑绣花、复合毛刺、裁板、拼接、包边、成品工艺制作流程。其中复合毛刺是将PE混合物(聚乙烯混合物)和EVA(乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物)按照一定比例和皮革海绵层在滚筒复合机上进行复合。本发明汽车防滑脚垫具有优异的防滑性能,同时还具有容易清洁,防噪和阻燃性能,制备方法简单,原料便宜易得。

一种防滑汽车脚垫的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于汽车脚垫技术领域,具体涉及一种防滑汽车脚垫的制备方法。
背景技术
汽车脚垫是集吸水、吸尘、去污、隔音、保护主机毯五大主要功能为一体的一种环保汽车内饰零部件。汽车脚垫属于内部装饰品,保护车里车外的洁净,起到美观舒适点缀的作用。选购汽车脚垫需要考虑是否防滑、安全。其次,汽车脚垫材质分很多种,每种材质也有好坏之分,劣质的汽车脚垫不仅起不到汽车脚垫的效果,可能还会对车内空气带来污染。
随着汽车产业的不断发展,拥有汽车的家庭数量也在逐年增加。人们在购买汽车后,通常会在车内地毯上摆放汽车脚垫以防止沾污。但是,人们在使用汽车脚垫的同时却往往容易忽略汽车脚垫带来的安全问题。因为汽车脚垫在使用中可能会滑到刹车闸或离合器下方而卡住刹车和离合踏板,易引发驾驶者踩刹车或离合器时,无法踩到底的险象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防滑汽车脚垫的制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:皮革复合海绵:将皮革材料和海绵使用水胶机进行复合。
S2:绣花:将上步S1复合好的皮革海绵层按照花纹设计图进行绣花。
S3:复合毛刺:1)将PE混合物(聚乙烯混合物)和EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)按照重量比为(0.54~0.73):(0.28~0.39)在单螺杆挤出机上进行混合造粒,其中单螺杆挤出温度为120~145℃,得到聚合物I。
2)然后将聚合物I与步骤S2中的皮革海绵层在滚筒复合机上进行复合,其中聚合物I复合在海绵层,滚筒加热温度为255~265℃,将聚合物I融化粘合在皮革海绵层,得到皮草面料。
3)将步骤2)中复合好的皮草面料采用电伏机加热灯管再次对聚合物层进行加热,其中加热温度为260~285℃,使聚合物层和皮革海绵层粘全。
S4:裁板:将步骤S3复合好的脚垫材料根据需要进行剪裁。
S5:拼接:将剪裁好的不同部件的脚垫材料按照设计图纸进行拼接。
S6:包边、成品:将拼接好的汽车脚垫进行最后的包边处理工艺,得到防滑汽车脚垫。
作为优选方案,上述所述的皮革选自PVC人造革或PU合成革。
作为优选方案,上述所述PE混合物包括XPE(化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料)、RPE(RPE阻燃穿线管材料)和EPE(聚乙烯泡沫塑料)。
作为更优选方案,所述PE混合物中XPE、RPE和EPE的重量比为(0.44~0.57):(0.6~0.8):(0.75~0.84)。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明防滑汽车脚垫采用皮革、海绵和PE/EVA聚合物三层复合,其中海绵层能够有效起到减噪防震的效果;所述汽车脚垫中使用的聚乙烯混合物中的RPE和EPE具有阻燃效果,经过复合制备的汽车脚垫具有良好的阻燃性能;所述防滑汽车脚垫上下两层分别为皮革层和PE/EVA层,具有疏水效果,因此该脚垫具有容易清洁的优点;所述汽车脚垫中的XPE和EVA,使得该脚垫具有优异的防滑性能。

下面对本发明实施例作具体详细的说明,本实施例在本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种防滑汽车脚垫的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1:皮革复合海绵:将PVC人造皮革材料和海绵使用水胶机进行复合。
S2:绣花:将上步S1复合好的皮革海绵层按照花纹设计图进行绣花。
S3:复合毛刺:1)将PE混合物(聚乙烯混合物)和EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)按照重量比为0.54:0.28在单螺杆挤出机上进行混合造粒,其中单螺杆挤出温度为120℃,得到聚合物I,其中PE聚合物中XPE、RPE和EPE的重量比为0.44:0.6:0.75。
2)然后将聚合物I与步骤S2中的皮革海绵层在滚筒复合机上进行复合,其中聚合物I复合在海绵层,滚筒加热温度为255℃,将聚合物I融化粘合在皮革海绵层,得到皮草面料。
3)将步骤2)中复合好的皮草面料采用电伏机加热灯管再次对聚合物层进行加热,其中加热温度为260℃,使聚合物层和皮革海绵层粘全。
S4:裁板:将步骤S3复合好的脚垫材料根据需要进行剪裁。
S5:拼接:将剪裁好的不同部件的脚垫材料按照设计图纸进行拼接。
S6:包边、成品:将拼接好的汽车脚垫进行最后的包边处理工艺,得到防滑汽车脚垫。
实施例2
一种防滑汽车脚垫的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1:皮革复合海绵:将PU合成皮革材料和海绵使用水胶机进行复合。
S2:绣花:将上步S1复合好的皮革海绵层按照花纹设计图进行绣花。
S3:复合毛刺:1)将PE混合物(聚乙烯混合物)和EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)按照重量比为0.73:0.39在单螺杆挤出机上进行混合造粒,其中单螺杆挤出温度为145℃,得到聚合物I,其中PE聚合物中XPE、RPE和EPE的重量比为0.57:0.8:0.84。
2)然后将聚合物I与步骤S2中的皮革海绵层在滚筒复合机上进行复合,其中聚合物I复合在海绵层,滚筒加热温度为265℃,将聚合物I融化粘合在皮革海绵层,得到皮草面料。
3)将步骤2)中复合好的皮草面料采用电伏机加热灯管再次对聚合物层进行加热,其中加热温度为285℃,使聚合物层和皮革海绵层粘全。
S4:裁板:将步骤S3复合好的脚垫材料根据需要进行剪裁。
S5:拼接:将剪裁好的不同部件的脚垫材料按照设计图纸进行拼接。
S6:包边、成品:将拼接好的汽车脚垫进行最后的包边处理工艺,得到防滑汽车脚垫。
实施例3
一种防滑汽车脚垫的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1:皮革复合海绵:将PU合成皮革材料和海绵使用水胶机进行复合。
S2:绣花:将上步S1复合好的皮革海绵层按照花纹设计图进行绣花。
S3:复合毛刺:1)将PE混合物(聚乙烯混合物)和EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)按照重量比为0.69:0.34在单螺杆挤出机上进行混合造粒,其中单螺杆挤出温度为135℃,得到聚合物I,其中PE聚合物中XPE、RPE和EPE的重量比为0.51:0.7:0.81。
2)然后将聚合物I与步骤S2中的皮革海绵层在滚筒复合机上进行复合,其中聚合物I复合在海绵层,滚筒加热温度为260℃,将聚合物I融化粘合在皮革海绵层,得到皮草面料。
3)将步骤2)中复合好的皮草面料采用电伏机加热灯管再次对聚合物层进行加热,其中加热温度为270℃,使聚合物层和皮革海绵层粘全。
S4:裁板:将步骤S3复合好的脚垫材料根据需要进行剪裁。
S5:拼接:将剪裁好的不同部件的脚垫材料按照设计图纸进行拼接。
S6:包边、成品:将拼接好的汽车脚垫进行最后的包边处理工艺,得到防滑汽车脚垫。
防滑性能测试:将实施例1~3中制备的防滑汽车脚垫按照宝马PR 308标准的试验要求,通过多功能强力机进行水平拉力测试,其测试结果如表1所示,

从上表可以看出,本发明实施例1~3制备防滑汽车脚垫具有优异的防滑性能。

Claims (4)

1.一种防滑汽车脚垫的制备方法,包括皮革复合海绵、电脑绣花、复合毛刺、裁板、拼接、包边成品步骤,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下具体步骤:
S1:皮革复合海绵:将皮革材料和海绵使用水胶机进行复合;
S2:绣花:将上步S1复合好的皮革海绵层按照花纹设计图进行绣花;
S3:复合毛刺:1)将PE混合物(聚乙烯混合物)和EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)按照重量比为(0.54~0.73):(0.28~0.39)在单螺杆挤出机上进行混合造粒,其中单螺杆挤出温度为120~145℃,得到聚合物I;
2)然后将聚合物I与步骤S2中的皮革海绵层在滚筒复合机上进行复合,其中聚合物I复合在海绵层,滚筒加热温度为255~265℃,将聚合物I融化粘合在皮革海绵层,得到皮草面料;
3)将步骤2)中复合好的皮草面料采用电复机加热灯管再次对聚合物层进行加热,其中加热温度为260~285℃,使聚合物层和皮革海绵层粘全;
S4:裁板:将步骤S3复合好的脚垫材料根据需要进行剪裁;
S5:拼接:将剪裁好的不同部件的脚垫材料按照设计图纸进行拼接;
S6:包边、成品:将拼接好的汽车脚垫进行最后的包边处理工艺,得到防滑汽车脚垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滑汽车脚垫的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的皮革选自PVC人造革或PU合成革。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滑汽车脚垫的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PE混合物包括XPE(化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料)、RPE(RPE阻燃穿线管材料)和EPE(聚乙烯泡沫塑料)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防滑汽车脚垫的制备方法,其特征在于,PE混合物中XPE、RPE和EPE的重量比为(0.44~0.57):(0.6~0.8):(0.75~0.84)。
