a dilation wheel (64), the dilation wheel (64) being rotatably mounted on the connecting frame (63), the sanding belt (56) being wound around the dilation wheel (64);

the regulating valve pipe (72) is fixedly connected to the lower side of the first hydraulic cylinder (71);
a check valve pipe (73), wherein the check valve pipe (73) is fixedly connected to the lower side of the first hydraulic cylinder (71);
the liquid storage tank (74) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the bottom plate (1), hydraulic oil is filled in the liquid storage tank (74), and the regulating valve pipe (72) and the one-way valve pipe (73) are connected with the liquid storage tank (74);
