Abstract
The invention relates to a method for covering and insulating a molten iron ladle in the whole process of transporting the molten iron ladle to the bottom by an automobile, wherein a trisection folding cover is added after the molten iron ladle is baked and is lifted to an automobile molten iron transporting vehicle; conveying to a tapping hole, horizontally moving the whole ladle cover after alignment, automatically uncovering the ladle cover, and automatically covering after tapping finishes and an instruction is obtained; full load capping and transporting to a KR desulfurization trolley or a pig casting machine overturning platform; lifting and uncovering the ladle cover by a cover adding and uncovering machine before entering the desulfurization position, after the desulfurization is finished, automatically descending and covering the ladle cover by the cover adding and uncovering machine, hoisting the ladle cover to a converter for iron charging, and automatically opening an iron charging cover of a ladle tipping large ladle nozzle folding cover; or full load is carried to the pig casting machine with a cover to tip the cast iron block, and the iron ladle tips the small ladle nozzle folding cover to tip the iron cover to automatically open the cast iron; and after the completion of the process, the furnace body is completely automatically closed, and the furnace body with the cover is lifted to a molten iron transport vehicle or placed for waiting, so that the next cycle is started. The whole process of conveying the molten iron ladle to the bottom by the automobile is covered for heat preservation, so that a foundation is provided for reducing the temperature drop of the molten iron and improving the temperature of the molten iron entering the furnace, iron can be saved, steel can be increased, and the consumption of refractory materials of the molten iron ladle is reduced.

Background
At present, the ladle is not covered for heat preservation in the ladle transportation process, or only the covered heat preservation is designed on a transportation vehicle, the whole process from tapping to iron charging is difficult to cover for heat preservation, and the temperature drop of molten iron is not minimum. And the production technology that the molten iron ladle is transported by the automobile to the end, the tapping position space is compact, the iron ladle needs to be changed into iron and turned over iron in different directions, so that the iron ladle has the structural design of large and small ladle nozzles, the common structure ladle cover can not realize the iron change with the cover, thus the iron or cast iron is more difficult to realize from tapping to changing, and the empty ladle is tapped again, the true full flow is covered and insulated, and the main reasons are as follows:
1. in the production process for transporting the ladle to the bottom by the automobile, because the space of the iron adding position is compact, the cover of the ladle is difficult to be lifted to realize the cover covering and uncovering at the tapping position;
2. the iron ladle with the high-low structural design of the large ladle nozzle and the small ladle nozzle is difficult to realize automatic capping and uncapping by driving the ladle cover by the molten iron transport vehicle, even if a larger height space is needed;
3. the prior structure and design of the iron ladle can not realize full-coverage heat preservation if the iron ladle needs to be filled with iron and turned over.

The invention aims to provide a method for covering and insulating a molten iron ladle in the whole process of automobile transportation.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the method for covering and insulating the molten iron ladle in the whole process of automobile transportation comprises the following steps:
1) adding a trisection folding cover after baking the iron ladle, and hoisting the iron ladle to an automobile hot metal transporting car;
2) transporting to a tapping hole, aligning, then integrally translating the ladle cover, uncovering, and automatically covering after tapping is finished and an instruction is obtained;
3) full load capping and transporting to a KR desulfurization trolley or a pig casting machine overturning platform;
4) before entering the desulfurization position, lifting and uncovering the ladle cover by a cover adding and uncovering machine, after the desulfurization is finished, automatically descending and covering the ladle cover by the cover adding and uncovering machine, and then hoisting the ladle cover to a converter for iron adding;
5) turning over the ladle to add iron, and automatically opening an iron adding cover in the ladle nozzle folding cover to add iron;
6) or full load capping and transporting to the pig casting machine with a cover to tip the cast iron block, and automatically opening the iron cover in the iron ladle tip small ladle nozzle folding cover to cast iron;
7) and after the completion of the process, the furnace body is completely automatically closed, and the furnace body with the cover is lifted to a molten iron transport vehicle or placed for waiting, so that the next cycle is started.
Furthermore, the trisection folding cover is divided into a hot metal charging cover, a fixed cover and a metal turning cover.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the method can realize the real purpose of covering and insulating the whole process of transporting the ladle to the bottom by the automobile, provides a foundation for reducing the temperature drop of the molten iron and improving the temperature of the molten iron entering the furnace, and can save iron and increase steel and reduce the consumption of refractory materials of the ladle.

The following are specific examples of the present invention and further describe the technical solutions of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to these examples. As shown in fig. 2, the ladle cover is designed as a folding cover and is divided into three parts: a metal charging cover, a fixed cover and a metal turning cover. 5) turning over the ladle to add iron, and automatically opening an iron adding cover in the ladle nozzle folding cover to add iron;
6) or full load capping and transporting to the pig casting machine with a cover to tip the cast iron block, and automatically opening the iron cover in the iron ladle tip small ladle nozzle folding cover to cast iron;
7) and after the completion of the process, the furnace body is completely automatically closed, and the furnace body with the cover is lifted to a molten iron transport vehicle or placed for waiting, so that the next cycle is started.
