After the cleaning is finished, the cleaned pipe is lifted off the cleaning platform for subsequent processing or storage.
Compared with the prior art, the pipe inner wall cleaning system and the pipe inner wall cleaning method provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that:
according to the pipe inner wall cleaning system and the pipe inner wall cleaning method, the cleaning device is placed in the pipe, the advancing device drives the blowing device to advance, the rotating device drives the cleaning air pipe to rotate, compressed air is started, and the cleaning air pipe cleans the periphery of the inner wall of the pipe in the advancing process through the compressed air, so that the problem that the inner wall of a long pipe is difficult to clean is solved, the operation is simple, and the energy consumption is low.
The pipe inner wall cleaning system and the cleaning method provided by the invention have the advantages that the dust removal filter boxes are arranged at two ends of the pipe, waste generated by cleaning the inner wall of the pipe groove is swept into the dust removal filter boxes by compressed air and is collected by the dirt collecting box at the bottom of the dust removal filter boxes, and the cleaned objects are convenient to treat without waste gas and waste water treatment pressure; meanwhile, the dust removal filter boxes are arranged at the two ends of the pipe, so that the cleaning wastes can be prevented from flying out of the pipe during cleaning operation, and the operating environment is improved.
The cleaning system and the cleaning method for the inner wall of the pipe can be used for cleaning by combining compressed air and a cleaning agent, and the cleaning effect is better; the pipe is obliquely arranged, so that sundries on the inner wall of the pipe can be conveniently discharged.
According to the pipe inner wall cleaning system and the pipe inner wall cleaning method, the rotating shaft of the advancing device is detachably connected with the supporting seat, the position of the rotating shaft can be adjusted according to the height of the pipe, so that the cleaning gas pipe of the purging device is always positioned in the center of the pipe, and the cleaning effect on impurities on the inner wall of the pipe is guaranteed.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning system for the inner wall of a pipe is characterized by comprising a placing frame for placing the pipe, working platforms arranged at two ends of the placing frame, a dust removal filter box arranged on the working platforms and butted with two ends of the pipe, a dirt collecting box arranged at the bottom of the dust removal filter box, and a cleaning device, wherein the cleaning device comprises a supporting seat, a blowing device arranged on the supporting seat, an advancing device and a feedback control device;
the blowing device comprises a cleaning air pipe, a compressed air pipe connected with the tail end of the cleaning air pipe and a rotating device used for driving the cleaning air pipe to rotate; the cleaning air pipe comprises a first connecting pipe, a second connecting pipe connected with the tail end of the first connecting pipe through a rotatable joint, a spray pipe formed by bending and extending the other end of the first connecting pipe, and a nozzle arranged at the end part of the spray pipe, the compressed air pipe is connected with the other end of the second connecting pipe, and the rotating device drives the first connecting pipe to rotate;
the advancing device is used for pushing the purging device to move axially along the pipe and comprises a wheel assembly arranged on the supporting seat and a first driving motor for driving the wheel assembly to rotate;
the feedback control device comprises a detector for detecting whether the cleaning device moves to the tail end of the pipe or not, and a controller electrically connected with the detector, wherein the controller is electrically connected with the first driving motor, the rotating device and the compressed air supply device.
2. The tube inner wall cleaning system of claim 1, wherein the spray pipe is disposed perpendicular to the first connection pipe.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the nozzle is at an angle with respect to the inner wall of the pipe, and the angle between the nozzle and the inner wall of the pipe is 15-45 °.
4. The pipe inner wall cleaning system according to claim 1, wherein the rotating device comprises a transmission part connected with the first connecting pipe, and a second driving motor for driving the transmission part to rotate.
5. The tube inner wall cleaning system of claim 1, wherein the wheel assembly is removably connected to the support base.

The system for cleaning the inner wall of the tube according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning device further comprises a liquid containing tank for containing cleaning liquid, a liquid transfer tube for connecting the liquid containing tank and the second connecting tube, and a liquid transfer valve disposed on the liquid transfer tube.
7. The system for cleaning the inner wall of the pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rack is inclined, and the height of the workbench is adjustable, so that the pipe is inclined.
8. A method for cleaning the inner wall of a pipe, which is characterized by adopting the pipe inner wall cleaning system of any one of claims 1 to 7, and comprises the following steps:
step S1, placing the pipe to be cleaned on a placing rack, and enabling two ends of the pipe to be respectively butted with a dust removal filter box;
step S2, placing the cleaning device at one end of the pipe, connecting a compressed air pipe at the tail end of the cleaning air pipe, and enabling the compressed air pipe to penetrate through the dedusting filter box;
step S3, controlling an advancing device and a rotating device to work, wherein the advancing device pushes the purging device to advance, and the rotating device drives the first connecting pipe to rotate; starting compressed air, and cleaning the periphery of the inner wall of the pipe in the advancing process of the cleaning air pipe;
and step S4, the detector detects the position of the cleaning device in real time and sends a detection signal to the controller, and when the detector detects that the cleaning device moves to the tail end of the pipe, the controller sends a work stopping instruction to the first driving motor, the rotating device and the compressed air supply device to stop the cleaning work of the inner wall of the pipe and finish one-time cleaning.
9. The method for cleaning the inner wall of the pipe material as claimed in claim 8, wherein the step S3 further comprises the step of adding a cleaning agent into the cleaning air pipe.
10. The method for cleaning the inner wall of the pipe according to claim 8, further comprising:
step S5, pulling the compressed air pipe to bring the cleaning device to the head end of the pipe; or turning the cleaning device 180 degrees;
step S6, starting compressed air, starting the advancing device and the rotating device, and performing secondary purging;
and step S7, after the secondary purging is finished, opening the dedusting filter box, taking out the cleaning device, and treating sundries generated by cleaning.
