Claims (7)
1. The section spraying device which is uniform in coating and convenient to assemble and disassemble is characterized by comprising a coating box (12) and a mounting unit; a section bar smearing unit, a section bar placing unit and a smearing material recycling unit are arranged in the coating box (12); the paint box (12) is filled with paint; the section bar smearing unit comprises a driving roll shaft (17), a driven roll shaft (16) and a smearing belt (18), wherein the smearing belt (18) is partially immersed in the coating; the section placing unit is arranged below the upper smearing belt (18), and the section to be smeared is placed above the upper smearing belt (18) and is in close contact with the section placing unit; the smearing material recovery unit comprises a collection box (28) and a scraping plate (30), the collection box (28) is communicated with the coating box (12), and the scraping plate (30) is obliquely arranged relative to the advancing direction of the smearing belt (18); under the guiding action of the scraping plate (30), the coating and impurities on the coating belt (18) are scraped into the collecting box (28); the mounting unit comprises a base (1); the upper surface of the base (1) is provided with two parallel sliding chutes (10), two sliding blocks (11) are respectively arranged in the two sliding chutes (10), the top ends of the two sliding blocks (11) are fixedly connected with the bottom of the coating box (12), and the bottom end of the coating box (12) is attached to the top end of the base (1), so that the coating box (12) can move on the base (1); the section bar placing unit comprises 2 oppositely-arranged mounting plates (19), and two ends of each mounting plate (19) are fixed on the inner part of the paint box (12); a second fixing plate (20) which is horizontally arranged is fixedly connected between the 2 mounting plates (19), a groove (21) is formed in the upper surface of the second fixing plate (20), and a plurality of through grooves (22) are uniformly formed in the inner bottom surface of the groove (21); a plurality of top plates (23) are uniformly and fixedly connected to the inner bottom surface of the groove (21), and each through groove (22) is uniformly arranged between two adjacent top plates (23); two sides of the upper surface of the second fixing plate (20) are fixedly connected with two second hydraulic cylinders (24) respectively, the top ends of the two second hydraulic cylinders (24) are fixedly connected with two connecting plates (25) respectively, a U-shaped plate (26) is fixedly connected between the two connecting plates (25), a plurality of slots (27) are uniformly arranged on the U-shaped plate (26), and the slots (27) and the top plate (23) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
2. The profile spraying device which can be uniformly coated and is convenient to assemble and disassemble as claimed in claim 1, wherein the profile spraying device is further provided with a profile carrying unit for taking and transporting the coated profile.

The profile spraying device with uniform coating and convenient assembly and disassembly according to claim 2, wherein the profile carrying unit comprises a first hydraulic cylinder (3) and a first fixing plate (7), the output end of the first hydraulic cylinder (3) is arranged downwards, the output end of the first hydraulic cylinder (3) is fixedly connected with a connecting rod (5), the bottom end of the connecting rod (5) is sleeved with a detachable positioning sleeve (4), the bottom end of the positioning sleeve (4) is fixedly connected with the first fixing plate (7), two rows of dovetail grooves (8) which are arranged in parallel are uniformly arranged at the bottom end of the first fixing plate (7), and the dovetail grooves (8) in the two rows are aligned one by one; a dovetail block (9) is connected in each dovetail groove (8) in a sliding manner; two third hydraulic cylinders (35) are respectively and fixedly installed on two sides of the first fixing plate (7), and output ends of the two third hydraulic cylinders (35) are fixedly connected with clamping plates (32); the opposite side walls of the two clamping plates (32) are fixedly connected with the bottom ends of a plurality of inclined rods (36), and the upper end of each inclined rod (36) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the dovetail block (9) at the opposite position; a row of conical blocks (33) are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the opposite side walls of the two clamping plates (32), the conical blocks (33) in each row are arranged at equal intervals, and the two opposite rows of conical blocks (33) correspond to each other one by one and are used for clamping and extracting the section bars.

The profile spraying device with uniform coating and convenient assembly and disassembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein two bearing plates (37) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to two outward side walls of the two clamping plates (32), and four wheels (34) are fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom end of each bearing plate (37) respectively, so that the profile carrying unit can be pushed and transported conveniently.

The section spraying device with uniform painting and convenient assembly and disassembly as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the number of the driving roll shaft (17) and the driven roll shaft (16) is 2, the connecting shafts at two ends of the driving roll shaft (17) are respectively connected with the inner walls of two opposite sides of the paint box (12) in a rotating way, and the driving roll shaft (17) is connected with the output end of the paint motor (38); a driven roll shaft (16) is arranged below each driving roll shaft (17), the driven roll shafts (16) are arranged in parallel with the driving roll shafts (17), and the coating belt (18) is wrapped outside the driving roll shafts (17) and the driven roll shafts (16); the connecting shaft of the driven roll shaft (16) is arranged in a positioning groove (39) on the inner wall of the paint box (12) and is in sliding connection with the positioning groove (39); all install reset spring (40) in every constant head tank (39), top surface fixed connection in reset spring (40) top and constant head tank (39), the laminating setting on the connecting axle top of reset spring (40) bottom and driven roller axle (16).
