In using the apparatus, the coating material is pre-formulated and poured into the hopper 12. When the waterproof paint is coated for the first time, the lifting device is adjusted to enable the lowest point of the common wheel 51 and the lowest point of the leveling roller 52 to be located at the same height. Then, both the first motor 45 and the second motor 36 are started, and after the second motor 36 is started, the second rotating shaft 56 rotates and drives the conveying shaft 31 and the second gear 57 to rotate together, so that the conveying belt 32 and the leveling roller 52 serving as a driving wheel rotate. The coating in the feeding hopper 12 falls onto the material pushing plate 35 between the two separating sheets 33 from the feeding hole, and when the conveyer belt 32 moves continuously to move the two adjacent separating sheets 33 to the position at the lower side of the conveyer belt 32, the material pushing plate 35 moves to the position away from the conveyer belt 32 under the action of the weight block 356, so that the coating is pushed out from between the two adjacent separating sheets 33, and the coating is better poured onto the substrate and is not easy to adhere between the two adjacent separating sheets 33. When the machine body 1 continuously advances, the first motor 45 rotates to drive the movable shaft 41 in the smearing device 4 to continuously rotate, and the first motor 45 is set to be in a continuous forward rotation mode and a continuous reverse rotation mode during working, so that the movable roller 44 continuously moves back and forth along the movable shaft 41, and the paint falling on the base layer is evenly brushed. And the coating scraped and left on the movable roller 44 is flattened by the flattening roller 52, so that the coating painted on the machine body 1 is more flattened. After brushing a strip of paint layer, adjusting the lifting device to make the lowest point of the ordinary wheel 51 positioned at the lower side of the leveling roller 52, and the difference between the height of the lowest point of the ordinary wheel 51 and the height of the lowest side of the leveling roller 52 is equal to the thickness of the painted paint layer. When the machine body 1 brushes the next strip-shaped coating layer, the side parts, close to each other, of the next strip-shaped coating layer and the previous strip-shaped coating layer are overlapped together, so that no gap exists between the brushed coating layers.
Referring to fig. 1, the construction method for building waterproofing disclosed by the present invention mainly comprises four steps;
cleaning the surface of a base layer; the broken stones and dust on the surface of the base layer are cleaned by cleaning equipment such as a broom, a dust collector and the like, and then water mist is sprayed to prevent flying dust on the surface of the base layer.
Longitudinally brushing the first waterproof coating, and then transversely brushing the first waterproof coating; a transverse band of paint is applied to the substrate by placing the body 1 at a corner of the substrate, which is referred to as the initial position of the substrate, and moving the body 1 along the longitudinal side of the substrate to the other end of the substrate. And then moving the machine body 1 back to the side of the previous initial position, continuously coating the coating layer on the machine body 1 along one side of the coating layer, and erecting one side of the coating layer which is coated subsequently on one side of the coating layer which is coated previously so that no gap exists between the coated coating layers. And then repeating the steps, and finishing the step of longitudinally brushing the waterproof paint for the first time after the base layer is completely covered by the paint layer brushed by the machine body 1. And then moving the machine body 1 to an initial position, moving the machine body along the transverse side edge of the base layer until the other end of the base layer, brushing a transverse banded coating layer on the base layer, and then repeatedly brushing the transverse banded coating layer, so that the step of brushing the waterproof coating for the first time transversely is completed after the coating layer brushed by the machine body 1 completely covers the base layer.
After the first-time waterproof coating is dried, longitudinally brushing a second-time waterproof coating on the upper side of the first-time waterproof coating, and then transversely brushing the second-time waterproof coating; and after the first waterproof coating is dried, repeating the steps, and brushing the second waterproof coating transversely and brushing the second waterproof coating longitudinally in sequence.
After the waterproof coating for the second time is dried, brushing a protective layer coating on the waterproof coating for the second time; the protective layer coating is directly coated manually, and because the protective layer coating is usually diluted, the condition of whether the coating is uniform or not does not need to be considered, the coating is only completely coated, and the coating completely covers the waterproof coating for the second time, so that the coating is manually coated.
