in the first step, the components are as follows according to the mass percentage: selecting 29-32.5% of breathable wet strength paper, 32.5-60% of high molecular water-absorbing resin and 10-35% of low-melting-point composite short fiber, and weighing according to the sum of the weight percentages of 1;
in the second step, half of the breathable wet strength paper is selected and laid on the workbench;
in the third step, the forming of the middle layer comprises the following steps:
1) laying a layer of low-melting-point composite short fibers on the laid breathable wet-strength paper by using an airflow forming technology;
2) then a layer of high molecular water-absorbing resin is scattered on the low-melting-point composite short fiber layer;
in the fourth step, the rest breathable wet-strength paper is flatly laid on the high-molecular water-absorbing resin layer;
in the fifth step, the composite molding comprises the following steps:
1) pressing the core body obtained in the fourth step by an electric heating or heat conducting oil roller to enable the core body to be in a fluffy or compaction net shape after composite forming;
2) cutting the composite formed water absorption core body into a standard size according to the required specification, and removing redundant leftover materials;
and in the sixth step, the molded water-absorbing core body is subjected to a tensile test, and the qualified persons with the tensile strength are packaged and stored, and the unqualified persons are recycled.
3. A sanitary absorbent core as defined in claim 1, wherein: the raw material of the high-molecular water-absorbent resin needs to be in a dry, ventilated and cool environment when being stored.
4. A sanitary absorbent core as defined in claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the water absorption core body is 0.2-5 mm.
5. A method for preparing a sanitary absorbent core as claimed in claim 2, wherein: and in the second step, the two sides of the breathable wet strength paper on the workbench are provided with clapboards.
6. A method for preparing a sanitary absorbent core as claimed in claim 2, wherein: in the step three 1), the length of the low-melting-point composite short fiber is 5mm or 6mm.
7. A method for preparing a sanitary absorbent core as claimed in claim 2, wherein: in the step three 2), large airflow fluctuation is avoided when the high-molecular water-absorbent resin is spread.
8. A method for preparing a sanitary absorbent core as claimed in claim 2, wherein: in the step five 1), the temperature of the oil roller is 80-140 ℃.
9. A method for preparing a sanitary absorbent core as claimed in claim 2, wherein: and in the sixth step, the qualified standard of the tensile strength is not lower than 53.4785N.
