The combination endoscope with visual dilation and precisely positionable head end of claim 2, wherein: the sheath tube comprises an outer sheath tube (2) and an inner sheath tube (3) coaxially inserted into the outer sheath tube, one end of the outer sheath tube (2) is coaxially connected with an outer sheath tube joint (4), the rear end of the inner sheath tube (3) is coaxially connected with an inner sheath tube joint (5), the outer sheath tube joint (4) is matched and fixed with the inner sheath tube joint (5), the guide needle tube is coaxially inserted into the inner sheath tube joint (5) and the inner sheath tube (3), the front end of the inner sheath tube (3) is provided with the guide structure, and the guide needle tube joint (1.1) is matched and fixed with the inner sheath tube joint (5); the flexible sheath section (21.4) can be coaxially inserted into the outer sheath tube (2), the head end of the flexible sheath section (21.4) can penetrate through the outer sheath tube (2) and be bent, and the sealing guide part is arranged in the outer sheath tube joint (4).

A combined endoscope with visual dilation and precisely positionable head end according to claim 3, wherein: a cavity communicated with the outer sheath pipe (2) is formed in the outer sheath pipe joint (4) along the axial direction of the outer sheath pipe joint, the sealing guide part is fixed in the cavity and comprises a guide sleeve (7) which is coaxially fixed in the cavity and used for guiding the hard sheath section (21.2) to axially move and limiting the axial forward position of the hard sheath section (21.2) and a sealing ring (15) which is coaxially fixed in the inlet end of the guide sleeve (7), the hard sheath section (21.2) can be coaxially inserted into the guide sleeve (7), and the sealing ring (15) can be tightly matched with the surface of the hard sheath section (21.2); a cavity between the guide sleeve (7) and the outer sheath tube (2) is a drainage cavity (8) capable of guiding water and secretion out, and a positioning ring platform (9) which is coaxially communicated with the guide sleeve (7) and is matched and fixed with the inner sheath tube joint (5) is fixed on the rear surface of the outer sheath tube joint (4).
