The embodiment of the invention can be applied to cooking appliances, such as electric cookers, electric pressure cookers, cooking machines, soybean milk makers, electric stewpots or other electric heating appliances.
As shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance 500 may include a pot body 100 and a lid. The pot body 100 may have an inner pot receiving part of a cylindrical shape (or other shapes), and the inner pot 200 may be freely put into or taken out of the inner pot receiving part to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot 200. The inner pot 200 is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. For example, the inner pan 200 can comprise a body of revolution formed by the pan walls with an upper opening and an inner cavity. The capacity of the inner pot 200 is usually less than 6L, for example, the capacity of the inner pot 200 may be 2L or 4L.
The cover body includes a detachable cover 300 and an upper cover 400, and the detachable cover 300 is detachably coupled to the upper cover 400. The lid body is pivotally connected to the pot body 100 by a pivot shaft for covering the pot body 100, and when the lid body covers the pot body 100, a cooking space is formed between the lid body and the inner pot 200.
The cooking appliance 500 may include a control device for implementing cooking control of the cooking appliance 500. For example, the Control device may be a Micro Control Unit (MCU). The cooking appliance 500 may further include a heating device for heating the inner pot 200. In addition, the cooking appliance 500 may also have a temperature sensor, such as a top temperature sensor disposed in the cover and/or a bottom temperature sensor disposed below the receiving portion of the inner pan 200. The bottom temperature sensor and the top temperature sensor may be thermistors. Both the bottom temperature sensor and the top temperature sensor are connected to the control device of the cooking appliance 500 to feed back the sensed temperature signal to the control device after sensing the temperature of the inner pan 200, so that the control device can realize more accurate control of the cooking process based on the temperature signal. Wherein, when the inner pot 200 is placed in the inner pot receiving portion of the pot body 100, the bottom temperature sensor may sense the temperature of the bottom wall of the inner pot 200, for example, the bottom temperature sensor may be in direct or indirect contact with the bottom wall.
In addition, the pot body 100 may further include a power supply board, and a display board (also referred to as a panel) may be further provided on the pot body 100. Wherein the power panel can be used for supplying power for a control device, a display panel and the like.
It should be noted that although a partial structure of the cooking appliance 500 is schematically described at this time, these lists are only exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the structure of the cooking appliance 500 of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, a control panel 600 is provided on a cooking appliance 500, and the control panel 600 includes: a control button 601 for operating the cooking appliance 500; a time display interface 602, configured to display the first time length or the second time length; a first indicator light 603 for indicating a first operating state; and a second indicator light 604 for indicating a second operating state. It is understood that the first indicator light 603 and the second indicator light 604 are only used to indicate different operation states of the cooking appliance 500, and may be distinguished by different colored lights, or may be distinguished by letters or characters using the same color but different positions.
In the present embodiment, the cooking appliance 500 can switch between two different operating states, for example, a timing state and a reservation state, through the control key 601.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of the first embodiment of the present invention. The control method shown in fig. 3 may be performed by the cooking appliance 500, and the method includes:
s1, acquiring a first key signal from the control key 601, and adjusting a first duration of executing the first working state.
Specifically, the cooking appliance 500 is in the first working state, and when the execution duration of the first working state needs to be adjusted, the user can operate the control key 601 to enable the cooking appliance 500 to receive the first key signal and adjust the first duration of executing the first working state according to the first key signal.
For example, the first operating state may be a timing state, the first indicator light 603 may represent the timing state, when the cooking appliance 500 is in the timing state, the first indicator light 603 is turned on, the second indicator light 604 is turned off, a first time length for the cooking function to be executed in the timing state is displayed on the time display interface 602, and when the cooking appliance 500 does not detect the user operating the control key 601 within the predetermined time length, the cooking appliance 500 executes the cooking function in the timing state at the first time length. When the user needs to adjust the first duration, the user can directly operate the control button 601 to enable the cooking appliance 500 to obtain the first button signal, so as to adjust the first duration. Then, the cooking function in the timing state is performed for the adjusted first time period.
And S2, entering a second working state according to the adjusted first time length.
Specifically, the process continues to be executed by the cooking appliance 500, and when the cooking appliance 500 detects that the adjusted first duration exceeds a certain duration preset by the system, the cooking appliance 500 switches from the first operating state to the second operating state.
For example, the second operating state may be a reserved state, the second indicator light 604 may indicate the reserved state, and the preset duration of the system may be a maximum duration of the execution in the timed state. When a user needs to make the cooking appliance 500 enter a reserved state, the user can adjust the first time length by operating the control key 601, so that the first time length exceeds the maximum time length executed in the timing state, the cooking appliance 500 is switched from the timing state to the reserved state, at this time, a second time length executed in the reserved state by the cooking function is displayed on the time display interface 602, the first indicator lamp 603 is turned off, and the second indicator lamp 604 is turned on.
S3, acquiring a second key signal from the control key 601, and adjusting a second duration of executing the second working state.
Specifically, the process is also continued by the cooking appliance 500, when the cooking appliance 500 is in the second operating state, the user may operate the control button 601, so that the cooking appliance 500 obtains the second button signal, and adjust the second duration of the cooking function executed in the second operating state according to the second button signal.
Illustratively, when cooking appliance 500 switches from the timed state to the reserved state, at which the time duration displayed on time display interface 602 is one time duration just exceeding the maximum time duration of the first operating state, i.e., a second time duration at the beginning of the reserved state, cooking appliance 500 performs the cooking function in the reserved state at the second time duration when cooking appliance 500 does not detect the user operating control key 601 within the predetermined time duration. When the user needs to adjust the second duration, the user can operate the control button 601 to enable the cooking appliance 500 to obtain the second button signal, so as to adjust the second duration. Then, the cooking appliance 500 performs the cooking function in the timing state for the adjusted second time period.
According to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of different operating states of the cooking appliance 500 can be switched by the control button 601, so that the operation of the user is more convenient, the operation interface of the cooking appliance 500 is more concise, and the manufacturing cost of the cooking appliance 500 is reduced.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a second preferred embodiment according to the present invention, and fig. 5 is a block flow chart of the embodiment. The control method shown in fig. 4 is also performed by the cooking appliance 500, and includes:
s10, acquiring a cooking function and a default time length T2 corresponding to the cooking function, and entering the first working state, wherein the first time length is the default time length T2.
For example, the cooking appliance 500 may have a plurality of functions, such as cooking, cooking porridge, cooking soup, etc., and the first operating state is a timing state, and each cooking function is set with a default execution time period corresponding to the timing state. In the present embodiment, the cooking appliance 500 may obtain one cooking function selected by the user, for example, rice cooking, and the time display interface 602 of the cooking appliance 500 displays the default time length T2 in the timing state corresponding to the rice cooking function, for example, 90 minutes, so that the user can know the time length required for rice cooking in time. It will be appreciated that the initial value of the first period is a default period T2. At this time, the first indicator light 603 is on, and the second indicator light 604 is off.
When the cooking appliance 500 does not detect the operation of the control button 601 within the predetermined time period, the cooking appliance 500 performs the rice cooking function in the timed state for a default time period T2, and if the user needs to adjust the execution time period of the rice cooking function in the timed state, the process proceeds to step S20.
S20, acquiring the pressed number M of the control key 601;
the first duration is adjusted by accumulating the first base duration d a number M times.
In this step, the user may press the control key 601 a plurality of times, and the cooking appliance 500 will obtain a first key signal related to the number of times of pressing, so as to adjust a first duration of the current function executed in the first operating state.
Illustratively, each time the control button 601 is pressed, the current first duration may be increased by a first base duration d, e.g., 10 minutes. Specifically, when the time duration on the time display interface 602 is T2, the time duration displayed on the time display interface 602 will become T2+ d after the cooking appliance 500 acquires the 1-time pressing signal from the control button 601. Accordingly, after the cooking appliance 500 acquires the M pressing signals from the control key 601, the time duration displayed on the time display interface 602 will become T2+ M × d.
S30, judging whether the adjusted first time length is greater than a switching time length T3, wherein when the adjusted first time length is greater than the switching time length T3, entering a second working state.
Specifically, the cooking appliance 500 is provided with a switching duration T3, and the switching duration T3 may be a fixed duration or a duration correspondingly set for different cooking functions. When the user adjusts the first time length of the first operating state, and the adjusted first time length is greater than the switching time length T3, the cooking appliance 500 enters the second operating state.
For example, the switching time period T3 set by the cooking appliance 500 may be the maximum time period for which the cooking function is performed in the timing state, for example, T3 may be 120 minutes. When the user adjusts the first time length of the timing state and the adjusted first time length is greater than T3, the cooking appliance 500 will switch from the timing state to the reservation state. It is understood that when the time displayed on the time display interface 602 is longer than T3, the first indicator light 603 is off and the second indicator light 604 is on.
It should be noted that, when the cooking appliance performs the cooking function in the reserved state, the timing duration for performing the cooking function is the default duration T2, that is, during the cooking process in the reserved state, when the reserved execution duration is decreased to be equal to the default duration T2, the cooking function is turned on until the cooking is finished.
S40, acquiring the pressed number N of the control key 601;
the second time duration is adjusted by accumulating the second basic time duration y, which is counted N times.
After the cooking appliance 500 is switched to the second operating state, the user may selectively adjust the second duration of the second operating state by operating the control button 601, and specifically, the second duration displayed on the time display interface 602 may be increased by the second basic duration y by pressing the control button 601 once.
Illustratively, when the time duration displayed on the time display interface 602 is T3, for example, 120 minutes, that is, the first time duration is the maximum time duration in the timing state, the control button 601 is pressed again, the time duration displayed on the time display interface 602 is increased by a second basic time duration y, for example, 30 minutes, and meanwhile, the cooking appliance 500 is switched from the timing state to the reservation state, where the time duration displayed on the time display interface 602 is T3+ y. It is understood that when the time duration displayed on the time display interface 602 is T3, the time duration displayed on the time display interface 602 will become T3+ N × y after the cooking appliance 500 acquires N pressing signals from the control button 601.
And S50, entering the first working state according to the adjusted second duration.
Specifically, the cooking appliance 500 is provided with a critical time period P for defining the second time period. When the user adjusts the second duration of the second working state, and the adjusted second duration is greater than the critical duration P, the cooking appliance 500 is switched from the second working state to the first working state again.
For example, the critical time period P may be a maximum time period for which the cooking function is performed in the reserved state, the maximum time period being greater than 8 hours, preferably 24 hours. In the process of adjusting the second duration, when the adjusted second duration is greater than the critical duration P, the cooking appliance 500 is switched from the reserved state to the timed state. It is understood that when the time period displayed on the time display interface 602 of the cooking appliance 500 is 24 hours, the user presses the control key 601 again, the second indicator light 604 is turned off, and the first indicator light 603 is turned on.
S60, acquiring an initial duration T1 of the first working state, wherein T1 is less than T2 and less than T3.
Specifically, when the cooking appliance 500 is switched from the second operating state to the first operating state, the cooking appliance 500 obtains the initial duration T1 of the first operating state, and this initial duration T1 is smaller than the default duration T2 for the current cooking function to be executed in the timing state, while the default duration T2 is smaller than the switching duration T3.
Illustratively, the time duration displayed on the time display interface 602 is the critical time duration P, when the user presses the control button 601, the time duration displayed on the time display interface 602 is directly switched to the initial time duration T1 in the reserved state, for example, 60 minutes, and at the same time, the second indicator light 604 is turned off, the first indicator light 603 is turned on, that is, the cooking appliance 500 is switched from the reserved state to the timed state. At this time, if the cooking appliance 500 does not detect the control signal from the control button 601 within the predetermined time period, the current cooking function is performed with the current initial time period T1 as the first time period of the first operation state, otherwise, the process returns to step S20, and the first time period is adjusted with the adjustment rule of step S20.
In addition, when the user needs to quickly adjust the execution time lengths in different working states, the control key 601 may be pressed for a long time, and the cooking appliance 500 may adjust the execution time lengths in different working states according to the continuous pressing time length of the control key 601. In an embodiment not shown, the user may also quickly switch the operating state of the cooking appliance by using a quick double click or a quick triple click, etc.
For example, in step S20, a first continuous pressing time period of the control key 601, for example, 3 seconds, may be obtained, and the first time period may be adjusted according to the first continuous pressing time period. For example, if the user continues to press the control button 601, the cooking appliance 500 may increase the first duration by the first basic duration d every 1 second (or 2 seconds or other durations) according to the pressed duration.
Similarly, in step S40, a second continuous pressing time period of the control key 601 may be acquired, for example, 5 seconds, and the second time period may be adjusted according to the second continuous pressing time period. For example, if the user continues to press the control button 601, the cooking appliance 500 may increase the second duration by the second basic duration y every 1 second (or 2 seconds or other durations) according to the pressed duration.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a cooking appliance 500, which includes a control key 601, a time display interface 602 for displaying a first time length or a second time length, a first indicator light 603 for displaying a first operating state, and a second indicator light 604 for displaying a second operating state, and further includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and running on the processor, wherein the processor implements the control method for cooking as shown in fig. 3 to 5 when executing the program.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a computer storage medium, and the computer storage medium is stored with the computer program. The control method for cooking as described above as shown in fig. 3 to 5 may be implemented when the computer program is executed by a processor.
