Generally, the conventional eco-friendly straw is not easy to clean the interior thereof, and the cleanliness of the interior of the eco-friendly straw cannot be clearly confirmed even with a brush, which is very likely to cause a sanitary problem. In recent years, some of the eco-friendly straws have been designed to be detachable so as to facilitate washing and confirm internal cleaning of the straw. However, the volume of the straw itself is small, so that the application point is insufficient, and the like, so that the user cannot easily and rapidly disassemble or assemble the detachable environment-friendly straw in the process of using the straw. The present invention provides a reusable straw that solves the above problems.
FIG. 1A is an exploded view of a reusable pipette in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1B is a schematic top view of the reusable pipette of FIG. 1A. FIG. 1C is a schematic diagram of a combination of the reusable pipette of FIG. 1A. FIG. 1D is a schematic top view of the reusable pipette of FIG. 1C. Referring to FIGS. 1A-1D, reusable pipette 100A includes a first pipette half 110, a second pipette half 120, at least one first grasping portion 130, and at least one second grasping portion 140. The first suction tube half 110 has a first outer surface 111. The second suction half 120 has a second outer surface 121. The second straw half 120 is detachably connected to the first straw half 110.
Specifically, the first grip 130 is disposed on the first outer surface 111 of the first straw half 110. The second holding portion 140 is disposed on the second outer surface 121 of the second straw half 120.
When the first half 110 is connected to the second half 120, the first half 110 and the second half 120 together form a hollow tubular body, as shown in FIGS. 1C and 1D.
When an external force is applied to the first and second grip portions 130 and 140, the first half straw body 110 is separated from the second half straw body 120. The first straw half 110 and the second straw half 120 are each in the form of two separate pieces, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B. Specifically, the user can pinch the first grip portion 130 with the thumb and forefinger of the left hand (or right hand), pinch the second grip portion 140 with the thumb and forefinger of the right hand (or left hand), and apply a force in the opposite direction along the second axial direction N2 to separate the first straw half 110 from the second straw half 120.
In the present embodiment, reusable drinking straw 100A is made of food-grade and flexible plastic, but in other embodiments, reusable drinking straw 100A is made of metal, paper, silicone, glass, or plastic, such as stainless steel, Polypropylene (PP), or Polyethylene (PE), for example. Incidentally, since the reusable straw 100A of the present embodiment can be used for multiple times, the problems of waste and environmental hazard of most disposable plastic straws can be solved.
In the present embodiment, reusable straw 100A is manufactured, for example, by injection molding. In this embodiment, the first holding portion 130 is integrated with the first straw half 110, and the second holding portion 140 is integrated with the second straw half 120, so as to facilitate the manufacturing process. However, in other embodiments, reusable drinking straw 100A may be formed by extrusion molding or casting, but is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the first holding portion 130 is adhesively fixed to the first straw half 110, and the second holding portion 140 is adhesively fixed to the second straw half 120, but not limited thereto.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the first suction pipe half 110 includes a first end 113 and a second end 114 opposite to each other, and has a first connecting portion 1131 at the first end 113 and a second connecting portion 1141 at the second end 114.
The second suction pipe half 120 includes a third end 123 and a fourth end 124 opposite to each other, and has a third connecting portion 1231 at the third end 123 and a fourth connecting portion 1241 at the fourth end 124. The first connecting portion 1131 is detachably connected to the third connecting portion 1231. The second connection portion 1141 is detachably connected to the fourth connection portion 1241.
In this embodiment, the first connecting portion 1131 and the second connecting portion 1141 are fastening blocks, and the third connecting portion 1231 and the fourth connecting portion 1241 are fastening slots. The first connecting portion 1131 is detachably engaged with the third connecting portion 1231. The second connecting portion 1141 is detachably engaged with the fourth connecting portion 1241. For example, the engaging manner is similar to the manner of a zipper bag, or a concave-convex manner, but not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the connection manner of the first connection portion 1131 to the third connection portion 1231 and the connection manner of the second connection portion 1141 to the fourth connection portion 1241 are based on mechanical force and are matched with the structural features, but in other embodiments, the structural features are not limited to the above, as long as the first connection portion 1131 is detachably connected to the third connection portion 1231, and the second connection portion 1141 is detachably connected to the fourth connection portion 1241, which all fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 1C, in the present embodiment, the lengths L1 and L2 of the first holding portion 130 and the second holding portion 140, which are parallel to the length directions of the first straw half 110 and the second straw half 120, i.e. parallel to the first axis N1, are between 1.5 cm and 2.5 cm, respectively. In the embodiment, the lengths L1 and L2 are 2 cm, for example, but in other embodiments, the lengths L1 and L2 may not be equal, and are not limited thereto.
Referring to FIG. 1D, in the present embodiment, the widths W1 and W2 of the first and second grip portions 130 and 140 in the second axial direction N2 perpendicular to the first and second straw halves 110 and 120 are between 0.4 cm and 0.6 cm, respectively. In the embodiment, the widths W1 and W2 are both 0.5 cm, but in other embodiments, the widths W1 and W2 may not be equal to each other, and are not limited thereto.
The advantage of this design is that the first grip portion 130 and the second grip portion 140 can conform to the size of the user's fingers, so that the user can have a better application point when detaching the straw 100A. That is, in the straw 100A of the present embodiment, the first holding portion 130 and the second holding portion 140 allow the user to hold the straw 100A more firmly, and the first straw half 110 and the second straw half 120 can be separated from each other more quickly and easily.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first grip portion 130 and the second grip portion 140 are disposed close to the drinking position P1 (fig. 1C) where the user sucks the straw 100A, so as to facilitate the straw 100A to be placed in a cup or inserted into a beverage container with a sealing film without interfering with the container. However, in other embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto.
Other examples will be listed below for illustration. It should be noted that the following embodiments follow the reference numerals and parts of the contents of the foregoing embodiments, wherein the same reference numerals are used to indicate the same or similar components, and the description of the same technical contents is omitted. For the description of the omitted parts, reference may be made to the foregoing embodiments, and the following embodiments will not be repeated.
FIG. 2A is an exploded view of a reusable pipette in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2B is a schematic top view of the reusable pipette of FIG. 2A. FIG. 2C is a schematic diagram of a combination of the reusable pipette of FIG. 2A. FIG. 2D is a schematic top view of the reusable pipette of FIG. 2C. Referring to fig. 2A to 2D, in the present embodiment, reusable pipette 100B is slightly different from reusable pipette 100A of fig. 1A, and the difference is: in this embodiment, the first connecting portion 1131B and the second connecting portion 1141B are respectively a first magnet, the third connecting portion 1231B and the fourth connecting portion 1241B are respectively a second magnet, and the first connecting portion 1131B is detachably magnetically attracted to the third connecting portion 1231B. The second connecting portion 1141B is detachably magnetically attracted to the fourth connecting portion 1241B.
Specifically, the first magnet is magnetically different from the second magnet. In this embodiment, the way in which the first connection portion 1131B is connected to the third connection portion 1231B and the way in which the second connection portion 1141B is connected to the fourth connection portion 1241B are through magnetic attraction, but in other embodiments, the way in which the first connection portion 1131B is connected to the third connection portion 1231B and the way in which the second connection portion 1141B is connected to the fourth connection portion 1241B may be electric power (for example, electrostatic force), and the like, and the invention is not limited thereto.
Similarly, the first grip portion 130 and the second grip portion 140 of the straw 100B of the present embodiment provide a user with a more stable grip on the straw 100B, and the first straw half 110B and the second straw half 120B can be separated from each other more quickly and easily.
FIG. 3A is a schematic view of a reusable pipette in accordance with other embodiments of the present invention. Figure 3B is an exploded top view of one of the reusable pipettes of figure 3A. Referring to fig. 3A and 3B, in the present embodiment, the first suction tube half 110C has an inner surface 112 opposite to the first outer surface 111, a first engagement area 115 located on the inner surface 112 and near the first end 113, and a second engagement area 116 located on the inner surface 112 and near the second end 114. In this embodiment, the first engagement area 115 can range, for example, from the top to the bottom of the first straw half 110C on the interior wall proximate the first end 113, and the second engagement area 116 can range, for example, from the top to the bottom of the first straw half 110C on the interior wall proximate the second end 114. It should be noted that the extent of the bonding region is shown in dashed lines in FIG. 3B, but in practice, the extent of the bonding region may be adjusted according to the size of the pipette halves, and is not limited thereto.
The first joining zone 115 is adapted to envelop the third joining zone 125 and the second joining zone 116 is adapted to envelop the fourth joining zone 126. Specifically, straw 100C of the present embodiment utilizes its material properties to achieve the combined structural features. That is, the first straw half 110C and the second straw half 120C are made of a flexible plastic material. Therefore, when the first straw half 110C and the second straw half 120C are 1/2-3/4 circles and the second straw half 120C is 1/2-3/4 circles in a plan view, the first straw half 110C can tightly cover the second straw half 120C, so that the first straw half 110C and the second straw half 120C form a hollow cylinder, and a user can use the straw 100C to absorb liquid such as beverage or water without liquid leakage at a joint area of the straw 100C. In this embodiment, the first straw half 110C is the same size as the second straw half 120C. However, in other embodiments, the shapes of the first half straw body 110C and the second half straw body 120C in a plan view are not limited to the above as long as the first half straw body 110C and the second half straw body 120C can form a hollow tubular body together.
This is advantageous in that the manufacturer can omit the process of machining the pipette 100C (e.g., machining the structure or adding a magnetic member), thereby providing the advantage of a reusable pipette 100C that is lightweight and easy to manufacture.
On the other hand, straw 100C of the present embodiment provides a user with a faster and easier separation of first straw half 110C and second straw half 120C from each other by first grip portion 130 and second grip portion 140.
In detail, when the user wants to separate the first straw half 110C and the second straw half 120C of FIG. 3A from each other, the user can press the thumb and the index finger against the sides of the first holding parts 130 away from each other, and apply a force in a direction toward the first holding parts 130. At this time, the first holding portions 130 drive the first straw half 110C, so that the first straw half 110C is outwardly expanded (the first end 113 and the second end 114 are away from each other) due to its own flexibility. At this point, the first joining region 115 is unattached to the third joining region 125 and the second joining region 116 is unattached to the fourth joining region 126, allowing the first straw half 110C and the second straw half 120C to be easily separated from each other. When the user does not apply a force to the first grip portion 130, the first straw half 110C is restored to the initial state (the first end 113 and the second end 114 are close to each other) due to its own flexibility.
When the user wants to assemble the first straw half-body 110C and the second straw half-body 120C of FIG. 3B to each other, the user can press the thumb and the index finger against the sides of the first holding portions 130 away from each other, and apply a force in a direction toward the first holding portions 130. At this time, the first holding portions 130 drive the first straw half 110C to expand the first straw half 110C outward (the first end 113 and the second end 114 are away from each other). Next, the user grips the second grip portion 140 to extend the second straw half 120C into the first straw half 110C. Then, when the user does not apply a force to the first grip portion 130, the first straw half 110C is restored to the initial state (the first end 113 and the second end 114 are close to each other) due to the flexibility of itself. At this point, the first engagement section 115 overlaps the third engagement section 125 and the second engagement section 116 overlaps the fourth engagement section 126, allowing the first straw half 110C and the second straw half 120C to be easily assembled to one another.
It should be noted that the thickness of the first joining region 115 covering the third joining region 125 is preferably between 0.005 cm and 0.16 cm, and the thickness of the second joining region 116 covering the fourth joining region 126 is preferably between 0.005 cm and 0.16 cm, so as to avoid clogging when sucking the beverage or liquid containing particles.
In the present embodiment, the number of the second grip portions 140 is one, and the second grip portions are disposed between the third bonding area 125 and the fourth bonding area 126. The number of the first holding portions 130 is two, and the two first holding portions 130 are disposed between the first bonding area 115 and the second bonding area 116 opposite to each other. However, in other embodiments, the number of the first grip portion 130 and the second grip portion 140 is not limited to the above.
FIG. 4A is a schematic view of a reusable pipette in accordance with other embodiments of the present invention. Figure 4B is an exploded top view of one of the reusable pipettes of figure 4A. Referring to fig. 4A and 4B, in the present embodiment, reusable pipette 100D is slightly different from reusable pipette 100C of fig. 3A, and the difference is: in the present embodiment, the number of the second grip portions 140 is two, and the two second grip portions 140 are opposite to each other. This is advantageous in that first straw half 110D or second straw half 120D may be placed on a table top with first grip portion 130 or second grip portion 140 to stabilize the straw halves and prevent rolling. However, in other embodiments, the number of the first grip portion 130 and the second grip portion 140 is not limited to the above.
FIG. 5A is an exploded view of a reusable pipette in accordance with other embodiments of the present invention. FIG. 5B is an assembled schematic view of the reusable pipette of FIG. 5A. Referring to fig. 5A and 5B, in the present embodiment, the first straw half 110E has a first intermediate region 117 located on the inner surface 112 and between the first joining region 115 'and the second joining region 116'. Second straw half 120E has a second intermediate region 127 located on second exterior surface 121 and between third joining region 125 'and fourth joining region 126'.
The length L3 of the first and second engagement regions 115 'and 116' in a first axial direction N1 is less than the length L4 of the first intermediate region 117 in the first axial direction N1. The length L5 of the third land 125 'and the fourth land 126' in the first axial direction N1 is greater than the length L6 of the second intermediate region 127 in the first axial direction N1, and the length L4 is greater than the length L5.
Specifically, the bottom of the first straw half 110E has a first angle α 1 and the bottom of the second straw half 120E has a second angle α 2 when viewed from the side of the first straw half 110E and the second straw half 120E. In the present embodiment, the first angle α 1 is, for example, 45 degrees, and the second angle α 2 is, for example, 135 degrees, but not limited thereto.
When the first straw half 110E is attached to the second straw half 120E, the bottom of the first straw half 110E engages the bottom of the second straw half 120E, presenting a tip, as shown in FIG. 5B.
Since the bottom of straw 100E is designed to be in the form of an oblique angle, when a user inserts straw 100E into a cup or container with a film, the contact area between the bottom of straw 100E and the film is small, so that the pressure is large, and the straw can be easily inserted into the cup or container, thereby achieving the effect of saving labor.
It should be noted that, although the first holding portion 130 and the second holding portion 140 are omitted in fig. 5A and 5B, the straw 100E may have the first holding portion 130 and the second holding portion 140 shown in fig. 3A or 4A, so as to achieve the effect of quickly and conveniently detaching the straw 100E.
Furthermore, the bottom of the straw of FIG. 1A or the straw of FIG. 2A can also be designed in an oblique angle as the straw of this embodiment, so as to be inserted into a cup or container having a membrane.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the bottom of the straw may be in the form of two symmetrical oblique angles, for example, when the straw halves are separated from each other, the bottom of the straw is in the shape of two V, and when the straw halves are combined with each other, the bottom of the straw is in the shape of a W, so that when a user inserts the straw into a cup or container with a film, the contact area between the straw and the film is small, the pressure is large, and the straw can be easily inserted into the cup or container, thereby saving labor.
FIGS. 6 and 7 are perspective views of a reusable pipette in accordance with other embodiments of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, the reusable straw 50 includes a straw body 51, a first connecting portion 52, a second connecting portion 53, a first holding portion 54 and a second holding portion 55.
Specifically, the straw body 51 has a first end 51A and a second end 51B along the length direction thereof. The first connection portion 52 is located at the first end 51A. The second connecting portion 53 is located at the second end 51B, and the second connecting portion 53 is detachably connected to the first connecting portion 52.
The first grip portion 54 and the second grip portion 55 are disposed on the straw body 51. When the first connecting portion 52 is connected to the second connecting portion 53, the straw body 51 is a hollow tubular body. When an external force is applied to the first and second holding portions 54 and 55, the first connecting portion 52 is separated from the second connecting portion 53, and the straw body 51 is a sheet-shaped body.
In this embodiment, the first connecting portion 52 is a latch, the second connecting portion 53 is a slot, and the first connecting portion 52 is detachably engaged with the second connecting portion 53.
In another embodiment, the first connecting portion 52 may also be a first magnetic member, the second connecting portion 53 may also be a second magnetic member, and the first connecting portion 52 is detachably magnetically attracted to the second connecting portion 53. In other embodiments, it is within the scope of the present invention that the first connecting portion 52 is detachably connected to the second connecting portion 53.
In the embodiment, the lengths L1 'and L2' of the first grip portion 54 and the second grip portion 55 are between 1.5 cm and 2.5 cm, respectively. In the embodiment, the widths W1 'and W2' of the first and second grip portions 54 and 55 are between 0.4 cm and 0.6 cm, respectively.
The advantage of this design is that the first and second grip portions 54 and 55 can conform to the size of the user's fingers, so that the user can have a better application point position when detaching the straw 50. For example, the user can pinch the first grip portion 54 with the thumb and the index finger of the left hand, pinch the second grip portion 55 with the thumb and the index finger of the right hand, and apply a force in the opposite direction to separate the second connecting portion 53 from the first connecting portion 52.
That is, the suction tube 50 of the present embodiment can provide a user with a firmer holding of the suction tube 50 through the first holding portion 54 and the second holding portion 55, so that the user can detach the suction tube 50 quickly and easily to clean the inside of the suction tube 50.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the first and second grip portions 54 and 55 are disposed close to the drinking position P1 where the user sucks the straw 50, so as to facilitate the straw 50 to be put into a cup or inserted into a beverage container having a sealing film without interference with the container. However, in other embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto.
In the present embodiment, the material of reusable straw 50 is, for example, food grade and flexible plastic, but in other embodiments, the material of reusable straw 50 is, for example, metal, paper, silicone, glass or plastic, such as, for example, stainless steel, Polypropylene (PP) or Polyethylene (PE). Incidentally, since the reusable straw 50 of this embodiment can be used multiple times, the problems of waste and environmental hazards of most disposable plastic straws today can be improved.
In the present embodiment, the reusable straw 50 is manufactured by, for example, injection molding. Therefore, the first grip portion 54 of the present embodiment is integrated with the straw body 51. The second holding portion 55 is also integrated with the straw body 51 for easy production. However, in other embodiments, the straw 50 may be made by extrusion molding or casting, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the first holding portion 130 is adhesively fixed to the straw body 51, and the second holding portion 140 is adhesively fixed to the straw body 51, but not limited thereto.
Referring to FIG. 7, in the present embodiment, a reusable pipette 50A is slightly different from the reusable pipette 50 of FIG. 6 in that: straw 50A of the present embodiment includes a bend 56. That is, straw 50A may be bent by bend 56 to meet the user's needs.
In summary, the reusable straw of the present invention includes at least one first holding portion and at least one second holding portion. The user can hold the straw more firmly through the first holding part and the second holding part, and then separate the straw easily, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the interior of the straw.
