Detailed Description
Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that in the following description, like components are denoted by the same reference numerals.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first embodiment of the suction pipe of the present invention comprises two pipe walls 1 arranged around an axis 9 and detachably joined, and the pipe walls 1 cooperate to define a suction duct 8 extending through along the axis 9. Each pipe wall 1 extends transversely around the axis 9 and lengthwise along the axis 9, and has a body 11, and a first joining portion 12 and a second joining portion 13 respectively located on two opposite lateral long sides of the body 11.
The first combining part 12 of each pipe wall 1 is detachably combined with the second combining part 13 of another adjacent pipe wall 1. Each first combining portion 12 has a plurality of first combining blocks 121 arranged at intervals up and down along the axis 9 direction and protruding from the respective main body 11 to the corresponding second combining portion 13, and the first combining blocks 121 and the respective main body 11 cooperate to define a plurality of first slots 122 at intervals up and down. Each second combining portion 13 has a plurality of second combining blocks 131 arranged at intervals up and down along the axis 9 direction and protruding from the respective main body 11 to the corresponding first combining portion 12, and the second combining blocks 131 cooperate with the respective main body 11 to define a plurality of second slots 132 at intervals up and down.
Each first combining portion 12 is embedded in the second slot 132 of the corresponding second combining portion 13 by the first combining block 121, and each second combining portion 13 is embedded in the first slot 122 of the corresponding first combining portion 12 by the second combining block 131.
Referring to fig. 3, the second embodiment of the straw of the present invention differs from the first embodiment in that: the assembling structure of the pipe wall 1 is designed.
In the second embodiment, each first combining portion 12 is a slot extending along the axis 9, and each second combining portion 13 is a rib extending along the axis 9 and capable of being engaged with the first combining portion 12 in a slot type. In another implementation aspect of the second embodiment, the engaging structures of the first engaging portion 12 and the second engaging portion 13 of each set can be interchanged, for example, the first engaging portion 12 and the second engaging portion 13 of one pipe wall 1 can be designed to be both slots, and the first engaging portion 12 and the second engaging portion 13 of the other pipe wall 1 can be both ribs, so that the two pipe walls 1 can still be joined together.
It should be noted in particular that the number of said tubular walls 1 of the first and second embodiments is not limited to two, and with reference to fig. 4, in another variant of the second embodiment, three tubular walls 1 are included, arranged around the axis 9 and detachably joined. In addition, the shape of the pipe wall 1 around the axis 9 in the first and second embodiments is not limited to the circular arc shape, and referring to fig. 5, in still another variation of the second embodiment, the pipe wall 1 is joined to form a quadrilateral around the axis 9.
Referring to fig. 6, the difference between the third embodiment of the straw of the present invention and the second embodiment is: the pipe wall 1 is structurally designed and also comprises two connectors 3 which are matched with the pipe wall 1 to define the suction duct 8.
In this third embodiment, each tube wall 1 has two first coupling portions 12 located on two opposite lateral long sides thereof and adjacent to the other tube wall 1.
The connectors 3 are respectively installed between two adjacent first combining portions 12 of the pipe wall 1, and each connector 3 has two second combining portions 13 detachably installed and connected to the two corresponding first combining portions 12 respectively.
In the third embodiment, the first combining portions 12 are all slots extending along the axis 9, and the second combining portions 13 are all ribs extending along the axis 9 and capable of being respectively engaged with the first combining portions 12 in the slot type. In another implementation manner of the third embodiment, the engaging structures of the first engaging portion 12 and the second engaging portion 13 of each set can be interchanged, for example, the first engaging portion 12 of each tube wall 1 can be a slot and a rib, the second engaging portion 13 of each engaging member 3 can be a slot and a rib, and the engaging members 3 can be designed to engage the tube walls 1 together by using the engaging structures of the slots and the ribs.
Referring to fig. 7, the fourth embodiment of the straw of the present invention differs from the first embodiment in that: also comprises a fixed lantern ring 7.
In the fourth embodiment, the fixing collar 7 is made of an elastic material such as silica gel or rubber, and is sleeved on the outside of the combined pipe wall 1 to reinforce the bonding strength of the pipe wall 1. It is specifically noted that the fixing collar 7 is also suitable for use in the other embodiments described above.
In summary, through the structural design of the detachable pipe wall 1 and the detachable joint member 3, the whole straw can be disassembled to clean the inner wall surface after the straw is used, and the straw is quite convenient and practical. Therefore, the object of the present invention can be achieved.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and the invention is still within the scope of the present invention by simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the contents of the specification.
