Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the present application, the present application will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present application are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. This application may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for controlling a heating apparatus includes steps S100, S200, and S300.
And step S100, detecting whether the box body of the heating equipment covers the upper cover or not when the heating equipment is started to heat.
Specifically, the heating device is turned on for heating, that is, the user needs to use the heating device to perform food heating and other operations, and the heating device inside the heating device is turned on for operation. In this state, the heating device will cause the temperature to rise due to the operation of the heating device, and only in this case, the upper cover of the heating device needs to be detected, so as to prompt the user to operate when the temperature is too high. Meanwhile, when the user uses the heating device, the heating device is generally covered on the box body in the process of taking off the upper cover, the user can be in direct contact with the heating device, and the possibility of scalding is also existed in the process. Therefore, in the heating apparatus control method of the present application, when the anti-scald prompt is performed, it is established that the upper cover of the heating apparatus already covers the box body of the heating apparatus, and therefore, when the heating apparatus starts heating, it is necessary to perform a detection operation of whether the box body of the heating apparatus covers the upper cover first.
It should be noted that the manner in which the control device of the heating apparatus determines that the heating apparatus starts heating is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the control device may detect whether a power-on instruction sent by a user is received, and after the power-on instruction is sent to the heating apparatus by the user, it indicates that the heating apparatus starts heating. In another embodiment, the detection of whether the control device receives a signal fed back by the heating device of the heating device can be realized.
Similarly, the control device of the heating apparatus is not only used for detecting whether the upper cover of the heating apparatus is covered on the box body. In one embodiment, a switch device may be disposed on the heating device, and after the upper cover covers the box body, the switch device is triggered to operate, so as to generate a corresponding signal, and the control device may detect whether the box body of the heating device covers the upper cover by determining whether the signal is received. In another embodiment, the detection may also be input by a user, that is, the user informs the control device whether the upper cover covers the box body by a mechanical key or a touch mode while turning on the heating device, and the control device also detects whether the box body of the heating device covers the upper cover according to the received signal.
Step S200, when the box body of the heating device covers the upper cover, the heating time length is obtained.
Specifically, detecting that the upper cover of the heating device is covered by the control device, and meanwhile, the heating device is in the heating process, and continuously heating the upper cover to enable the temperature of the upper cover to rise, so that the heating temperature is indirectly reflected by the heating duration in the embodiment, and when the heating duration reaches a certain value, the corresponding heating temperature also reaches the temperature threshold value for scalding the user. Therefore, in this embodiment, after the control device detects that the upper cover of the heating device covers the box body, the current heating time period will be directly obtained for analysis.
It will be appreciated that in one embodiment, the timing of the heating period by the control means is initiated at the same time as the heating device is initiated to heat. In another embodiment, the timing operation of the control device may be started after detecting that the upper cover is covered on the box body, and may be selected according to different types of heating devices or user requirements.
And step S300, outputting scald preventing prompt information when the heating time is longer than or equal to the preset scald time.
Specifically, the preset scalding duration is a critical duration when the upper cover temperature reaches the scalding temperature threshold due to heat transfer in the starting and heating processes of the heating device. When the heating time reaches the time, the temperature of the upper cover is considered to be too high, and the user is not suitable to touch, and when the heating time does not reach the time, the temperature of the upper cover is considered to be lower, and the user can touch. After controlling means acquires that the heating is long, will carry out comparative analysis when long with predetermineeing the scald when long, be greater than or equal to when heating and predetermine the scald when long, controlling means direct output scald prompting message to remind the user not to touch the upper cover with the hand, avoid scalding.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, after step S100, the method further includes: and when the box body of the heating equipment does not cover the upper cover, returning to the step of detecting whether the box body of the heating equipment covers the upper cover or not when the heating equipment starts heating.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, in the whole process of heating by the heating device, whether the box body of the heating device covers the upper cover is detected in real time, if it is detected that the box body of the heating device covers the upper cover, the operation of obtaining the heating time length is executed, and if it is detected that the box body of the heating device does not cover the upper cover, the operation is returned to continuously perform the detection until the box body of the heating device covers the upper cover finally. Through the scheme of this embodiment, can guarantee that firing equipment can in time detect when covering the box body with the upper cover in the heating process and obtain, further guarantee the reliability that the firing equipment upper cover detected.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, after the step S200, the method further includes: and when the heating duration is less than the preset scalding duration, returning to the step of detecting whether the box body of the heating equipment covers the upper cover or not when the heating equipment is started for heating.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 3 in combination, when the heating duration is obtained and the preset scalding duration is analyzed in this embodiment, the heating duration may not reach the preset scalding duration, at this time, the temperature is low, the user is not required to be prompted to prevent scalding, and the user only needs to return to perform the detection of whether the upper cover covers the box body again, so that the user can find the upper cover in time when taking off the upper cover, and the corresponding heating duration is stopped to obtain the contrastive analysis operation.
Referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, step S100 includes step S110.
Step S110, when the heating device is started to heat, whether a buckle arranged on a box body of the heating device is clamped or not is detected, and the buckle clamping represents that the box body of the heating device covers the upper cover.
Specifically, carry out the joint through the buckle between upper cover and the box body in this embodiment, when the user covered the box body with the upper cover, can carry out the joint through the buckle between corresponding upper cover and the box body, through the state that detects the buckle, can be with indirect upper cover that obtains whether cover the box body of firing equipment.
It should be noted that the manner of detecting whether the latch is engaged is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the control device includes a cover detector, a timer, and a controller, and the cover detector and the timer are respectively connected to the controller. Wherein, the timer is used for timing after the upper cover covers and reaches the box body or when heating equipment opens the heating, obtains corresponding heating duration, and the upper cover detector is then used for carrying out the upper cover and whether covers the detection at the box body, and this embodiment is used for carrying out the check out operation whether the buckle joint.
It will be appreciated that the type of lid detector is not exclusive and in one embodiment may be implemented by a micro switch. This embodiment is connected micro-gap switch and buckle, and when the upper cover covered to the box body, the buckle will move upper cover and box body joint, and at this in-process, the buckle action will press the micro-gap switch who links to each other with it for the micro-gap switch atress is closed, and this closure signal will be detected to the controller, and the box body that obtains heating equipment according to this closure signal covers the testing result of upper cover.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, step S300 includes step S310 and step S320.
Step S310, when the heating time is longer than or equal to the preset scalding time, detecting whether the clamping of the buckle is released or not; and step S320, outputting scald preventing prompt information when the buckle is released from clamping.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 3, taking the heating device as an example of an electric heating lunch box, combining the actual use situation of the user, and under the situation that the upper cover of the electric heating lunch box is clamped with the box body through the buckle and the electric heating lunch box is opened for heating, if the user needs to use the food in the electric heating lunch box, the user must first open the buckle, that is, the clamping state between the upper cover of the electric heating lunch box and the box body is released, and then the upper cover is further removed and directly touches the upper cover. Therefore, in this embodiment, controlling means is when detecting that the length of heating is greater than or equal to and predetermines scald length of time, can not directly be with scald preventing prompt message output, but need further judge whether the user has the demand of using heating equipment, only when the user has the demand of using heating equipment, just can further output scald preventing prompt message, otherwise just also do not remind the user scald preventing's necessity.
And judging whether the user has the requirement of using the heating equipment or not is realized by judging the clamping relation of the clamping buckle. Similarly, the control device comprises a controller, an upper cover detector and a timer, and the upper cover detector can be a microswitch which is connected with the buckle. When the clamping of buckle is relieved, the buckle resumes normal state from original press state, and micro-gap switch also changes from the closure state to the off-state, and this disconnection action of micro-gap switch is detected to the controller, shows that the clamping of buckle is relieved promptly, and the user has the demand of using heating equipment.
It should be noted that the manner of outputting the scald preventing prompt message by the control device is not exclusive, and the prompt message may be output in the form of sound, light, display, and the like. For example, in one embodiment, the user may be notified by a buzzer that outputs a scald prevention prompt.
Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment, after step S320, the method further includes: when the clamping is not released by the buckle, the step of detecting whether the clamping is released by the buckle when the heating time length is more than or equal to the preset scalding time length is returned.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 3 in combination, in this embodiment, the buckle detection operation when the control device reaches the preset scalding time length to the heating time length is performed in real time, and as long as the heating time length reaches the preset scalding time length, the detection whether the buckle is released from the clamping connection or not is performed in real time, so that when the user has a demand for using the heating device, the control device can output the anti-scalding prompt information in time, and the use safety of the heating device is further improved.
According to the control method of the heating equipment, in the using process of starting heating of the heating equipment, whether the upper cover of the heating equipment covers or not is detected, and under the condition that the upper cover covers, the heating time length is obtained in real time and is compared and analyzed with the preset scalding time length. When the heating duration is more than or equal to the preset scalding duration, the temperature of the heating equipment is too high, the scalding risk is generated, and the scalding prevention prompt information can be output to prompt a user. Through above-mentioned scheme, at the in-process that the user used heating equipment, can learn directly perceivedly whether heating equipment exists the high temperature risk of scalding, avoid the user to contact the scald under the condition of unknown upper cover high temperature to effectively improve the safety in utilization of heating equipment (for example electric heat lunch-box).
Referring to fig. 6, a heating apparatus control device includes: the device comprises an upper cover detection module 100, a heating duration acquisition module 200 and a scald prompting module 300.
The upper cover detection module 100 is used for detecting whether the box body of the heating device covers the upper cover or not when the heating device is started to heat; the heating duration acquisition module 200 is used for acquiring the heating duration when the box body of the heating device covers the upper cover; the scald prompting module 300 is used for outputting scald preventing prompting information when the heating duration is greater than or equal to the preset scald duration,
in one embodiment, the heating time period obtaining module 200 is further configured to control the upper cover detecting module 100 to perform an operation of detecting whether the casing of the heating apparatus covers the upper cover when the heating apparatus starts heating, when the casing of the heating apparatus does not cover the upper cover.
In one embodiment, the scald prompting module 300 is further configured to control the upper cover detecting module 100 to perform an operation of detecting whether the box body of the heating device covers the upper cover when the heating device starts heating when the heating duration is less than the preset scald duration.
In one embodiment, the cover detecting module 100 is further configured to detect whether a buckle of a cassette disposed on the heating device is clamped when the heating device starts heating, where the clamping of the buckle is characterized in that the cassette of the heating device covers the cover.
In one embodiment, the scald prompting module 300 is further configured to detect whether the clip is released when the heating duration is greater than or equal to the preset scald duration; when the clamping connection of the buckle is released, the scald preventing prompt message is output.
In one embodiment, the scald prompting module 300 is further configured to detect whether the clip is released when the clip is not released and when the heating duration is greater than or equal to the preset scald duration.
For specific limitations of the heating device control means, reference may be made to the above limitations of the heating device control method, which are not described herein again. The respective modules in the above-described heating apparatus control device may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
According to the heating equipment control device, in the using process of starting heating of the heating equipment, whether the upper cover of the heating equipment covers or not is firstly detected, and under the condition that the upper cover covers, the heating time length is obtained in real time and is compared and analyzed with the preset scalding time length.
7, a heating apparatus includes a box 20, a cover 10 and a control device 30, the cover 10 is used for covering the box 20, the control device 30 is disposed on the box 20, and the control device 30 is used for controlling the heating apparatus according to the above method.
Specifically, the heating device is turned on for heating, that is, the user needs to use the heating device to perform food heating and other operations, and the heating device inside the heating device is turned on for operation. In this state, the heating device will be heated up due to the operation of the heating device, and only in this case, the upper cover 10 of the heating device needs to be detected, so as to prompt the user for the operation when the temperature is too high. Meanwhile, when the user uses the heating device, generally, in the process of removing the upper cover 10 originally covering the heating device on the box body 20, the user may directly contact with the heating device, that is, there is a possibility of scalding in the process. Therefore, in the heating apparatus control method of the present application, when the anti-scald prompt is performed, it is established that the upper cover 10 of the heating apparatus is already covered on the box body 20 of the heating apparatus, and therefore, when the heating apparatus starts heating, it is necessary to perform a detection operation of whether the box body 20 of the heating apparatus covers the upper cover 10 first.
It should be noted that the manner in which the control device 30 of the heating apparatus determines that the heating apparatus starts heating is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the control device 30 may detect whether a power-on instruction sent by a user is received, and after the power-on instruction is sent to the heating apparatus by the user, it indicates that the heating apparatus starts heating. In another embodiment, it can also be realized by the control device 30 detecting whether a signal fed back by the heating device of the heating apparatus is received.
Similarly, the control device 30 of the heating apparatus is not only used for detecting whether the cover 10 of the heating apparatus is covered on the case 20. In one embodiment, a switch device may be disposed in the heating apparatus, and after the upper cover 10 covers the box body 20, the switch device is triggered to act, so as to generate a corresponding signal, and the control device 30 may detect whether the box body 20 of the heating apparatus covers the upper cover 10 by determining whether the signal is received. In another embodiment, the user may also input the input, that is, the user informs the control device 30 whether the upper cover 10 covers the box body 20 or not by a mechanical button or a touch manner while turning on the heating device, and the control device 30 also detects whether the box body 20 of the heating device covers the upper cover 10 according to the received signal.
When the control device 30 detects that the upper cover 10 of the heating device is covered and the heating device is in the heating process, the temperature of the upper cover 10 will be raised by continuous heating, so that the heating temperature is indirectly reflected by the heating duration in the embodiment, and when the heating duration reaches a certain value, the corresponding heating temperature also reaches the temperature threshold value for scalding the user. Therefore, in the present embodiment, after the control device 30 detects that the upper cover 10 of the heating apparatus covers the box body 20, the current heating time period will be directly obtained for analysis.
It will be appreciated that in one embodiment, the timing of the heating period by the control means 30 is initiated at the same time that the heating device is turned on for heating. In another embodiment, the timing operation of the control device 30 may be started after detecting that the cover 10 is covered on the box 20, and may be selected according to different types of heating devices or user requirements.
The preset scalding duration is the critical duration when the temperature of the upper cover 10 reaches the scalding temperature threshold due to heat transfer in the process of starting the heating device. When the heating time reaches the time, the temperature of the upper cover 10 is considered to be too high and is not suitable for the user to touch, and when the heating time does not reach the time, the temperature of the upper cover 10 is considered to be low and the user can touch. After controlling means 30 acquires that the heating is long, will carry out comparative analysis when long with predetermineeing the scald length of time heating, when the heating is long more than or equal to predetermine the scald length of time, controlling means 30 direct output scald preventing prompt message to remind the user not need to touch upper cover 10 with the hand, avoid scalding.
Further, in one embodiment, the control device 30 includes a lid 10 detector, a timer, and a controller, the lid 10 detector and the timer being connected to the controller, respectively.
Specifically, the timer is used for counting time after the cover of the upper cover 10 reaches the box body 20 or when the heating device starts heating, so as to obtain a corresponding heating time period, and the upper cover 10 detector is used for detecting whether the upper cover 10 covers the box body 20. After the detector of the upper cover 10 detects that the upper cover 10 covers the box body 20, corresponding signals are sent to the controller, the same timer can be started in time under the control of the controller and feeds back timing results to the controller, and the controller can finally output scald preventing prompt information according to the received signals and the timing feedback results.
In one embodiment, the heating apparatus further comprises a clip for clipping the cover 10 and the case 20, and the control device 30 is connected to the clip.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the upper cover 10 and the box body 20 are clamped by a buckle, when the user covers the upper cover 10 on the box body 20, the corresponding upper cover 10 and the box body 20 are clamped by the buckle, and by detecting the state of the buckle, whether the upper cover 10 covers the box body 20 of the heating device can be indirectly obtained.
Further, in one embodiment, the lid 10 detector may be implemented by a micro switch. This embodiment is connected micro-gap switch and buckle, and when upper cover 10 covered to box body 20, the buckle will be moved and with upper cover 10 and box body 20 joint, at this in-process, the buckle action will press the micro-gap switch who links to each other with it for the micro-gap switch atress is closed, and this closure signal will be detected to the controller, and obtains the detection result that heating equipment's box body 20 has covered upper cover 10 according to this closure signal.
Taking a heating device as an example of an electric heating lunch box, combining with the actual use situation of a user, when the upper cover 10 and the box body 20 of the electric heating lunch box are clamped by a buckle and the electric heating lunch box is opened for heating, if the user needs to use food in the electric heating lunch box for food, the bayonet is necessarily opened first, that is, the clamping state between the upper cover 10 and the box body 20 of the electric heating lunch box is released, and then the upper cover 10 is further taken down and directly touches the upper cover 10. Therefore, in this embodiment, when detecting that the heating duration is longer than or equal to the preset scald duration, the control device 30 does not directly output the scald-preventing prompt message, but needs to further determine whether the user has a requirement for using the heating device, and only when the user has the requirement for using the heating device, the scald-preventing prompt message is further output, otherwise, the user is not reminded of the necessity of scald prevention.
And judging whether the user has the requirement of using the heating equipment or not is realized by judging the clamping relation of the clamping buckle. Similarly, the control device 30 includes a controller, a detector of the upper cover 10, and a timer, and the detector of the upper cover 10 may be a micro switch, and the micro switch is connected with the snap.
It should be noted that the manner of outputting the scald preventing prompting message by the control device 30 is not exclusive, and referring to fig. 8, in an embodiment, the heating apparatus further comprises a message prompting device 40, and the message prompting device 40 is connected to the control device 30. In the embodiment, the information prompting device 40 informs the user of the scald preventing prompting information, and the scald preventing prompting information can be specifically output in the forms of sound, light, display and the like. For example, in one embodiment, the user may be notified by a buzzer that outputs a scald prevention prompt.
It will be appreciated that the type of heating device is not exclusive, as long as it is desirable that the cover 10 or other user contact area be at too high a temperature during heating, which can result in scalding. For example, in one embodiment, the heating device is an electrically heated lunch box.
According to the heating equipment, in the using process of heating equipment starting, whether the upper cover 10 of the heating equipment covers is detected firstly, and under the condition that the upper cover 10 covers, the heating time length is obtained in real time and is compared and analyzed with the preset scalding time length. When the heating duration is more than or equal to the preset scalding duration, the temperature of the heating equipment is too high, the scalding risk is generated, and the scalding prevention prompt information can be output to prompt a user. Through above-mentioned scheme, at the in-process that the user used heating equipment, can learn directly perceivedly whether heating equipment exists the high temperature risk of scalding, avoid the user to contact the scald under the condition of unknown upper cover 10 high temperatures to effectively improve the safety in utilization of heating equipment (for example electric heat lunch-box).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
