Detailed Description
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description.
In recent years, the main driving force of the development of the vehicle industry is driven by products and technologies of a past supply end, the driving force is gradually converted into the driving force of continuously improving user demands, the cognition of users on vehicles is gradually changed from a single vehicle to a living space, a cockpit is used as a space for direct experience of the users, the intelligent degree of the cockpit is improved, the cockpit becomes an experience core of human-vehicle interaction, and better vehicle riding experience can be provided for the users.
The intelligent cabin electronic system can refer to a whole set of system consisting of a central control system, a full liquid crystal instrument, a head-up display, an entertainment system, an intelligent sound system, a car networking module, a streaming media rearview mirror, a remote information processing system and the like.
The intelligent cabin system can be a system which takes the cockpit area controller as a center, realizes the functions of the intelligent cabin electronic system on a unified software and hardware platform, and is integrated with intelligent interaction, intelligent scene and personalized service. The intelligent cabin system can form the basis of human-vehicle interaction and interconnection of vehicles and the outside.
The usage scenario of the intelligent cabin system may generally cover the entire scenario of the user's usage of the vehicle. Specifically, the method can comprise a time scene after a user uses the vehicle before the user uses the vehicle and during the process of using the vehicle by the user, and also can comprise a space scene of a driver, a co-driver, a rear passenger, related people or objects outside the vehicle.
Compared with the past instruction type interaction, the human-computer interaction in the intelligent cabin can be combined with the use scene of the vehicle and the user, and the intelligent effect which meets the requirements of the user better is achieved based on the basic technologies such as image recognition, voice recognition and environment perception.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when a video conference request is received, a target access mode of the video conference request is set according to the in-vehicle identity and road surface condition of a user corresponding to the video conference request in the intelligent cabin of the vehicle; and providing a video conference function for a user corresponding to the video conference request by adopting a target access mode of the video conference request. Therefore, the video conference system can provide video conference functions for users with different identities in the intelligent vehicle cabin according to road surface conditions, so that the users can conveniently participate in the video conference under different road surface conditions, the driving safety of the vehicle is not influenced, and good video conference experience is provided for the users in the intelligent vehicle cabin.
Referring to fig. 1, a step flow diagram of an embodiment of a video conference method based on an intelligent cockpit according to the embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, when a video conference request is received, setting a target access mode of the video conference request according to the in-vehicle identity and road surface condition of a user corresponding to the video conference request in a vehicle intelligent cabin;
in the invention, the vehicle intelligent cabin can provide the video conference function for the user, so that the user can conduct video conference in the vehicle intelligent cabin. However, depending on the identity of each user in the intelligent cabin of the vehicle and the road conditions during the driving of the vehicle, there may be situations where the user in the intelligent cabin of the vehicle uses the video conference function, which may affect the driving safety of the vehicle. Therefore, when the video conference request is received, the target access mode of the video conference request can be set according to the in-vehicle identities and road surface conditions of one or more users corresponding to the video conference request in the intelligent cabin of the vehicle, so that the users can access the video conference in a mode without affecting driving safety.
In particular, the vehicle intelligent cabin itself may have a video conference function. For example, the vehicle intelligent cabin can provide a video conference function for a user by at least one of displaying a video sent by a conference counterpart to the user in the vehicle intelligent cabin, playing a voice sent by the conference counterpart, collecting an image or video of the user in the vehicle intelligent cabin, collecting a voice of the user in the vehicle intelligent cabin, and the like.
The video conference functions of the vehicle intelligent cabin may have different access modes. The vehicle intelligent cabin may provide different video conferencing functions to the user in different access modes. For example, the vehicle intelligent cabin can play conference video and voice at the same time, and collect real-time video and real-time voice of a user. The intelligent cabin of the vehicle can only play conference voice, not conference video, and only collect real-time voice of the user. The intelligent cabin of the vehicle can only play conference video and voice, and does not collect real-time video and real-time voice of a user. The intelligent cabin of the vehicle can also collect only real-time video of the user and the like without playing conference video and conference voice, and the invention is not limited to the method.
Specifically, the user in the vehicle intelligent cabin and the user outside the vehicle intelligent cabin can both send the video conference request to the vehicle intelligent cabin, so that the vehicle intelligent cabin can acquire the video conference request.
For a user in the intelligent vehicle cabin, the video conference request can be sent to the intelligent vehicle cabin by means of sending out voice, touching a display screen in the intelligent vehicle cabin, operating electronic equipment in communication connection with the intelligent vehicle cabin and the like. For the user outside the intelligent cabin of the vehicle, the video conference request can be sent to the intelligent cabin of the vehicle through the modes of Internet of vehicles, mobile communication networks, wiFi and the like.
In particular, a user within the vehicle intelligent shelter may have a different in-vehicle identity. When a user in the vehicle intelligent cabin needs to be responsible for driving the vehicle, the in-vehicle identity of the user in the vehicle intelligent cabin can be the driver identity. For example, a user may be driver-specific when the user needs to operate the steering wheel of the vehicle's smart cabin. The user may also be a driver's identity when the user needs to assist in operating the vehicle's intelligent cabin steering wheel to view road conditions, or to operate a navigation map, or to provide driving advice, etc. The user in the vehicle intelligent cabin may be a passenger identity when the user in the vehicle intelligent cabin does not need to be responsible for driving the vehicle. For example, a user may be a passenger identity when the user is free to move within the vehicle intelligent cabin without concern for driving the vehicle.
For users with different in-vehicle identities in the intelligent vehicle cabin, the change of road conditions may cause the video conference function which the user expects to use not to be used safely. For example, when the road conditions are complex, the user in the vehicle who is the driver needs to concentrate on driving, and cannot use all the functions of the video conference. A user in a vehicle with an identity of a passenger may not clearly view the content displayed on the display screen due to jolt in the road surface. Therefore, the target access mode of the video conference request can be set according to the in-vehicle identity and the road surface condition of the user corresponding to the video conference request in the vehicle can only be used in a cabin.
In particular, the target access mode may be used to indicate the manner in which a video conference is provided to a user. The target access mode may include a video mode, a voice mode, etc., to which the present invention is not limited.
And 102, providing a video conference function for a user corresponding to the video conference request by adopting a target access mode of the video conference request.
In the invention, after the target access mode of the video conference request is determined, the target access mode of the video conference request is adopted to provide the video conference function for the corresponding user of the video conference request, so that the user can access the video conference more comfortably under the condition of ensuring safety.
Specifically, a plurality of cabin devices are respectively arranged in the intelligent vehicle cabin for each user. As an example of the present invention, the cabin equipment may be an image capturing device, a display screen, an audio capturing device, an audio playing device, a cabin light, etc., to which the present invention is not limited.
After determining the target access mode of the video conference request, the cabin equipment in the vehicle cabin can be adopted according to the target access mode of the video conference request to correspondingly provide various video conference functions for users.
As an example of the invention, in the case that the in-vehicle identity of the user corresponding to the video conference request is the driver identity and the road condition is a simple and gentle road condition, the target access mode of the driver user can be set to be the video mode, so that the function of watching and listening to the video conference can be provided for the driver user, and the real-time voice and the real-time video of the driver user can be collected.
As an example of the invention, when the in-vehicle identity of the user corresponding to the video conference request is the driver identity and the road surface condition is the complex road condition, the target access mode of the driver user can be set to be a voice mode, so that the function of listening to the video conference voice can be provided for the driver user, and the real-time voice and the real-time video of the driver user can be collected.
As an example of the present invention, in the case that the in-vehicle identity of the user corresponding to the video conference request is a passenger identity and the road condition is a complex road condition, the target access of the passenger user may be set to a voice mode, so that a function of listening to the video conference voice may be provided for the passenger user and real-time voice of the passenger user may be collected.
According to the video conference method based on the intelligent cabin, when a video conference request is received, a target access mode of the video conference request is set according to the in-vehicle identity and the road surface condition of a user corresponding to the video conference request in the intelligent cabin of a vehicle; and providing a video conference function for a user corresponding to the video conference request by adopting a target access mode of the video conference request. Therefore, the video conference function can be conveniently provided for the user in the intelligent cabin of the vehicle, driving safety can be ensured, and better video conference experience is provided for the user.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of another embodiment of a video conference method based on an intelligent cockpit according to an embodiment of the present invention may specifically include the following steps:
step 201, when a video conference request is received, identifying whether an in-vehicle identity of a user corresponding to the video conference request in a vehicle intelligent cabin is a driver identity;
in the invention, the vehicle intelligent cabin can provide the video conference function for the user, so that the user can conduct video conference in the vehicle intelligent cabin. The user in the vehicle intelligent cabin and the user outside the vehicle intelligent cabin can send the video conference request to the vehicle intelligent cabin, so that the vehicle intelligent cabin can acquire the video conference request.
The vehicle intelligent cabin can adopt multiple modes to access the video conference for the user. Therefore, when the video conference request is received, in order to determine the access mode of the video conference, whether the in-vehicle identity of the user corresponding to the video conference request in the intelligent cabin of the vehicle is the driver identity can be firstly identified.
Specifically, when a video conference request is received, one or more users corresponding to the video conference request can be known according to information contained in the video conference request, and the position of the user corresponding to the video conference request in a vehicle is searched. And determining the in-vehicle identity of the user based on the position of the user corresponding to the video conference in the vehicle and the function provided by the intelligent cabin of the vehicle currently used by the user.
If the position of the user in the vehicle is the main driving position, the user in the main driving position needs to operate the steering wheel to control the vehicle to run, so that the identity of the user in the main driving position can be directly determined to be the identity of the driver.
If the position of the user in the vehicle is not the main driving position, the identity of the user in the vehicle can be determined according to the function provided by the intelligent cabin of the vehicle currently used by the user. For example, when a user can assist a main driving user to view road conditions, or operate a navigation map, or provide driving advice, the user is assisting the main driving user to drive a vehicle, for example, the user uses a video conference function, and thus normal running of the vehicle may be affected to some extent. Therefore, the in-vehicle identity of the user can also be considered as the driver identity. And in the case that the user does not provide driving assistance for the main driving user and is free to move in the vehicle, the in-vehicle identity of the user can be considered as the passenger identity.
Specifically, the method of identifying the biological feature information of the user corresponding to the video conference request, identifying the feature information of the object held by the user, acquiring the feature information actively sent by the user, and the like may be adopted, and the position of the user corresponding to the video conference request is identified in the intelligent cabin of the vehicle.
In one embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises:
step 11, collecting biological characteristic information of a user when the user enters the intelligent vehicle cabin;
in the invention, the video conference function is used in the intelligent cabin of the vehicle, so that the video conference account information of the user can be acquired and logged in the intelligent cabin of the vehicle. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal use of the video conference function, the biological characteristic information of the user can be collected when the user enters the intelligent vehicle cabin.
The biometric information may be facial feature information, fingerprint feature information, iris feature information, voiceprint feature information, etc., which is not limited in the present invention.
And a substep 12, logging in the video conference account number of the user in the intelligent vehicle cabin by adopting the biological characteristic information, so that the intelligent vehicle cabin receives a video conference request aiming at the video conference account number of the user.
In the invention, after the biological characteristic information of the user is acquired, the video conference account number of the user can be logged in the vehicle intelligent cabin, and after the login is successful, the vehicle intelligent cabin can receive a video conference request aiming at the video conference account number of the user, which is sent by a preset communication server, or send the video conference request to the communication server, so that the vehicle intelligent cabin can access the video conference for the user with the video conference account number, and the video conference is provided for the user in the vehicle intelligent cabin.
Specifically, when the video conference account can be logged in by adopting the biometric information, the biometric information of the user can be sent to a communication server to request to log in the video conference account corresponding to the user. When the video conference account is logged in by adopting a text password, the video conference login information pre-stored by the user can be searched according to the biological characteristic information, and the video conference login information is sent to the communication server so as to request to log in the video conference account corresponding to the user.
Step 202, when the in-vehicle identity of the user corresponding to the video conference request is the driver identity, setting a target access mode of the video conference request according to whether the current road condition meets the automatic driving condition.
In the invention, when the in-vehicle identity of the user corresponding to the video conference request is the driver identity, whether the current road condition meets the automatic driving condition is further determined at the moment so as to determine the target access mode of the video conference request.
In particular, since the video conference generally requires the user to pay more attention to multiple aspects such as vision and hearing at the same time, it is difficult for the user in the vehicle with the driver's identity to perform the video conference during driving. Thus, upon receipt of a video conference request, it is necessary to determine whether the driver-identified user can temporarily stop driving, while automated driving is provided by the vehicle intelligent cabin, so that the driver-identified user can divert attention from driving to video conference. Thus, whether the current road condition meets the automatic driving condition can be determined.
The intelligent cabin of the vehicle can acquire the road condition in the surrounding range of the vehicle and the road condition on the running route of the vehicle through wireless communication modes such as a vehicle network, a mobile communication network, wiFi and the like. Meanwhile, the intelligent cabin of the vehicle can acquire the road condition of the surrounding range of the vehicle through an image acquisition device, a radar sensing device and the like which are arranged outside the vehicle, and comprehensively judge whether the current road condition meets the automatic driving condition according to the surrounding range of the vehicle and the road condition on the running route of the vehicle. Generally, under the condition that the current road condition is complex, for example, a city congestion road section and a complex driving route involving multiple turns, the current road condition can be considered to not meet the automatic driving condition. In a high-speed driving route with a simple current road condition, such as an open suburban road, which is basically straight, the current road condition can be considered to meet the automatic driving condition.
Under the condition that the current road condition meets the automatic driving condition, the intelligent cabin of the vehicle can provide the function of automatically switching the automatic driving for the user, so that the user can transfer more attention from driving to the video conference, and a target access mode with more video conference functions can be set for the user. Under the condition that the current road condition does not meet the automatic driving condition, the user still needs to pay more attention to driving and only can pay a small amount of attention to the video conference, so that the target access mode with fewer video conference functions can be provided for the user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the step of setting a target access mode of the video conference request according to whether the current road condition satisfies an automatic driving condition includes:
and a sub-step 21, when the current road condition meets the automatic driving condition, switching the intelligent cabin of the vehicle into an automatic driving mode, and setting the target access mode of the video conference request into a video display mode.
In the invention, when the current road condition meets the automatic driving condition, the intelligent cabin of the vehicle can automatically switch the driving mode into the automatic driving mode for the user, so that the user can transfer more attention from driving to the video conference. Meanwhile, at this time, the user can use more video conference functions, and then, for the user, the target access mode of the video conference request can be set to a video display mode capable of providing more functions.
Specifically, in the video display mode, the vehicle intelligent cabin can display video content of a video conference for a user and play conference voice, and collect real-time video and/or real-time voice of the user according to actual needs.
And a sub-step 22 of setting the target access mode of the video conference request as a voice display mode when the current road condition does not meet the automatic driving condition.
In the invention, when the current road condition does not meet the automatic driving condition, the vehicle still needs to be driven by the user, and the intelligent cabin of the vehicle can not switch the driving mode into the automatic driving mode for the user, so that the user can not pay more attention to the video conference at the moment, and the user can not use more video conference functions. The target access mode of the video conference request can be set to a voice presentation mode that can provide fewer functions for the user.
Specifically, in the voice display mode, the vehicle intelligent cabin can play conference voice for the user and collect real-time video and/or real-time voice of the user according to actual needs.
Optionally, in the video display mode or the voice display mode, the internal environment of the intelligent cabin of the vehicle can be adjusted to be suitable for the video conference according to actual needs. For example, according to the external light environment, the brightness of the atmosphere lamp and the brightness of the display screen in the intelligent cabin of the vehicle are adjusted, so that a user can conduct video conferences in a proper light environment.
Step 203, when the in-vehicle identity of the user corresponding to the video conference request is not the driver identity, setting a target access mode of the video conference request according to the current gesture of the user corresponding to the video conference request.
In the invention, when the in-vehicle identity of the user corresponding to the video conference request is not the driver identity, the user corresponding to the video conference request can be considered to provide more video conference functions without affecting the running safety of the vehicle. But at this point the user's status may not necessarily be suitable for video conferencing. For example, the user may have a closed-eye rest in the vehicle, so that more video conference functions are provided for the user at this time, the normal rest of the user may be affected, and a tired gesture of the user is shot. Therefore, the target access mode of the video conference request can be set according to the current gesture of the corresponding user of the video conference request, so that the video conference is provided for the user in a more comfortable mode.
In the invention, when the in-vehicle identity of the user corresponding to the video conference request is not the driver identity, the target access mode of the video conference request can be set according to the current road surface condition. In this case, since the use of the video conference by the user whose in-vehicle identity is not the driver identity does not affect the running safety of the vehicle, it is possible to determine the target access mode of the video conference according to whether the road surface condition may affect the use of the video conference by the user.
Specifically, during the running of the vehicle on the road, the pit may be bumpy due to poor road surface conditions. In this case, the video conference requests the corresponding users to view the video content of the video conference, and discomfort may occur, and then the voice display mode may be adopted at this time, and only the voice content of the video conference is played without displaying the video content, so as to avoid discomfort of the users. Under the condition of good road surface condition, video content and/or voice content of the video conference can be displayed at the same time according to the needs of users.
In the process of running on a road, the user can be influenced to send real-time voice and/or real-time video due to the conditions of large noise, poor road surface signals and the like of the road surface. Under the condition, only the video content and/or the voice content of the video conference can be received, the real-time voice and/or the real-time video of the user are not collected, and the conference content collected at one side of the intelligent cabin of the vehicle is avoided, so that the normal operation of the video conference is influenced.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the step of setting the target access mode of the video conference request according to the current gesture of the user corresponding to the video conference request includes:
A substep 31, when the current gesture of the user corresponding to the video conference request is a dormant gesture, setting a target access mode of the video conference request as a voice transmission mode;
in the embodiment of the invention, when the current gesture of the user corresponding to the video conference request is the dormant gesture, the user can be considered to be in a state of participating in the video conference. The target access mode of the video conference request may be set to the voice transmission mode at this time.
Specifically, in the voice transmission mode, the intelligent cabin of the vehicle can collect real-time voice of the user according to actual needs, and does not collect real-time video of the user, so that the user is prevented from accessing a video conference in a poor state. Meanwhile, the internal environment of the intelligent cabin of the vehicle can be used for determining whether video content and/or voice content of the video conference is displayed for the user. In the case that the internal environment of the intelligent cabin of the vehicle is quieter, the video content of the video conference can be played without playing the voice content of the video conference or playing the voice content of the video conference at a lower volume. Under the condition that the internal environment of the intelligent cabin of the vehicle is darker, the video content of the video conference can be not played, but only the voice content of the video conference can be played.
Alternatively, the user may have reserved the video conference before the video conference starts. In this case, the vehicle intelligent cabin can send out a meeting reminder to the user before the video meeting starts, reminding the user to prepare to enter the video meeting, and avoiding the user from being still in a dormant state when the video meeting starts. If the video conference corresponding to the video conference request is a video conference which is not reserved by the user, the intelligent cabin of the vehicle can wake the user before accessing the video conference, and the user confirms whether the video conference needs to be accessed.
And a sub-step 32, setting a target access mode of the video conference request as a video sending mode when the current gesture of the user corresponding to the video conference request is not a dormant gesture.
In the invention, when the current gesture of the user corresponding to the video conference request is not the dormant gesture, the user can be considered to normally participate in the video conference at the moment, and the target access mode of the video conference request can be set as the video sending mode.
Specifically, in the video transmission mode, the intelligent cabin of the vehicle can collect real-time voice and real-time video of the user according to actual needs.
And 204, providing a video conference function for a user corresponding to the video conference request by adopting a target access mode of the video conference request.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the target access mode of the video conference request is determined, the target access mode of the video conference request is adopted to provide the video conference function for the corresponding user of the video conference request, so that the user can access the video conference more comfortably under the condition of ensuring safety.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the step of providing the video conference function for the user corresponding to the video conference request using the target access mode of the video conference request includes:
and a substep 41, according to the target access mode of the video conference request, adopting cabin equipment aiming at the position of the user corresponding to the video conference request to provide a video conference function for the user corresponding to the video conference request.
In the invention, a plurality of cabin equipment is respectively arranged in the intelligent vehicle cabin for each user. As an example of the present invention, the cabin equipment may be an image capturing device, a display screen, an audio capturing device, an audio playing device, a cabin light, etc., to which the present invention is not limited.
Wherein, cabin equipment in the intelligent cabin of the vehicle can have a certain degree of directivity. For example, the video content of the video conference may be displayed using a display screen around the user who is participating in the video conference, the voice content may be played to the user who is participating in the video conference using a sound having directivity, and the lighting effect when participating in the video conference may be adjusted using a cabin interior lamp around the user who is participating in the video conference.
After determining the target access mode of the video conference request, only a portion of the users may need to participate in the video conference as the vehicle intelligent cabin may be. In this case, in order to avoid said affecting the riding experience of other users not participating in the video conference in the vehicle intelligent cabin. And according to the target access mode of the video conference request, cabin equipment aiming at the position of the user corresponding to the video conference request can be adopted to provide video conference functions for the user corresponding to the video conference request.
As the cabin equipment has a degree of directionality. Under the condition that the cabin equipment aiming at the position of the user corresponding to the video conference request is adopted to provide the video conference function for the user corresponding to the video conference request, only the users participating in the conference can receive the relevant content of the video conference, and the rest of the users not participating in the video conference can receive less or no relevant content of the video conference, so that better intelligent cabin riding experience can be provided for the users in the intelligent cabin of the vehicle.
In one embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises:
a substep 51 of receiving a conference person change instruction during the video conference;
