In this embodiment, a security processing method after an abnormality of an industrial internet device is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of the security processing method after an abnormality of an industrial internet device according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
Step S102, receiving an abnormal message, wherein the abnormal message is used for indicating that the production equipment is abnormal, the abnormal message carries a production log before the production equipment is abnormal, and the production log records a first quantity of products already produced by the production equipment when a preset production task is completed;
in an optional and added embodiment, the finding of the abnormality may be that a camera arranged beside the production equipment is used for monitoring the production equipment, the camera takes pictures of the production equipment at intervals of a predetermined time, and the pictures taken by the camera are compared with pictures in normal production and pictures in abnormal production respectively, so as to determine whether the production equipment is abnormal.
As another alternative, the method may be performed by machine learning, for example, the model may be trained by using training data, each set of training data includes a photo and a label indicating whether the production equipment in the photo is producing normally. The machine learning model may be derived through training of multiple sets of training data. When the model is used, a photograph is configured as an input into the model, and an output indicating whether the machine in the photograph is operating properly is obtained.
As another alternative, after the camera is found, the production device in which the abnormality occurs may be notified to send the abnormality message in step S102.
As an optional implementation manner, the exception message may further carry identification information of other production devices, where the identification information of the other devices is used to indicate a device that can take over for the production device with the exception.
Step S104, acquiring a first quantity of the produced products from the production log;
step S106, obtaining the total number of products required by the preset production task, and obtaining the difference value between the total number and the first number;
step S108, sending a production message to other production equipment, wherein the production message carries the difference value, the difference value is used for indicating the other production equipment to continue producing the product according to the difference value, the other production equipment and the production equipment with the abnormality are positioned under the same gateway, and the gateway can communicate with all the production equipment connected with the gateway.
As an optional implementation manner, in a case that the abnormal message carries identification information of other production devices, the production message is preferentially sent to the other devices corresponding to the identification information.
As an optional and incremental embodiment, an inquiry message for inquiring about the types and models of products that can be produced by all other devices may be sent to the other devices, the inquiry message is sent in a mass-sending manner, and all devices that receive the inquiry message respond. After receiving the response, the production equipment capable of continuing to produce the product is obtained, and the production equipment is used as the other production equipment in the step S108. If the number of the production devices capable of continuously producing the product is multiple, sending a second inquiry message to the production devices capable of producing the product, wherein the second inquiry message is used for inquiring the resource occupancy rate of the production devices; then, the production apparatus with a low resource occupancy rate is selected as the other production apparatus in the above-described step S108.
The weight of the production device corresponding to the identification information of the production device carried in the exception message is higher than that of the production device which responds to the inquiry message, and then the production device with the optimal score is calculated by using the resource occupancy rate and the weight as the other production device in the step S108.
As an optional embodiment that can be added, when the gateway sends the production message to other production devices, the gateway encrypts the difference in the production message, and acquires the MAC addresses of the other production devices; obtaining the last digit of the MAC address and converting the last digit into a decimal number; searching a password and an encryption method corresponding to the decimal number in a preset password encryption table; and encrypting the message by using the password and the encryption method, and sending the encrypted message to other production equipment, wherein the other production equipment is pre-configured with the same password encryption table, searching the corresponding encryption method and password according to the last bit of the MAC address, and decrypting the message to obtain the difference value.
Through the steps, the gateway coordinates the abnormal production equipment to enable production to continue, so that the problem that production progress is possibly influenced due to the fact that the industrial internet equipment production equipment breaks down in the related technology is solved, and the production progress is accelerated to a certain extent.
The above steps may be performed in a gateway, where all manufacturing devices communicate with an external device through the gateway, and a message sent from the external device to the manufacturing device needs to pass through the gateway.
Preferably, the method further comprises: and sending a warning message to an administrator when the first quantity cannot be acquired from the production log, wherein the warning message is used for notifying the administrator that the production equipment is abnormal.
Preferably, the warning message is sent by a short message.
In an embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided a security processing apparatus after an abnormality of an industrial internet device, where the apparatus corresponds to the foregoing method, and has been described in the method, and is not described herein again, and the apparatus includes: a receiving module, configured to receive an exception message, where the exception message is used to indicate that the production device is abnormal, and the exception message carries a production log before the production device is abnormal, where the production log records a first number of products that have been produced by the production device when a predetermined production task is completed; a first obtaining module, configured to obtain the first quantity of the produced product from the production log; the second obtaining module is used for obtaining the total number of the products required by the preset production task and obtaining the difference value between the total number and the first number; and the sending module is used for sending production information to other production equipment, wherein the production information carries the difference value, the difference value is used for indicating the other production equipment to continue producing the product according to the difference value, the other production equipment and the production equipment with the abnormality are positioned under the same gateway, and the gateway can communicate with all the production equipment connected with the gateway.
Through the device, abnormal production equipment can be coordinated, production can be continued, and therefore the problem that production progress is possibly influenced due to the fact that industrial internet equipment production equipment breaks down in the related technology is solved, and the production progress is accelerated to a certain extent.
The device can be operated in a gateway, wherein all manufacturing equipment communicates with external equipment through the gateway, and messages sent by the external equipment to the manufacturing equipment need to pass through the gateway.
