The reference numeral 47 denotes a sheet metal structure inserted into the sealing and switching device 41 at the door of the cable compartment, and cooperates with interlocking members 44, 45, 46 housed in the sealing and switching device 41 to realize an interlocking function. The sealing design of the mechanical interlocking part of the cable chamber door is complex, the mechanical interlocking exists in order to realize the function of opening the cable chamber door only under certain safety conditions, for example, the cable chamber door can be opened only under the condition that a main switch is opened and a grounding switch is closed, and some switches are also added with manual locking and also under the condition that the operation is completed, the locking functions are realized by extending one or more parts out of the operating mechanism part to limit the opening of the cable chamber door, as shown in figure 4, the cable chamber door can be opened only after the interlocking parts 44 and 45 are extracted from the interlocking part 47, the interlocking parts 44, 45, 46 and 47 need to be completely sealed, the sealing of the interlocking device in the prior art mostly adopts a flange-to-seal ring scheme or the sealing similar to a corrugated pipe principle, but when the moving part which needs to extend out of the interlocking device of the cable chamber door can be a combination of a plurality of shafts and sheet metal parts, the situations of more links needing sealing, complex structure and unreliable sealing can occur.
The technical key point of the invention is that the mechanism chamber 1 of the high-voltage switch cabinet is designed to be sealed, and a special sealing box body is not specially made to only seal the operating mechanisms 21 and 22; the plurality of interlocking pieces 44, 45, 46 and 47 of the interlocking device which need to be sealed are not sealed one by one, but the sealing conversion device 41 covers the interlocking pieces 44, 45, 46 and 47 to concentrate the sealing, and the sealing surface is also transferred from a narrow space to a space which is easy for sealing operation. The invention seals the key component mechanism chamber in the ring main unit, the protection grade of the mechanism chamber can reach IP65, the ring main unit can adapt to various environments, and the full working condition operation is really realized.
