In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a cable-forming and wire-drawing die device for an umbilical cable comprises a bundling ring and a plurality of shaping rings, wherein one end of the bundling ring is connected with the shaping rings, and the shaping rings are sequentially connected end to end; the bundling ring and the shaping ring can be split into two symmetrical semicircular grooves; connecting portion between cluster ring and the design ring to reach the connecting portion between design ring and the design ring, all have certain clearance to allow the relative axial bending between cluster ring and the design ring, and the relative axial bending between design ring and the design ring.
Further, the gap includes an axial gap greater than 0 and less than 10 millimeters and a radial gap greater than 0 and less than 15% of the umbilical radius.
Furthermore, the cluster ring is composed of two symmetrical semi-circular grooves, and one end of each semi-circular groove is a male connector for connection and can be connected to a female connector of an adjacent sizing ring.
Furthermore, the shaping rings are composed of two symmetrical semicircular grooves, one end of each semicircular groove is a male connector for connection, and the male connector can be connected to a female connector of an adjacent shaping ring; the other end of the semicircular groove is a female connector for connection, and can be connected with a male connector of an adjacent shaping ring or a male connector of a bundling ring.
Furthermore, a plurality of through holes are radially arranged on the side wall of the sizing ring and used for visually checking whether the state of the umbilical cable in the sizing ring is normal or not.
Furthermore, the shaping ring is provided with a plurality of grooves along the circumferential direction, the shaping ring is positioned at one end far away from the bundling ring, and all the grooves are used for placing binding ropes for binding the two semicircular grooves; the shaping ring is arranged in the middle, the groove close to the male connector is used for connecting the female joint of the adjacent shaping ring, and other grooves are used for placing binding ropes for binding the two semicircular grooves.
Furthermore, the semicircular groove butt joint face of the shaping ring is provided with a plurality of groups of matched pin holes and pins for guiding during semicircular groove assembly and positioning after assembly.
Compared with the prior art, the umbilical cable cabling and doubling die device has the following advantages:
1) the umbilical cable cabling and doubling die device comprises a bundling ring and a plurality of shaping rings, wherein each branch of the umbilical cable passes through the bundling ring and then sequentially passes through the shaping rings, so that the relative position of each branch can be kept;
2) the number and the length of the sizing rings are determined according to the length of the design pitch of the umbilical cable;
3) the bundling ring and the shaping ring can be split into two semicircular grooves, so that the assembly and the disassembly are convenient.
4) Connecting portion between cluster ring and the design ring to reach the connecting portion between design ring and the design ring, all have certain clearance, make umbilical cable stranding die device can freely bend certain angle along the axial to prevent that umbilical cable from producing local bending stress concentration phenomenon when passing through the stranding die. The invention can effectively realize the function of shaping the umbilical cable after the bundling by adding the shaping ring group which can be freely bent in the axial direction and has adjustable length.
In conclusion, compared with the prior art, the umbilical cable stranding and wire connecting die device with the shaping function can effectively solve the lateral deformation phenomenon during umbilical cable stranding so as to improve the cabling processing precision of umbilical cables.
