The umbilical cable stranding and doubling die device with the shaping function can effectively solve the lateral deformation phenomenon during umbilical cable stranding so as to improve the cabling processing precision of umbilical cables.

The invention aims to provide an umbilical cable stranding die device which can effectively realize the function of shaping after umbilical cable stranding aiming at the problem that the conventional umbilical cable stranding die device cannot be shaped.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a cable-forming and wire-drawing die device for an umbilical cable comprises a bundling ring and a plurality of shaping rings, wherein one end of the bundling ring is connected with the shaping rings, and the shaping rings are sequentially connected end to end; the bundling ring and the shaping ring can be split into two symmetrical semicircular grooves; connecting portion between cluster ring and the design ring to reach the connecting portion between design ring and the design ring, all have certain clearance to allow the relative axial bending between cluster ring and the design ring, and the relative axial bending between design ring and the design ring.
