The embodiment of the application provides a method for hastening receipts of overdue cases of loans, which can know the connection state of each telephone number in advance by pre-washing the telephone number of the overdue cases of loans, and further formulate a corresponding hastening receiving strategy according to the connection state of each telephone number, so that a hastening member hastens receiving according to the hastening receiving strategy, can avoid wasting the working time of the hastening member, effectively improve the hastening receiving efficiency of the hastening member, and simultaneously reduce the condition of mistaken number calling during hastening receiving and calling.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for hastening receipt of a loan overdue case, including the following steps:
step 101, setting target sending and washing rules for the loan overdue case.
In this step, the target washing rule is set by the manager in advance according to the actual situation of the overdue case of the loan. In a specific embodiment, the extracting at least one phone number corresponding to the loan overdue case in step 1021 as a first number to be washed for identification and determination, and storing the first number to be washed, which is successfully identified, in a washing number library specifically includes:
extracting at least one telephone number corresponding to the overdue case of the loan as a first number to be washed, and judging whether the first number to be washed has a washing record or not; if the first number to be washed has a washing record, judging whether the time interval between the first number to be washed and the last washing time exceeds an interval threshold value, if so, storing the first number to be washed into a washing number library, otherwise, taking the last washing result of the first number to be washed as the connection state of the first number to be washed.
