In one possible implementation manner, the time for the object in the present embodiment to enter the guest room includes: the time when the object enters the guest room corresponding to the first terminal, or the time when the object enters other guest rooms and the time when the object enters the guest room corresponding to the first terminal.
For example, if the guest room corresponding to the first terminal is guest room 2. In a preferred embodiment of the information processing apparatus, the object information request is sent by a second terminal, the second terminal stores therein identifiers of a plurality of terminals and identifiers of objects corresponding to the respective terminals, and the terminals include the first terminal.
In a preferred embodiment of the information processing apparatus, the object information request is transmitted from the first terminal.
In the above preferred technical solution of the information processing apparatus, the object is provided with a radio frequency identification RFID tag, and the information of the object further includes: the time when the object enters the target place comprises a hotel, a guest room and an object management room of the floor where the guest room is located, wherein the object management room is used for placing the object.
Correspondingly, the transceiver module 801 is further configured to receive a first time sent by the first RFID reader when the RFID tag is identified, where the first time is a washing time of the object, and the first RFID reader is disposed at an inlet or an outlet of the object washing device; receiving a second time sent by a second RFID reader-writer when the RFID tag is identified, wherein the second time is the time when the object enters the hotel, and the second RFID reader-writer is arranged at the entrance of the hotel; receiving a third time sent by a third RFID reader-writer when the RFID tag is identified, wherein the third time is the time when an object enters the object management room of the floor where the guest room is located, and the third RFID reader-writer is arranged at an entrance of the object management room of the floor where the guest room is located; receiving a fourth time sent by a fourth RFID reader-writer when the RFID tag is identified, wherein the fourth time is the time when the object enters the guest room, and the fourth RFID reader-writer is arranged at the entrance of the guest room.
In the preferred technical solution of the information processing apparatus, the processing module 802 is further configured to delete, after determining that the first time sent by the first RFID reader when the RFID tag is identified is received, the object information request of the third terminal, the last washing time of the object sent by the first RFID reader, the last time the object sent by the second RFID reader enters the hotel, the last time the object sent by the third RFID reader enters the object management room on the floor where the guest room is located, and the last time the object sent by the fourth RFID reader enters the guest room, where the third terminal is the last corresponding terminal of the object.
In a preferred embodiment of the above information processing apparatus, the time for the object to enter the guest room includes: the time when the object enters the guest room corresponding to the first terminal, or the time when the object enters other guest rooms and the time when the object enters the guest room corresponding to the first terminal.
In a preferred embodiment of the above information processing apparatus, the information of the object further includes: accommodation information corresponding to the third terminal, where the accommodation information includes: and the third terminal is the terminal corresponding to the last time of the object.
The information processing apparatus provided in this embodiment is similar to the principle and technical effects achieved by the above information processing method, and will not be described herein.
The application also provides an information processing system. Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing system provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 9, the information processing system 900 includes: the information processing apparatus 800 as described above is included, as well as a first RFID reader/writer 901, a second RFID reader/writer 902, a third RFID reader/writer 903, a fourth RFID reader/writer 904, and an RFID tag 905 provided on an object. Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 10, the electronic device 1000 includes: a memory 1001 and at least one processor 1002.

The processor 1002 is configured to implement the information processing method in this embodiment when the program instructions are executed, and the specific implementation principle can be referred to the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The electronic device 1000 may also include and input/output interface 1003.
The input/output interface 1003 may include a separate output interface and input interface, or may be an integrated interface that integrates input and output. The output interface is used for outputting data, and the input interface is used for acquiring the input data.
The present application also provides a readable storage medium having stored therein execution instructions which, when executed by at least one processor of an electronic device, when executed by the processor, implement the information processing method in the above-described embodiment.
The present application also provides a program product comprising execution instructions stored in a readable storage medium. The at least one processor of the electronic device may read the execution instructions from the readable storage medium, and execution of the execution instructions by the at least one processor causes the electronic device to implement the information processing methods provided by the various embodiments described above.
In the several embodiments provided in this application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a logical function division, and there may be additional divisions when actually implemented, for example, multiple modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted or not performed. Alternatively, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed with each other may be an indirect coupling or communication connection via some interfaces, devices or modules, which may be in electrical, mechanical, or other forms.
The modules described as separate components may or may not be physically separate, and components shown as modules may or may not be physical modules, i.e., may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network modules. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.

Claims (8)

1. An information processing method, characterized by comprising:
receiving an object information request, wherein the object information request comprises an identifier of a first terminal and an identifier of an object; the identification of the first terminal is the identification of the first terminal corresponding to the user who accesses the guest room, and the identification of the object is the identification of the linen in the guest room corresponding to the first terminal;
according to the identification of the object, acquiring information of the object from an object information base, wherein the information of the object comprises the washing time of the object;
transmitting information of the object to the first terminal;
the object is provided with a radio frequency identification RFID tag, and the information of the object further comprises: the time for the object to enter the target place comprises a hotel, a guest room and an object management room of the floor where the guest room is located, wherein the object management room is used for placing the object;
the time for the object to enter the guest room includes: the time of the object entering the guest room corresponding to the first terminal, or the time of the object entering other guest rooms and the time of entering the guest room corresponding to the first terminal;
according to the identification of the object, after the information of the object is acquired in the object information base, the method further comprises the following steps:
deleting an object information request of a third terminal, the last washing time of the object and the last time the object enters the target place; the third terminal is a terminal corresponding to the object last time;
the information of the object further includes: accommodation information corresponding to the third terminal, wherein the accommodation information comprises: and the third terminal corresponds to the check-in time and the check-out time of the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the request for object information is sent by a second terminal, the second terminal having stored therein identifications of a plurality of terminals and identifications of objects corresponding to each of the terminals, the terminals including the first terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the object information request is sent by the first terminal.
4. A method according to any one of claim 1 to 3, wherein,
before receiving the object information request, the method further comprises:
receiving a first time sent by a first RFID reader-writer when the RFID tag is identified, wherein the first time is the washing time of the object, and the first RFID reader-writer is arranged at an inlet or an outlet of an object washing device;
receiving a second time sent by a second RFID reader-writer when the RFID tag is identified, wherein the second time is the time when the object enters the hotel, and the second RFID reader-writer is arranged at the entrance of the hotel;
receiving a third time sent by a third RFID reader-writer when the RFID tag is identified, wherein the third time is the time when the object enters an object management room of a floor where a guest room is located, and the third RFID reader-writer is arranged at an entrance of the object management room of the floor where the guest room is located;
receiving a fourth time sent by a fourth RFID reader-writer when the RFID tag is identified, wherein the fourth time is the time when the object enters a guest room, and the fourth RFID reader-writer is arranged at an entrance of the guest room.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the deleting the object information request of the third terminal, the last washing time of the object, the last time the object entered the target location, comprises:
deleting an object information request of a third terminal, the last washing time of the object sent by the first RFID reader-writer, the last time the object sent by the second RFID reader-writer enters a hotel, the last time the object sent by the third RFID reader-writer enters a floor where a guest room is located, and the last time the object sent by the fourth RFID reader-writer enters the guest room.
6. An electronic device, comprising: at least one processor and memory;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the at least one processor executing computer-executable instructions stored in the memory to cause the electronic device to perform the method of any one of claims 1-5.
7. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any of claims 1-5.
8. An information processing system, comprising: the electronic device, first RFID reader, second RFID reader, third RFID reader, fourth RFID reader, and RFID tag disposed on the object of claim 6; the first RFID reader-writer is arranged at an entrance or an exit of the object washing device, the second RFID reader-writer is arranged at an entrance of a hotel, the third RFID reader-writer is arranged at an entrance of an object management room of a floor where a guest room is located, and the fourth RFID reader-writer is arranged at an entrance of the guest room.
