Abstract

At present, the existing equipment which can be manually disassembled generally adopts a butterfly screw mode, and the butterfly knob part of the butterfly screw is large in size, so that the appearance of the equipment is large, and meanwhile, the equipment is easy to interfere with other devices, which is contradictory to the miniaturization of communication equipment. Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a foldable and rotatable screw mechanism, which solves a series of problems caused by the application of the traditional manual locking screw and has three specific points: the problems that the equipment is large in appearance and easily interferes with other devices due to the fact that the width of a screw capable of being locked manually is large are solved; secondly, the problem that the depth size of the equipment is large due to the fact that the head of the screw capable of being locked manually is high is solved; thirdly, the problem that the head of the manual locking screw is easy to hurt people is solved.
2) Overview of the function
The invention provides a screw mechanism capable of being manually locked and disassembled, wherein after the screw is locked, the head part of a screw can be randomly rotated and can be parked at any angle, the head part of the screw has free rotation and folding functions, the head part of a butterfly knob of the screw can be rotated and folded at any time (before or after the screw is locked), and then the butterfly knob of the screw is placed in an area which does not influence the operation and the appearance size, and the folded screw is not easy to hurt people. The following is a comparative example of an application, the function of which can be more clearly demonstrated.
Compared with the application of a foldable and freely rotatable screw, the foldable and freely rotatable screw has the advantages that the foldable and freely rotatable screw is used for the I-communication equipment panel, the II-common butterfly screw and the III-foldable and freely rotatable screw. The 2-end cover is provided with a slot position which can accommodate the 1-knob to turn in the slot, the periphery of the top of the 3-screw is provided with a groove, the periphery of the 2-end cover is provided with two protrusions which can be pressed into the groove on the periphery of the 3-screw, and after the protrusions are pressed, the 2-end cover and the 3-screw can be tightly connected together.
Preferably, the top of the 3-screw is provided with a round hole and a square groove, the 4-spring is arranged in the round hole, the 1-knob is arranged in the square groove, and the 4-spring props against the 1-knob to provide an upward force for the knob.
Preferably, the periphery of the top of the 3-screw is provided with a groove, the periphery of the 2-end cover is provided with two protrusions, the protrusions can be pressed into the groove on the periphery of the 3-screw, and after the protrusions are pressed, the 2-end cover and the 3-screw can be tightly connected together.
Preferably, the 2-end cap is provided with a slot that can accommodate the 1-knob turn inside the slot, in the same direction as the square slot of the 3-screw.
The working principle is as follows: the foldable freely rotatable screw transmits torque acted by a human hand through the 1-knob, when the screw needs to be fastened, the 1-knob is held by the hand to be pressed downwards, the 1-knob compresses the 4-spring downwards, the beam of the 1-knob enters the a-groove (square groove) of the head of the 3-screw, and the beam of the 1-knob is matched with the a-groove (square groove) of the head of the 3-screw, and then the 3-screw rotates along with the 1-knob by rotating the 1-knob, so that the 3-screw can be continuously rotated, and the foldable freely rotatable screw can realize the fastening function. After the fastening function is completed, the pressure of the 1-knob is released by hand, the 1-knob moves upwards under the elastic force of the 4-spring, the 1-knob is separated from the a-groove (square groove) at the head of the 3-screw, the 3-screw cannot rotate along with the 1-knob by hand rotation, the 1-knob can rotate to any position freely, then the 1-knob can be folded, namely the beam of the 1-knob is turned over in the a-groove (square groove) at the head of the 3-screw, and the 4-spring still abuts against the beam part of the 1-knob at the moment, so that the 1-knob can be kept in the state. This realizes that the head of the foldable and freely rotatable screw has the functions of free rotation and folding after the foldable and freely rotatable screw is locked.
