as shown in fig. 3, the fertilizer throwing device 4 comprises a supporting block 41, the top end of the supporting block 41 is connected with the bottom of the weight-increasing elastic bag 23, the supporting block 41 is of a hollow structure, a lifting block 42 is arranged in the supporting block 41, a plurality of levers 43 are arranged on the side wall of the lifting block 42, the levers 43 extend out of the supporting block 41 and are connected with a water outlet balancing weight 44, the water outlet balancing weight 44 swings up and down through self inertia when the floater 11 moves up and down along with waves, the water outlet balancing weight 44 drives the lifting block 42 to move through the levers 43, when the intensity of the waves is larger, the lifting speed and the lifting amplitude of the lifting block 42 are also increased, and when the waves are calm, the lifting block 42 stops, so that the effect of automatically detecting the intensity of the waves is achieved, and the throwing of the fertilizer and the running of the gravity reducing device 3 are adjusted according to the intensity of the waves;

as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the gravity reducing device 3 comprises a liquid storage tank 31, the liquid storage tank 31 is arranged in the floating block 14, the liquid storage tank 31 is connected with an inner pipeline of the cavity 22, ammonia water, ammonia gas and oil are stored in the liquid storage tank 31, a supporting rod 32 is arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage tank 31, the supporting rod 32 is sleeved with a sleeve 33, a spring is arranged at the lower side of the sleeve 33, a concave rod 34 is arranged on the sleeve 33, when wave energy is normally collected, the floating block 14 can be lifted and lowered together, the water and the oil in the floating block shake together, the sleeve 33 can be lifted and lowered repeatedly on the supporting rod 32, the concave rod 34 can help water break through an oil layer, absorb ammonia gas at the upper layer of the oil surface, maintain the ammonia gas absorbed by the water and the reversible reaction of the ammonia gas discharged from the water, if the wave becomes small, the water and oil stop shaking, the sleeve 33 stops lifting, the concave rod 34 can not help the water break through the oil layer, the oil separates the water and ammonia gas, so that the ammonia gas can not be absorbed by the water, but the ammonia gas can be discharged from the water, the ammonia gas is continuously accumulated above the oil layer, the air pressure in the liquid storage tank 31 and the cavity 22 is increased, the air pressure presses the weight-increasing elastic bag 23, so that the water of the weight-increasing elastic bag 23 is discharged from the water outlet 45, the whole gravity is reduced, the power generation device 1 floats upwards and approaches to the upper water with larger wave, the power generation efficiency is ensured, and the gravity of the power generation device 1 can be automatically reduced when the wave is smaller and the power generation efficiency of the power generation device 1 is increased to the larger wave depth;
