As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the conveying system for LED lamp tubes of the present invention includes a first conveying mechanism 1, a second conveying mechanism 2, a first buffer mechanism 3, and a second buffer mechanism 4, wherein the first conveying mechanism 1 is located at a front end of the first buffer mechanism 3, center lines of the first buffer mechanism 3 and the second buffer mechanism 4 are overlapped, and the second conveying mechanism 2 is located at a rear end of the second buffer mechanism 4. The first conveying mechanism 1 can be driven by an existing motor, and the second conveying mechanism 2 can be used for conveying by a conveying belt or driven by a motor. In the actual application process, a plurality of cache mechanisms can be adopted for arrangement, so that more LED lamp tubes 5 can be cached, and more occupied space is avoided.
The first conveying mechanism 1 comprises a first conveying frame 6, a transmission shaft 7 is arranged in the middle of the first conveying frame 6, a first belt 8 and a second belt 9 are arranged on the transmission shaft 7, the second belt 9 is sleeved at the upper end of the first belt 8, and a conveying body 10 for placing the LED lamp tube 5 is arranged between the first belt 8 and the second belt 9. The conveying body 10 is used for supporting and conveying the LED lamp tube 5.
The conveying body 10 comprises a notch 11 for placing the LED lamp tube 5, a mounting part 12 mounted on the first belt 8 and the second belt 9, and a supporting part 13 for connecting the mounting part 12 and the notch 11, wherein a bayonet 14 is arranged in the middle of the mounting part 12, the second belt 9 is arranged in the bayonet 14, and triangular protrusions 15 are arranged on the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the bayonet 14. The mounting portion 12 further has a stopper portion 16, and the stopper portion 16 is disposed at a front end of the bayonet 14. The stopper 16 is a position for receiving the second belt 9, and the carrier 10 is placed so as to be separated from the second belt 9.
The first buffer mechanism 3 includes a first rotating body 17, a first motor 18, a first bracket 19, a second bracket 20, and a fixed block 21, and a first rotating shaft 22 is provided between the first bracket 19 and the second bracket 20. The first bracket 19 is provided with a first mounting plate 30, the first mounting plate 30 is provided with a first pushing cylinder 31, the first pushing cylinder 31 is arranged in the middle of the inner ring 171, the first pushing cylinder 31 is provided with a first push rod 32, and the first pushing cylinder 31 is used for pushing the fixing piece 24 at a position corresponding to the first push rod 32. The fixed block 21 is provided with a pushing cylinder 33, and the pushing cylinder 33 is used for pushing the LED lamp 5 at the corresponding position on the first buffer mechanism 3 to the second buffer mechanism 4.
The fixed part 24 is provided with a baffle plate 27, the baffle plate 27 is provided with a positioning column 28, the positioning column 28 is sleeved with a spring 29, one end of the spring 29 is abutted against the baffle plate 27, and the other end of the spring 29 is abutted against the inner wall of the outer ring 172. The spring 29 is used for returning, so that after the first pushing cylinder 31 pushes the fixing member 24, the fixing member 24 is pushed by the elastic force of the spring 29, so that the fixing member 24 is returned.
The retainer 24 also has a locating portion 34 thereon, the locating portion 34 being external to the outer ring 172. The positioning portion 34 is used to prevent the fixing member 24 from entering the movable chamber 173 too much, and also can support the LED tube 5 and limit the position of the LED tube 5.
The second buffer mechanism 4 comprises a second rotating body 35, a second motor 36 and a third bracket 37, the second rotating body 35 has the same structure as the first rotating body 17, a second rotating shaft is arranged between the second bracket 20 and the third bracket 37, the second motor 36 is mounted on the third bracket 37 and connected with the second rotating shaft, a second mounting plate 38 is arranged on the third bracket 37, a second pushing cylinder 39 is arranged on the second mounting plate 38, and a second pushing rod 40 is arranged on the second pushing cylinder 39.
The supporting block 41 is arranged between the first buffer mechanism 3 and the second buffer mechanism 4, the supporting block 41 is provided with the supporting slider 42, the supporting slider 42 is used for enabling the LED lamp tube 5 on the first buffer mechanism 3 to enter the second buffer mechanism 4, and the supporting slider 42 is arranged at the front end of the pushing cylinder 33, so that the LED lamp tube 5 can enter the supporting slider 42 after the pushing cylinder 33 pushes the LED lamp tube 5, and the LED lamp tube can conveniently enter the second buffer mechanism 4.
The second conveying mechanism 2 comprises a second conveying frame 43, a material receiving cylinder 44 and a material receiving plate 45, the material receiving cylinder 44 is installed at the lower end of the second conveying frame 43, the lower end of the material receiving plate 45 is connected with the material receiving cylinder 44, and the front end of the material receiving plate 45 is inclined. The material receiving plate 45 has a sponge plate 46 thereon.
The second pushing cylinder 39 in the second buffer mechanism 4 is used for pushing the corresponding fixing member 24, and then the LED lamp 5 falls on the material receiving plate 45 of the second conveying mechanism 2, and moves to the second conveying mechanism 2 along with the material receiving plate 45 for conveying. The first buffer mechanism 3 and the second buffer mechanism 4 have the same structure except that the first push cylinder 31 and the second push cylinder 39 do not correspond in position. The LED lamp tube 5 in the first buffer mechanism 3 can be ensured to completely and correspondingly enter the second buffer mechanism 4.
According to the working mode of the conveying system, the LED lamp tube 5 is conveyed by the conveying body through the rotation of the first belt 8 and the second belt 9 on the first conveying mechanism 1, then the first pushing cylinder 31 pushes the fixing part 24 corresponding to the first push rod 32 on the first rotating body 17, so that the arc-shaped part 26 on the fixing part 24 moves towards the front end, after the conveying body 10 moves to the upper end of the fixing part 24, the first pushing cylinder 31 is started, then the conveying body 10 continues to move, the LED lamp tube 5 can fall onto the arc-shaped part 26, and then the first pushing cylinder 31 contracts, so that the spring 29 drives the fixing part 24 to retract, and the LED lamp tube 5 is fixed. The first motor 18 then continues to rotate and the first push cylinder 31 pushes the next fastener 24.
When the LED lamp tube 5 on the first buffer mechanism 3 needs to be conveyed to the second buffer mechanism 4, the LED lamp tube 5 is pushed through the pushing cylinder 33.
When the LED lamp 5 on the second buffer mechanism 4 needs to be moved to the second conveying mechanism 2, the second cylinder pushes 39 the fixing member 24 on the second buffer mechanism 4, so that the LED lamp 5 falls onto the material receiving plate 45 and enters the second conveying mechanism 2.
