a retainer ring (204) is arranged between the inner sides of the upper parts of the support rods (203);
the discharging frame (205) is arranged on one side of the bottom of the fixed disc (202), and the discharging frame (205) is matched with a discharging hole in the bottom of the fixed disc (202).

a double-groove belt pulley (405), wherein the output shaft of the servo motor (302) is provided with the double-groove belt pulley (405);
a first transmission wheel (406), wherein one side of the second rotating shaft (403) is provided with the first transmission wheel (406);
a first belt (407), a first belt (407) being provided between the double-grooved pulley (405) and the first drive wheel (406);
the material loading plate (408) is arranged in the material storage frame (402) in a sliding mode, the bottom of the material loading plate (408) is in contact with the two eccentric wheels (404), and two sliding grooves are formed in the top of the material loading plate (408) in an inclined mode;
discharging pipe (409), storage frame (402) one side symmetry is equipped with discharging pipe (409), and the discharge bar cooperates with two spouts in last flitch (408) top.
