The lower side plate folding mechanism 32 includes a lower side plate folding bracket 321, a lower side plate folding cylinder 322, a slider 323, a folding guide 324, and a folding plate 325. The lower side plate folding bracket 321 is fixedly arranged on the machine frame, the lower side plate folding cylinder 322 is transversely and fixedly arranged on the lower side plate folding bracket 321, the output end of the lower side plate folding cylinder 322 is connected with the sliding block 323, the sliding block 323 is slidably arranged on the folding guide rod 324, and the folding guide rod 324 is transversely arranged on the lower side plate folding bracket 321. The folding plate 325 is fixedly installed on the slider 323, and both ends of the folding plate 325 are arc-shaped extending downward.
When the lower side plate folding mechanism 32 is operated, the lower side plate folding cylinder 322 drives the slider 323 to move along the folding guide 324 after the first lower cover is folded, so that the folding plate 325 moves laterally, and the lower side plate is turned to the lower side of the first lower cover by the folding plate 325.
The second lower lid latch mechanism 33 includes a bottom support member 331, a second lower lid latch member 332, and a second push-down member 333. When the second lower cover fastening mechanism 33 is actuated, the rotating disc 11 rotates to move the packing box 6 to the position above the second lower cover fastening mechanism 33, the first lower cover and the lower side plate at the lower part of the packing box 6 are supported by the lower side plate folding support 321, the second pressing component 333 presses the upper end of the box body 61, the fastening cylinder 3321 pushes the fastening push plate 3322 to move upwards, and the fastening push plate 3322 fastens the end part of the second lower cover in the gap of the first lower cover.
Packing carton under shed packing plant 3 has solved the under shed of traditional packing carton when packing, links up relatively poorly between the structure, causes the packing process many, problem of packing inefficiency. The packing box lower opening packing device 3 has the advantages that the lower cover folding mechanism 31, the lower side plate folding mechanism 32 and the second lower cover buckling mechanism 33 are encircled into a ring, the compactness of connection among the mechanisms is improved, and the connection of all actions during packing is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 6, the open-top packing device 4 for packing boxes includes a screw elevating mechanism 41, a first upper side plate folding mechanism 42, a second upper side plate folding mechanism 43, an upper cover folding mechanism 44, and a rolling mechanism 45. The screw lifting mechanism 41 is mounted on the frame, and the first upper side plate folding mechanism 42, the second upper side plate folding mechanism 43, the upper cover folding mechanism 44 and the rolling mechanism 45 are all arranged on the screw lifting mechanism 41. The first upper side panel folding mechanism 42 is used to flip the first upper side panel. The second upper side plate folding mechanism 43 is for turning the second upper side plate upside down. The upper cover folding mechanism 44 is used to turn the upper cover over and press the upper cover over the first and second upper side panels and into the box body. The rolling mechanism 45 is used to roll the upper cover.
The first upper side plate folding mechanism 42 includes a first upper side plate turnover cylinder 421, a first upper plate turnover shaft 422, and a first upper side plate turnover block 423. First upper portion curb plate upset cylinder 421 is revolving cylinder, and board trip shaft 422 fixed mounting on first upper portion curb plate upset cylinder 421 is the output, and first upper portion curb plate upset piece 423 is installed on board trip shaft 422 on first upper portion, and first upper portion curb plate upset piece 423 is used for the first upper portion curb plate of upset. The second upper side plate folding mechanism 43 includes a second upper side plate turnover cylinder 431 and a second upper turnover push rod 432. The second upper side plate turnover cylinder 431 is transversely and fixedly arranged, the output end of the second upper side plate turnover cylinder 431 is fixedly connected with a second upper turnover push rod 432, and the second upper turnover push rod 432 is used for transversely turning over the second upper side plate. The upper cover pressing cylinder 443 is vertically and fixedly arranged, the upper cover pressing push plate 444 is installed at the output end of the upper cover pressing cylinder 443, and the upper cover pressing push plate 444 is used for pressing the upper cover into the box body. The rolling mechanism 45 includes rollers 451 and a roller assembly 452 for fixing the rollers 451. The roller 451 is used to roll the upper cover.
When the packaging device 4 with the upper opening of the packaging box acts, the lower part of the packaging box is supported by the packaging box bottom supporting mechanism 34, the rotary table 11 rotates to convey the packaging box 6 to the first upper side plate folding mechanism 42, the first upper side plate overturning cylinder 421 drives the first upper plate overturning shaft 422 to rotate, the first upper plate overturning shaft 422 drives the first upper side plate overturning block 423 to overturn, and the first upper side plate overturning block 423 upwards opens and folds the first upper side plate; then, the packing box 6 is conveyed to the upper cover folding mechanism 44 by the rotary table 11, the second upper side plate turnover cylinder 431 pushes the second upper turnover push rod 432 to move leftward, and the second upper turnover push rod 432 folds the second upper side plate to be opened upward; then, the upper cover overturning cylinder 441 pushes the upper cover overturning pushing block 442 to move downwards, the upper cover overturning pushing block 442 presses the upper side surface of the upper cover to press the upper cover downwards until the upper cover is preliminarily matched with the upper opening, the upper cover pressing cylinder 443 pushes the upper cover pressing pushing plate 444 to press downwards, and the upper cover pressing pushing plate 444 buckles the upper cover into the upper opening; the turntable 11 feeds the pack into the roller mechanism 45 and the rollers 451 roll the lid.
The packaging box upper opening packaging device 4 solves the problems of low efficiency and poor upper cover packaging effect during packaging of the upper opening of the packaging box, and the packaging box upper opening packaging device 4 has the advantages that the first upper side plate and the second upper side plate are sequentially folded, and the first upper side plate folding mechanism 42 and the second upper side plate folding mechanism 43 respectively correspond to one clamp 12, so that the packaging efficiency can be improved; the folding of the upper cover is divided into two steps, the reliability of the upper cover during packaging can be guaranteed, and the upper cover is rolled by the rolling mechanism 45 after being folded, so that the upper cover is further guaranteed to be completely buckled in the upper opening.
As shown in fig. 7, the discharging device 5 includes a discharging rail 51, a discharging cylinder 52 and a discharging push plate 53. The discharging rail 51 is arranged obliquely, and the feeding end of the discharging rail 51 is connected with the clamp 12. The discharging push plate 53 is transversely installed at the output end of the discharging cylinder 52, the discharging push plate 53 is positioned at the feeding end of the discharging rail 51, and the discharging push plate 53 is connected with the clamp 12. The discharge push plate 53 is located on the rear side of the packing box.
The invention solves the problems that the traditional packing box is transversely placed when being packed, namely, the openings at the two ends are in the horizontal direction, the work flow is linear, and the traditional packing box occupies larger space; more importantly, the connection among the devices is loose due to the linear arrangement mode, when the packaging box is packaged, high continuity is needed among all actions, the former action is not in place, and the subsequent packaging is difficult to complete, so that the packaging quality of the packaging box is poor; the invention has the advantages that the turntable structure is adopted, the space occupied by the equipment is reduced, the connection among all actions is convenient, and the consistency of the actions is improved; the packing carton is vertical to be set up on tool 12, carries out lower shed's packing earlier and carries out upper shed's packing again, and the action of packing two open-ended separates, has increased the station, is favorable to improving packing efficiency, and also can adjust speed at the operation in-process, and the process time of each step of rational distribution further improves machining efficiency.

Claims (6)

1. An open-top packing device for packing boxes is characterized by comprising a screw rod lifting mechanism (41), a first upper side plate folding mechanism (42), a second upper side plate folding mechanism (43), an upper cover folding mechanism (44) and a rolling mechanism (45); the first upper side plate folding mechanism (42), the second upper side plate folding mechanism (43), the upper cover folding mechanism (44) and the rolling mechanism (45) are all arranged on the screw rod lifting mechanism (41); a first upper side panel folding mechanism (42) for turning the first upper side panel; a second upper side plate folding mechanism (43) for turning the second upper side plate; the upper cover folding mechanism (44) is used for turning over the upper cover, pressing the upper cover above the first upper side plate and the second upper side plate and buckling the upper cover into the box body; the rolling mechanism (45) is used for rolling the upper cover.
