Description

Bogie barrier detection device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, in particular to a bogie obstacle detection device.
Background
During operation of urban rail trains, the urban rail trains often touch obstacles and fall into rail intrusion limits, so that serious consequences such as train collision and derailment are caused. To the early warning detection of barrier, prior art adopts the hard connecting rod collision mode more, carries out spacing detection through a collision roof beam promptly, and when the train limit invaded the foreign matter, the foreign matter touched the crossbeam, leads to the crossbeam to take place the displacement, then detects the displacement of crossbeam through limit switch/proximity switch and judges the foreign matter invasion.
However, the mode has a lot of false alarms and short plates which are difficult to adjust, and is mainly characterized in that the stress and the moving displacement of the cross beam are difficult to adjust, for example, when the speed of a train is adjusted well at 30km/h, the train cannot adapt to the speed at 60km/h, when the speed at 60km/h is adjusted well, the train cannot adapt to the speed at 30km/h after returning, the impact force generated by the impact of the same object under different speeds is different, and the mode has low practicability and is complex to use in the actual use process; in addition, the cross beam is required to be as light as possible in the scheme, once the cross beam is overweight, the vibration causes misoperation in the running process of the train, and meanwhile, the cross beam is required to be as high in strength as possible, so that great difficulty is brought to the manufacturing process of the cross beam.
In view of the foregoing, there is a need for a bogie obstacle detection device that solves the problems of the prior art.
