Abstract
The invention discloses an antibacterial and mildewproof furniture material which comprises at least two plate bodies and an antibacterial material layer positioned between the two plate bodies, wherein one of the two plate bodies is provided with a positioning column, the other one of the two plate bodies is provided with a positioning sleeve for inserting the positioning column, the two plate bodies are mutually covered to form an accommodating space for accommodating the antibacterial material layer, and the plate bodies are formed by mixing, heating and stirring the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of cellulose, 8-12 parts of activated carbon, 10-15 parts of nano silver oxide, 2-4 parts of silicon dioxide, 5-9 parts of pigment and filler, 15-25 parts of organic silicon acrylate, 15-25 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 1-3 parts of tebuconazole and 2-5 parts of forming agent. The antibacterial and mildewproof furniture material has the beneficial effects of convenience in installation and antibacterial and mildewproof.

Preferably, experimental tests prove that when the following components are used in the plate body 10 in parts by weight, the plate body 10 has the best antibacterial and mildewproof effects: 25 parts of cellulose, 10 parts of activated carbon, 15 parts of nano silver oxide, 4 parts of silicon dioxide, 6 parts of pigment and filler, 20 parts of organic silicon acrylate, 16 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 1 part of tebuconazole and 3 parts of forming agent. Specifically, the forming agent is at least one of paraffin, polyethylene and stearic acid.

Preferably, experimental tests prove that when the following components are used in the antibacterial material layer 20 in parts by weight, the antibacterial and mildewproof effects of the antibacterial material layer 20 are the best: 35 parts of resin, 8 parts of aromatic, 10 parts of methyl tin mercaptide, 25 parts of polyorganosiloxane, 15 parts of nano silver oxide, 1 part of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and 2 parts of mildew-proof bactericide, wherein the rest parts can be distilled water. For example, the mildew-proof bactericide is one or a compound of poly 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-ketone or 1, 2-benzisothiazolin-3-ketone; and the resin is at least one of epoxy resin, fluorocarbon resin and alkyd resin. In addition, the outer surface of the plate body 10 is also provided with a waterproof rubber layer; it is thus ensured by this waterproof rubber layer that the plate body 10 is not easily corroded by immersion in liquid.
