Abstract
The invention relates to an oilstone feeding device for a tapered roller bearing lapping outer raceway, which relates to an oilstone feeding device and aims to solve the problems that when the existing tapered roller bearing outer raceway is lapped with oilstones, the efficiency is low and the oilstone is clamped and broken by manually feeding the oilstones, the device comprises an oilstone clamp, a top pressing plate and a hydraulic column, wherein the top pressing plate and the oilstone clamp are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; and the upper end of the oilstone is contacted with the lower surface of the left end of the top pressing plate. The existing oilstone feeding mode is mostly manual feeding, and the manual oilstone feeding has two defects, firstly, when the oilstone on each lapping machine needs to be compensated after a part of the oilstone is consumed, workers need to operate the equipment to stop, open a door, push the oilstone forward, close the door and the like, so that the labor cost of an enterprise is greatly improved, and the benefit and the market competitiveness of the enterprise are reduced; secondly, the manual feeding oilstone can cause the risk of being clamped off if too much force is applied during clamping, or the oilstone impacts the raceway surface due to too much force, so that the quality of the raceway surface is influenced.

The invention aims to solve the problems that when the existing outer raceway of the tapered roller bearing is finely ground by using the oilstone, the oilstone is manually pushed to adjust and compensate when the oilstone is worn, the efficiency of manually feeding the oilstone is low, and the oilstone is clamped and broken when the oilstone is fed, and further provides an oilstone feeding device for the outer raceway of the tapered roller bearing.

the hydraulic oil stone clamp comprises an oil stone clamp body, an oil stone clamp, a top pressing plate and a hydraulic column, wherein the top pressing plate and the oil stone clamp body are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the central line of the top pressing plate in the length direction is parallel to the central line of the oil stone clamp body in the length direction, the right end of the oil stone clamp body is fixedly connected with the hydraulic column, the right end of the top pressing plate is connected with the hydraulic column in a sliding manner, the oil stone clamp is fixedly arranged at the left end of the oil stone clamp body, and the oil stone is inserted into the oil stone clamp; and the upper end of the oilstone is contacted with the lower surface of the left end of the top pressing plate.
Furthermore, the side wall of the hydraulic column is provided with a sliding groove matched with the end part of the top pressing plate.
Furthermore, the end part of the oilstone top pressing plate is inserted into the sliding groove and connected with a piston rod in the hydraulic column.
Further, an arc-shaped groove is formed in the left side of the upper surface of the top pressing plate.

The working principle is as follows:

the oilstone clamp (2) is fixedly arranged at the left end of the oilstone clamp body (1), and the oilstone (5) is inserted into the oilstone clamp (2); and the upper end of the oilstone (5) is contacted with the lower surface of the left end of the top pressing plate (3).
