The invention discloses a commercial kitchen waste centralized treatment system utilizing siphon discharge, which comprises: a plurality of kitchen waste collection stations distributed at different kitchen waste collection points in a commercial kitchen; at least one negative pressure kitchen waste storage tank; at least one dehydration unit; the kitchen waste collection station comprises a kitchen waste grinder connected with a feed inlet of the kitchen waste collection station, and the kitchen waste grinder is used for grinding kitchen waste; at least one water tank connected with a wastewater discharge port of the kitchen waste grinder; be provided with the level measurement device of the high low liquid level of measurement in the water tank, the delivery port of water tank is less than the low liquid level to through the first pipeline that is equipped with the valve with the feed inlet of kitchen garbage negative pressure storage jar links to each other. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of centralized garbage treatment, in particular to a centralized commercial kitchen garbage treatment system utilizing siphon discharge.
Background
For a large-scale commercial kitchen, kitchen waste is often generated in a plurality of places such as a meal preparation room, a dinner plate collection room and the like, and according to the principle of on-site disposal, a plurality of kitchen waste grinding, smashing, dewatering and oil separating devices are needed, so that on one hand, the kitchen space is not allowed, on the other hand, the price is high, the taste is large, bacteria are bred, and the kitchen waste is not sanitary enough.
In order to solve the above problems, application publication No. CN108687119A discloses a modular centralized dehydration and oil separation treatment system for a commercial kitchen, which comprises kitchen waste collection stations (the collection stations at least comprise a kitchen waste grinder and a sewage pump) distributed at different kitchen waste generation points in the commercial kitchen, a temporary sewage storage tank for collecting sewage containing kitchen waste, and a connecting pipeline between the kitchen waste collection stations and the temporary sewage storage tank. And the lift pump, the dehydrator and the oil-water separator are used for collecting and treating separately, so that the garbage transportation and the additional harm caused by the garbage transportation are avoided.
However, this patent has the following drawbacks:
firstly, the ground kitchen waste wastewater contains oil and slag, and the requirement on a sewage pump is high;
secondly, the pipeline is required to have a slope of 0.5% -1.5%, and if the pipeline exceeds 100m, the pipeline is lowered by 1m, which is difficult to guarantee.
Thirdly, a vacuum system is also adopted in the market to convey the wastewater, but when a valve at a collecting port of the vacuum system is opened, great noise is generated; and the vacuum collection generally adopts a gas-liquid ratio of 5:1-25:1, a large amount of energy is consumed for vacuumizing, a vacuum pump needs to be started frequently, or a vacuum tank needs to be large, and the cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a centralized treatment system for commercial kitchen garbage using siphon discharge. According to the invention, by means of the siphon discharge principle, the ground slag-containing wastewater of each kitchen waste collection point is conveyed to a machine room for uniform dehydration and oil separation.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the adopted technical scheme is as follows:
a commercial kitchen waste centralized treatment system using siphon discharge, comprising:
a plurality of kitchen waste collecting stations distributed on different kitchen waste collecting points in a commercial kitchen, and feeding the kitchen waste into the kitchen waste collecting stations for collection;
at least one kitchen waste negative-pressure storage tank for storing the waste water containing the kitchen waste crushed and subjected to solid-liquid separation in the kitchen waste collection station;
at least one dehydration unit for performing secondary solid-liquid separation on the kitchen waste in the kitchen waste negative-pressure storage tank;
the kitchen waste collection station comprises a kitchen waste grinder connected with a feed inlet of the kitchen waste collection station, and the kitchen waste grinder is used for grinding kitchen waste;
at least one water tank connected with a wastewater discharge port of the kitchen waste grinder;
a liquid level measuring device for measuring high and low liquid levels is arranged in the water tank, a water outlet of the water tank is lower than the low liquid level, and is connected with a feed inlet of the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank through a first pipeline provided with a valve;
the garbage collection station is arranged on the collection point positions of commercial kitchens on different floors, the lowest collection point position is not higher than the point position where the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank is located, and the pressure of the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank is negative 0.5-0.8 atmosphere.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a stirring device for homogenizing the waste water containing the kitchen waste is arranged in the kitchen waste negative-pressure storage tank, and the homogenized waste water is discharged into the dehydration unit through a second pipeline with a pump for secondary solid-liquid separation.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank is connected with a vacuum pump through a vacuum pipeline, and a vacuum measuring device is arranged in the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank, so that the start and stop of the vacuum pump are controlled according to the measurement result of the vacuum measuring device, and the pressure of the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank is kept between negative 0.5 and 0.8 atmosphere.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the dehydration unit comprises a wastewater feed inlet connected to the second pipe; an oily wastewater outlet for discharging wastewater after secondary solid-liquid separation and a solid kitchen waste outlet for discharging solid waste are connected with the oil-water separator through the oily wastewater outlet;
is connected with the garbage can through a solid kitchen garbage outlet.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first pipeline comprises a PVC pipeline and a pipe member, wherein the PVC pipeline has a pressure of 10kg and is laid along a wall or a ceiling of a commercial kitchen, and is fixed at intervals by using a bracket or a hanger and is provided with inspection holes at intervals.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a second liquid level measuring device is disposed in the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank, and is configured to detect a liquid level in the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the centralized garbage collection treatment of each point position is carried out by utilizing the siphon effect, and the construction difficulty is low without setting the gradient of the pipeline.

Detailed Description
The main principle of the invention is as follows:
by satisfying the siphon effect, the method comprises the following steps: the top of the siphon pipe is ensured to be in a low-pressure state, namely, excessive air can not be accumulated in the siphon pipe, and the siphon pipe is preferably in a full pipe state all the time. The height of the top of the siphon pipe from the liquid level of the water inlet container cannot exceed the water column height which can be maintained by the atmospheric pressure. The liquid level pressure of the water inlet is higher than that of the water outlet.
The waste water containing the kitchen waste, which is ground by each waste grinding device treated nearby, is conveyed to a centralized treatment room for centralized dehydration and oil separation treatment, so that the kitchen space is fully utilized, meanwhile, the taste, bacteria and the like of the kitchen waste are isolated, the sanitation grade of a kitchen is increased, and the equipment investment and the operation cost are reduced. The invention can be combined in a modularization way, can efficiently treat kitchen waste nearby and can be far away from a kitchen operation area. The vacuum pump does not operate basically, and waste water is conveyed by the atmospheric pressure difference, so that the energy consumption is low, the noise is low, and the pipeline installation does not need gradient.
As shown in fig. 1 or 2, the system for centralized treatment of kitchen waste in a commercial kitchen by siphon discharge comprises a plurality of kitchen waste collection stations 100 distributed at different kitchen waste collection points in the commercial kitchen, and the kitchen waste is collected in the kitchen waste collection stations 100.
With particular reference to fig. 2, each kitchen waste collecting station 100 comprises a kitchen waste grinder 110 and a water tank 120, the kitchen waste grinder 110 has a waste water outlet 111 containing kitchen waste, the ground waste water containing kitchen waste is discharged into the water tank 120 through a feed inlet 121 of the water tank 120, and a 90-degree bend does not exist in a pipeline between the waste water outlet 111 and the feed inlet 121.
Be provided with the level measurement device 122 of measuring high low liquid level in the water tank 120, the delivery port 124 of water tank 120 is less than the position of low liquid level to through install the first pipeline 300 of quick-open valve 310 with the feed inlet 201 of kitchen garbage negative pressure storage jar 200 links to each other, and kitchen garbage collection station 100 can set up in the different places and the different floors in commercial kitchen. a stirring device 210 for homogenizing the wastewater containing the kitchen waste is arranged in the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank 200, and the homogenized wastewater is discharged into a dehydration unit 600 through a second pipeline 500 with a sewage master pump 510 to perform secondary solid-liquid separation.
A second liquid level measuring device 230 is arranged in the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank 200 and used for detecting the liquid level in the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank 200.
The kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank 200 is connected with a vacuum pump 400 through a vacuum pipeline 410, a vacuum measuring device 220 is arranged in the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank 200, and the start and stop of the vacuum pump 400 are controlled according to the measuring result of the vacuum measuring device 220 so as to keep the pressure of the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank between negative 0.5 and 0.8 atmosphere.
The dehydration unit 600 includes a wastewater feed port 601 connected to the second pipe 500; an oily wastewater outlet 602 for discharging wastewater after the secondary solid-liquid separation is connected with an oil-water separator 610 through the oily wastewater outlet 602, and separated oil and water are respectively discharged through the oil-water separator 610. The solid kitchen waste outlet 603 for discharging solid waste is connected with the garbage can 620 through the solid kitchen waste outlet 603, and the solid waste after the secondary solid-liquid separation is discharged into the garbage can 620.
Because of having the above structure, the work flow of the invention is:
after the kitchen waste is collected, the kitchen waste is poured into a kitchen waste grinder 110 in a nearby kitchen waste collection station 100, the kitchen waste grinder 110 breaks the kitchen waste into fine particles to form waste water containing the kitchen waste, the waste water containing the kitchen waste and generated by each kitchen waste grinder 1101a flows into a corresponding water tank 120, when the liquid level of the water tank 120 reaches a maximum value, a quick-opening valve 310 is opened, and liquid in the water tank 120 is sent into a kitchen waste negative-pressure storage tank 200 for temporary storage under the action of pressure difference. The quick-opening valve 310 closes quickly when the liquid level in the tank 120 drops to a minimum level.
The wastewater containing the kitchen waste entering the negative pressure kitchen waste storage tank 200 is homogenized under the stirring of the stirring device 210.
After the kitchen waste containing waste in the kitchen waste negative pressure storage jar 200 reaches a certain liquid level, the second liquid level measuring device 230 on the kitchen waste negative pressure storage jar 200 gives a signal to an external control device to start and stop the sewage master cylinder 510, and can suitably close part kitchen waste collection station 100 and even all kitchen waste collection stations 100, the sewage master cylinder 510 sends the kitchen waste containing waste in the kitchen waste negative pressure storage jar 200 into the dehydration unit 600 for dehydration, the dehydrated oil-water enters the oil-water separator 610 for oil-water separation, the dehydrated fixed kitchen waste is sent into the garbage bin 620 to be collected, so that the kitchen waste can be further recycled.
Ideally, the system is a closed system, no air enters, but the pressure in the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank 200 may rise due to pipeline leakage, and when the vacuum measuring device 220 detects that the system pressure is less than a set value, the vacuum pump 400 is started until the pressure in the tank reaches the set value, and then is stopped.

a plurality of kitchen waste collecting stations distributed on different kitchen waste collecting points in a commercial kitchen, and feeding the kitchen waste into the kitchen waste collecting stations for collection;
at least one kitchen waste negative-pressure storage tank for storing the waste water containing the kitchen waste crushed and subjected to solid-liquid separation in the kitchen waste collection station;
at least one dehydration unit for performing secondary solid-liquid separation on the kitchen waste in the kitchen waste negative-pressure storage tank;
the kitchen waste collection station comprises a kitchen waste grinder connected with a feed inlet of the kitchen waste collection station, and the kitchen waste grinder is used for grinding kitchen waste;
at least one water tank connected with a wastewater discharge port of the kitchen waste grinder;
a liquid level measuring device for measuring high and low liquid levels is arranged in the water tank, a water outlet of the water tank is lower than the low liquid level, and is connected with a feed inlet of the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank through a first pipeline provided with a valve;
the garbage collection station is arranged on the collection point positions of commercial kitchens on different floors, the lowest collection point position is not higher than the point position where the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank is located, and the pressure of the kitchen waste negative pressure storage tank is negative 0.5-0.8 atmosphere.

The system for centralized treatment of commercial kitchen waste by siphon discharge according to claim 1, characterized in that a second liquid level measuring device is arranged in the negative pressure storage tank of kitchen waste for detecting the liquid level in the negative pressure storage tank of kitchen waste.
