Background
In daily life, most washbasins, water bottles and the like used by people are made of plastic materials, and plastic products are a general name of articles for daily life, industry and the like which are processed by adopting plastics as main raw materials. Including products of all processes of injection molding, plastic uptake and the like which take plastics as raw materials. As the use of plastic products becomes more and more widespread, it still becomes an indispensable synthetic material for daily life. Generally, due to workshop production operation and other reasons, dust and impurities are adhered to the produced plastic products, and the plastic products need to be cleaned.
However, for the cylindrical plastic products with the grooves, the grooves and the outer walls of the cylindrical plastic products are required to be cleaned, most of the cylindrical plastic products are directly immersed into a cleaning pool in a concentrated mode, then the cylindrical plastic products are manually cleaned by using a cleaning cloth, and during manual cleaning, the cleaning cloth is repeatedly cleaned, so that secondary pollution is caused to the cylindrical plastic products, meanwhile, the cleaning liquid is relatively lubricated, and the cylindrical plastic products are easy to fall off from hands during cleaning, so that the cylindrical plastic products are damaged and broken.
Therefore, a multi-water-jet cleaning device for plastic products of a negative pressure adsorption type is provided to solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, when manual cleaning is carried out, a cleaning cloth is repeatedly wiped to cause secondary pollution to plastic products, meanwhile, the cleaning solution is relatively lubricated, and the plastic products are easy to fall off from hands during cleaning to cause knocking, damage and breakage of the plastic products.

a negative pressure adsorption type multi-water-jet cleaning device for plastic products comprises a base, wherein a water tank, a first motor and a support are fixedly connected to the top end of the base, the top ends of a plurality of supports are fixedly connected with the same footstock, the top end of the base is rotatably connected with a first rotating shaft, a second belt pulley and a third belt pulley are arranged on the first rotating shaft in an interference fit manner, a fourth belt pulley, a first main shaft and a second main shaft are rotatably connected to the bottom end of the footstock, the same second belt is sleeved on the third belt pulley and the fourth belt pulley, a plurality of hairbrushes are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the second belt, a second motor is arranged at the top end of the footstock, a first gear is arranged on the first main shaft, a second gear is meshed on the first gear, an air cylinder is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the second main shaft, and a fixing plate is fixedly connected to the output end of the air, the bottom of fixed plate is provided with a plurality of sucking discs, it rotates chamber and cavity to open in the water tank, it is connected with the rotating turret to rotate on the water tank, be provided with on the rotating turret and spray frame and rotating tube, be provided with a plurality of brush silks on the spray frame.

2. The invention arranges the rotating tube, the spray rack and the brush wire, because the rotating directions of the first main shaft and the rotating rack are opposite, and the output end of the cylinder stretches and retracts to move the plastic product up and down, when the plastic product moves down, the plurality of spray tubes and the brush wire simultaneously extend into the cylindrical groove of the plastic product, the cleaning liquid is conveyed into the spray cavity of the spray rack under the driving action of the water pump, the cleaning liquid in the spray cavity is sprayed out from the spray holes, so that the cleaning liquid is sprayed on the inner wall of the plastic product, and because the rotating directions of the spray rack and the plastic product are opposite, the brush wire washes the inner wall of the plastic product, when the plastic product moves up, the brush wire wipes the washed dirt out of the inner wall from the notch of the plastic product, thereby greatly improving the cleaning efficiency of the inner wall of the plastic product.
3. 4. A third gear 24, a fourth gear 25 and a fifth gear 39 are arranged in the rotating cavity 22, the first main shaft 20 is rotatably connected with the water tank 43, the third main shaft 23 is rotatably connected in the rotating cavity 22, the third gear 24 is in interference fit with the second main shaft 16, the fourth gear 25 is in interference fit with the third main shaft 23, the fifth gear 39 is in interference fit with the rotating frame 35, and the third gear 24 and the fifth gear 39 are both meshed with the fourth gear 25.
A water pump 27 is fixedly installed in the cavity 28, the water pump 27 is a direct-current variable-frequency submersible pump with the model number of JDP-3500, the output end of the water pump 27 is fixedly connected with a fixed pipe 26, and the inner wall of the fixed pipe 26 is in interference fit with a first bearing 40.
First bearing 40 fixed connection has a rotating tube 34 in water tank 43, and interference fit has on the inner wall of first bearing 40, the outer wall and the rotating turret 35 interference fit of first bearing 40, set up installation cavity 36 in the rotating turret 35, and the top fixed connection of rotating tube 34 is on the lateral wall of installation cavity 36, and the one end fixedly connected with spray tube 21 of fixed pipe 26, the top lateral wall of water tank 43 is run through to the one end of spray tube 21.

Silo 7 has been seted up on the top of base 2, and a plurality of brushes 12 are circumference evenly distributed on the outer wall of second belt 11, spray the fixed connection of frame 30 and rotating turret 35, and a plurality of spray the frame 30 and be evenly symmetrically distributed on rotating turret 35.
The first gear 15 is in interference fit with the first spindle 20, the second gear 17 is in interference fit with the second spindle 16, a groove is formed in the top end of the top seat 42, and the second motor 14 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the groove.
The working principle is as follows:
when the plastic product adsorption device is used, as shown in fig. 1, the top end of the plastic product upwards presses the suction cup 37, air in the suction cup 37 is extruded out, so that pressure difference is formed between the inside and the outside of the suction cup 37, negative pressure suction is generated in the suction cup 37, and the plastic product is firmly adsorbed and fixed. Then start first motor 3, second motor 14, water pump 27 and cylinder 18 simultaneously, first motor 3 makes first runner 5 and first belt pulley 6 rotate simultaneously, and first belt pulley 6 drives second belt pulley 10 through first belt 41 and rotates, and second belt pulley 10 makes third belt pulley 9 rotate to drive second belt 11 and rotate, second belt 11 drives a plurality of brushes 12 anticlockwise rotation. The second motor 14 rotates the first spindle 20, the first spindle 20 simultaneously rotates the first gear 15 and the third gear 24, the first spindle 20 and the turret 35 simultaneously rotate due to the engagement of the first gear 15 with the second gear 17, and the engagement of the third gear 24, the fourth gear 25 and the fifth gear 39 in sequence, and the rotation directions of the first spindle 20 and the turret 35 are opposite, and the water pump 27 respectively delivers the cleaning solution in the cavity 28 of the water tank 43 to the spray chamber 31 and the spray pipe 21 of the spray frame 30.
When the output end of the cylinder 18 extends, the plastic product moves downwards, the second main shaft 16 enables the plastic product to rotate, the spray pipe 21 uniformly sprays cleaning liquid on the outer wall of the plastic product, the second belt 11 drives the plurality of brushes 12 to wash the outer wall of the plastic product, when the brushes 12 rotate to the intersection with the scraping plates 4, the scraping plates 4 scrape off dirt washed on the brushes 12, and the scraped dirt falls into the material tank 7 to be intensively cleaned.
Meanwhile, a plurality of spray racks 30 and brush wires 29 simultaneously extend into the cylindrical groove of the plastic product, cleaning liquid in the spray cavity 31 is sprayed out from the spray holes 32, so that the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the inner wall of the plastic product, the brush wires 29 wash the inner wall of the plastic product due to the fact that the rotation directions of the spray racks 30 and the plastic product are opposite, when the plastic product moves upwards, the brush wires 29 wipe washed dirt out of the inner wall from the notch of the plastic product, so that the cleaning efficiency of the plastic product is greatly improved, after the plastic product is washed, the valve 38 is opened, outside air enters the suction disc 37, the pressure inside and outside the suction disc 37 is balanced, the suction disc 37 removes the adsorption effect on the plastic product, and the cleaned plastic product is taken down.
