Further, referring to fig. 6-8, the paint spray gun 3 is arranged on the top of the vehicle body 1 and penetrates through the filter assembly 21 from top to bottom, an outlet of the paint spray gun 3 is arranged towards the bottom of the vehicle body 1, and a plurality of paint spray guns 3 are arranged on the vehicle body 1; the coating material spray guns 3 can spray the base surface at the same time, so that the spraying efficiency is improved.
A plurality of coating spray gun 3 is equipped with all around and encloses baffle 4, it fixes to enclose baffle 4 in automobile body 1 and run through from top to bottom cavity 11, the bottom edge salient of enclosing baffle 4 in 1 bottom surface of automobile body, enclose baffle 4 with mutual sealing between the cavity 11.
Further, the baffle 4 forms a spraying area 31 with an opening at the bottom below the paint spray guns 3, the width of the cross section of the spraying area 31 on the horizontal plane gradually increases from top to bottom, and a plurality of paint spray guns 3 are located at the top center of the spraying area 31. The spraying area 31 formed by the baffle 4 can limit the spraying area 31 of the paint spray gun 3, the spraying area 31 with the wide lower part and the narrow upper part is more suitable for the actual work of the paint spray gun 3, and the safety performance of the spray suction vehicle can be improved, so that the paint spray gun 3 can spray a larger area on a base surface. More specifically, in order to improve the safety performance of the system, a safety component can be arranged on the spray suction vehicle to control the start and stop of the paint spray gun 3, so that potential safety hazards are eliminated. The edge of the bottom of the enclosure baffle 4 protrudes out of the bottom surface of the vehicle body 1, so that the sprayed coating can be bonded with the base surface as much as possible, the pollution to the vehicle body 1 is avoided, and the coating is prevented from being sucked away by the dust suction port 23 without contacting with the base surface.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the storage cart 7 comprises a main body, a second engine 76 is arranged in the main body, a second wheel 78 is arranged at the bottom of the main body, and the second engine 76 drives the second wheel 78 to rotate; the storage tank 74 is arranged in the main body, the second filter layer 75 is arranged in the storage tank 74, a tank cover 73 is arranged at the top of the storage tank 74, and one end of the tank cover 73 is hinged with the main body; the second filtering layer 75 is used for filtering impurities in the paint and preventing the impurities from blocking the pipeline, and the tank cover 73 is convenient for workers to add the paint to the storage tank 74.
A push rod 71 is fixedly connected to one side wall of the main body, and an operation screen 72 is installed on the push rod 71. More specifically, the operation panel 72 is electrically coupled to the first engine 51, the second engine 76, the spray pump 77, and the smart mobile control assembly 53. The push rod 71 facilitates a worker to control the movement of the storage cart 7, the worker can control the spraying speed of the paint spray gun 3 through the operation screen 72, and can also control the movement of the spray-suction cart and the movement of the storage tank 74.
Further, the first pipeline 9 and the outer wall of the storage tank 74 are both provided with a heating layer, and the heating layer is electrically connected with the operation screen 72. The heating layer facilitates spraying of hot-melt type coating, and applicability of the system is improved.

Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, and some modifications and variations of the present invention should fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention. Furthermore, although specific terms are employed herein, they are used in a generic and descriptive sense only and not for purposes of limitation.
Claims (10)
1. A painting method implemented using an intelligent painting system, the painting system comprising:
the vertical face walking track (6) comprises a transverse track (61) and a vertical track (62), the transverse track (61) is horizontally arranged, the vertical track (62) is vertically arranged on the transverse track (61) and can slide on the transverse track (61), and a toothed chain (621) is arranged on the vertical track (62);
the device comprises a storage vehicle (7), wherein a storage tank (74) and a spraying pump (77) are arranged on the storage vehicle (7), and the spraying pump (77) is communicated with the storage tank (74);
the spraying and sucking vehicle comprises a vehicle body (1), wherein a driving system (5) and a plurality of paint spray guns (3) are arranged on the vehicle body (1), the driving system (5) drives the vehicle body (1) to move on the vertical rail (62) through the matching of the driving system and the toothed chain (621), and the paint spray guns (3) are communicated with the spraying pump (77) through a first pipeline (9);
the spraying method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) when plane spraying is carried out, the spraying and sucking vehicle is arranged on a horizontal plane, the coating spray gun (3) is communicated with the spraying pump (77), and the spraying pump (77) and the driving system (5) are started to realize plane spraying;
(2) when the facade is sprayed, the driving system is matched with the toothed chain (621) to enable the vehicle body (1) to move on the vertical rail (62), the paint spray gun (3) is communicated with the spray pump (77), and the spray pump (77) and the driving system (5) are started to realize facade spraying.
2. The spray coating method according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the number of the transverse rails (61) is two, and the two transverse rails (61) are arranged in parallel; the two vertical rails (62) are arranged, the two vertical rails (62) are arranged between the two transverse rails (61) in parallel, and a reinforcing piece (8) enabling the distance between the two vertical rails (62) to be consistent is arranged between the two vertical rails (62).

the driving system (5) comprises a first engine (51), an intelligent mobile control assembly (53) and a wheel set (52), the wheel set (52) is arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body (1), the first engine (51) and the intelligent mobile control assembly (53) are both fixed on the vehicle body (1), the wheel set (52) is driven by the first engine (51), and the intelligent mobile control assembly (53) is electrically connected with the first engine (51);
the wheel sets (52) are arranged in two groups, each wheel set (52) comprises two first wheels (521) and a connecting rod (522), and the connecting rod (522) of any wheel set (52) is driven by the first engine (51) to rotate; first wheel (521) include gear (5212) and wheel cover (5211), gear (5212) with connecting rod (522) fixed connection, when automobile body (1) is installed when erecting on rail (62), gear (5212) with toothed chain (621) interlock, wheel cover (5211) cover is established on gear (5212).
5. The spray coating method according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the vehicle body (1) is provided with a waste gas treatment system (2), the waste gas treatment system (2) comprises an air compressor (22), a filtering assembly (21) and a dust collection port (23), the dust collection port (23) is communicated with the filtering assembly (21), and the filtering assembly (21) is communicated with the air compressor (22);
the vehicle body (1) is hollow to form a closed cavity (11), the filter assembly (21) is arranged at the top of the cavity (11) and communicated with the cavity (11), the air compressor (22) is fixed on the vehicle body (1), the air compressor (22) is communicated with the filter assembly (21) through a second pipeline, the dust suction port (23) is arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body (1), and the dust suction port (23) is communicated with the filter assembly (21) through the cavity (11);
the dust collection openings (23) are arranged in a long strip shape, four long strip-shaped dust collection openings (23) are arranged at the periphery of the bottom surface of the vehicle body (1) respectively.
6. The spraying method according to claim 5, characterized in that:
the filter assembly (21) comprises a filter cavity (211) and a first filter layer (212), the filter cavity (211) is fixed to the top of the vehicle body (1), the filter cavity (211) is communicated with the air compressor (22) through a pipeline, and the first filter layer (212) is arranged at the bottom of the filter cavity (211).
7. The spraying method according to claim 6, characterized in that:
the paint spray guns (3) are arranged at the top of the vehicle body (1) and penetrate through the filter assembly (21) from top to bottom, outlets of the paint spray guns (3) are arranged towards the bottom of the vehicle body (1), and a plurality of paint spray guns (3) are arranged on the vehicle body (1);
a plurality of coating material spray gun (3) is equipped with all around and encloses baffle (4), enclose baffle (4) and fix in automobile body (1) and run through from top to bottom cavity (11), the bottom edge of enclosing baffle (4) salient in automobile body (1) bottom surface, enclose baffle (4) with mutual sealing between cavity (11).
8. The spray coating method according to claim 7, characterized in that:
