According to the invention, through the arrangement of the drying bin 22, the drying layer 23, the second motor 24, the stirring paddle 25, the third conveyor 26, the baffle 27, the magnet 28, the metal detector 29, the push plate 30 and the fourth cylinder 31, after plastics are removed from the kitchen waste, the residual waste enters the drying bin 22 to be dried in the drying bin 22, and the metal in the waste is removed through the detection of the magnet 28 and the metal detector 29 during drying, so that the iron metal and the stainless steel metal are removed, and the kitchen waste cannot cause soil pollution when becoming a chemical fertilizer.
Please refer to fig. 1, a controller is installed at one side of the classification bin 1, and is electrically connected to the metal detector 29, the controller is electrically connected to the fourth cylinder 31, the push plate 30 is movably connected to the third conveyor 26, and a collection bin is installed inside the drying bin 22 at one side of the third conveyor 26, a temperature controller is installed at one side of the drying bin 22, and is electrically connected to the drying layer 23.
In the invention, a controller in the device is electrically connected with an electric push rod 6, a first air cylinder 10, a first motor 11, a second air cylinder 14, a first conveyor 16, a second conveyor 19, a third air cylinder 20, a drying layer 23, a second motor 24, a third conveyor 26, a metal detector 29 and a fourth air cylinder 31 in the device.
The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, an external power supply is required to be connected and supplies electric energy to the device so that the device can normally operate, firstly, garbage in a kitchen garbage can of a restaurant is poured into the classifying bin 1, the garbage can be lifted and obliquely thrown by using a garbage can turner (in the prior art), then circulating water is injected into the classifying bin 1, the circulating water can be water reused after kitchen sewage treatment, after a period of time, the classifying bin 1 has layering conditions, light kitchen garbage and plastics can float on the water surface, heavy garbage can fall to the bottom end of the classifying bin 1 and is positioned above the first conveyor 16, the electric push rod 6 in the floating net mechanism 2 is started, the electric push rod 6 pushes the unfolding blocks 7 to unfold, the connecting net 8 can unfold along with the unfolding of the unfolding blocks 7, and the first air cylinder 10 is started at the same time, so that the first cylinder 10 drives the sliding block 3 to ascend, the unfolded connecting net 8 is utilized to catch all garbage floating on the water surface, after catching is finished, two groups of first cylinders 10 of the first motor 11 are controlled to continue to drive the floating net mechanism 2 to ascend, the whole floating net mechanism 2 is inclined, a part of garbage enters the extrusion bin 17, the first motor 11 is started to rotate the screw rod 12, the screw rod 12 is matched with the limiting groove to enable the moving block 13 to move back and forth on the outer side of the screw rod 12, the second cylinder 14 is controlled to descend, the cleaning scraper 15 scrapes all the floating garbage at the top end of the floating net mechanism 2 to the extrusion bin 17 and is positioned on the filter screen 18, and after the third cylinder 20 is started, the garbage which is extruded by the extrusion plate 21 and passes through the filter screen 18 can only be recyclable garbage in a kitchen, and the recyclable plastic bag can be remained on the filter screen 18, waiting for the centralized cleaning of the staff, discharging the water inside the classification bin 1 and the extrusion bin 17, then starting the first conveyor 16 and the second conveyor 19, opening the connecting door on the front surface of the classification bin 1, allowing the residual garbage to enter the drying bin 22, opening the drying layer 23, allowing the drying layer 23 to dry the garbage, starting the second motor 24, allowing the second motor 24 to drive the stirring paddle 25 to rotate, allowing the rotation of the stirring paddle 25 to accelerate the drying speed of the garbage inside the drying bin 22, after the drying is finished, starting the third conveyor 26, allowing the third conveyor 26 to drive the garbage to advance, allowing the garbage stacked above the third conveyor 26 to be blocked by the baffle 27, allowing the garbage above the third conveyor 26 not to be stacked but to be horizontally spread and move, facilitating the iron absorption of the iron inside metal by the iron absorption stone 28, allowing the iron garbage inside to be basically removed by the absorption of the three iron stone absorption stones 28, allowing the garbage to be detected by the metal detector 29, and allowing the garbage to be transported into a chemical fertilizer collection tank 30 capable of collecting and controlling the residual garbage to be transported to a fourth chemical fertilizer collection tank.
