the driving limiting block (205) is connected to the submerged support frame (2) in a sliding mode, matched with the fixing pin (5) and connected with the driving plate (203) through a driving rope (204);
and two ends of the driving spring (206) are respectively and fixedly connected to the driving limiting block (205) and the submerged supporting frame (2).

The submerged plant planting device according to claim 4, wherein the fixing pin (5) is provided with a driving limiting groove (502), the driving limiting groove (502) is connected with a limiting strip (504) in a sliding way, and the submerged support frame (2) is provided with a driving communicating groove (5021) matched with the driving limiting groove (502).
