Abstract
一种用于调整过程控制预测模型的方法,包括:基于通过实时监测而获得的过程控制数据中的被控变量数据,确定过程控制预测模型的预测性能是否低于参考性能;以及在预测性能被确定为低于所述参考性能时,使用所监测到的过程控制数据中的操作变量数据,对过程控制预测模型进行调整。利用该方法,可以无需执行重测试以对模型进行重识别来消除过程控制预测模型失配,从而消除由于在重测试期间增加激励信号而引入的波动影响。
