Technical scheme for solving technical problem
An outdoor air conditioning apparatus according to a first aspect includes a compressor, a heat source-side heat exchanger, a first fan, a use-side heat exchanger, a second fan, a heat source-side communication pipe, a use-side communication pipe, and a casing. The first fan generates an air flow through the heat source side heat exchanger. The second fan generates an air flow through the utilization-side heat exchanger. The heat source-side communication pipe communicates the heat source-side heat exchanger with the compressor. The use-side communication pipe communicates the use-side heat exchanger with the compressor. The casing accommodates at least the heat source side heat exchanger and the use side heat exchanger therein. The outline shape of the housing in plan view is a polygon having a plurality of corners. One corner portion of a plurality of corner portions of the outline shape of the housing in a plan view is a first corner portion. In this outdoor air conditioner, the maintainability of the heat source side communication pipe and the use side communication pipe can be improved.
In the outdoor air conditioner according to the fifth aspect, the outer shape of the casing in plan view is a quadrangle. The polygon having the main sides of the outline shape in plan view may be a quadrangle, or a quadrangle in which each vertex is chamfered.
In the outdoor air conditioning apparatus according to a sixth aspect, in addition to the outdoor air conditioning apparatus according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, the heat source-side heat exchanger and the usage-side heat exchanger have: and a portion extending along two or more sides adjacent to each other among the sides of the polygonal outline forming the housing in a plan view.
In this outdoor air conditioning apparatus, it is easy to ensure long effective lengths of the heat source-side heat exchanger and the use-side heat exchanger. The effective length here means a length from one end to the other end along the shape of the heat exchanger in a plan view.
The outdoor air conditioning apparatus according to a seventh aspect of the present invention is the outdoor air conditioning apparatus according to any one of the first through sixth aspects of the present invention, wherein the heat source-side heat exchanger includes two heat source-side heat exchangers each having a heat source-side bent portion and having an L-shape in plan view. The plurality of heat source-side heat exchange units are arranged such that the insides of the heat source-side bent portions of the respective heat source-side heat exchange units face each other in a plan view. The use-side heat exchanger has two use-side heat exchange portions each having a use-side bent portion and having an L-shape in plan view. The plurality of use-side heat exchange portions are arranged such that the inside of the use-side bent portion of each use-side heat exchange portion faces each other in a plan view. In a plan view, both the heat-source-side pipe connection portions of the plurality of heat-source-side heat exchange portions and the use-side pipe connection portions of the plurality of use-side heat exchange portions are disposed at positions closer to the first corner portion than the center of the polygon that is the outline shape of the casing.
In this outdoor air conditioning apparatus, even when the heat source-side heat exchanger and the use-side heat exchanger have a plurality of heat exchange portions, the heat source-side pipe connection portions and the use-side pipe connection portions can be arranged using the space at the first corner portions.
The outdoor air conditioning apparatus according to an eighth aspect of the present invention is the outdoor air conditioning apparatus according to any one of the first through seventh aspects, wherein the heat source-side heat exchanger and the usage-side heat exchanger are disposed separately from each other.
In this outdoor air conditioning apparatus, the influence of heat between the heat source-side heat exchanger and the use-side heat exchanger can be suppressed.
In the outdoor air conditioning apparatus according to the eighth aspect, in the outdoor air conditioning apparatus according to the ninth aspect, the second fan is housed between the heat source-side heat exchanger and the use-side heat exchanger in the casing.

Detailed Description
(1) Structure of refrigerant circuit of outdoor air conditioner 100
Fig. 1 shows a refrigerant circuit of an outdoor air conditioning apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment, and fig. 2 shows an external perspective view. The outdoor air conditioner 100 of the present embodiment is an air conditioner that is disposed outdoors and performs heating, cooling, dehumidification, and the like outdoors using a heat pump. Here, the outdoor means a space exposed to the outside air. For example, the present invention may be applied to places without a roof, such as parks and open stadiums, or places with a roof, such as outdoor spaces, kiosks, and balconies.
The outdoor air conditioner 100 may be a cooling-only machine that performs a cooling operation and/or a dehumidifying operation. The outdoor air conditioner 100 may be a heating-only machine that performs only the heating operation or performs the heating operation and the defrosting operation. The outdoor air conditioner 100 may be an air conditioner that performs at least one of a cooling operation and a dehumidifying operation, and performs only a heating operation or performs both a heating operation and a defrosting operation.
The outdoor air conditioner 100 is an air conditioner in which the entire refrigerant circuit 9 shown in fig. 1 is housed inside one casing 10. As shown in fig. 1, the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 includes a compressor 1, an accumulator 8, a four-way selector valve 2, a use-side heat exchanger 3, an expansion mechanism 5, and a heat-source-side heat exchanger 6. These devices are connected by piping to constitute the refrigerant circuit 9.
More specifically, the accumulator 8 is connected between the first connection port of the four-way selector valve 2 and the suction side of the compressor 1. The discharge side of the compressor 1 is connected to a second connection port of the four-way selector valve 2. The third connection port of the four-way selector valve 2 is connected to the gas refrigerant side of the heat source side heat exchanger 6 by a heat source side gas side communication pipe 51, and the fourth connection port of the four-way selector valve 2 is connected to the gas refrigerant side of the usage side heat exchanger 3 by a usage side gas side communication pipe 53. The expansion mechanism 5 is connected to the liquid refrigerant side of the heat source side heat exchanger 6 by a heat source side liquid side communication pipe 52, and is connected to the liquid refrigerant side of the usage side heat exchanger 3 by a usage side liquid side communication pipe 54. For example, as a configuration in which the four-way selector valve 2 is not provided in the refrigeration-dedicated machine, the heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51 may communicate the discharge side of the compressor 1 with the gas refrigerant side of the heat-source-side heat exchanger 6, and the usage-side gas-side communication pipe 53 may communicate the suction side of the compressor 1 with the gas refrigerant side of the usage-side heat exchanger 3.
The refrigerant circuit 9 including the four-way selector valve 2 is used for a heating-only machine that performs a heating operation and a defrosting operation, or an air conditioning apparatus that performs at least one of a cooling operation and a dehumidifying operation, and performs only a heating operation or both a heating operation and a defrosting operation. In the refrigeration-only machine that performs the cooling operation and/or the dehumidifying operation, a refrigerant circuit in which the four-way selector valve 2 is omitted can be used. Specifically, a refrigerant circuit in which the discharge side of the compressor 1 is connected to the heat source side heat exchanger 6 and the suction side of the compressor 1 (via the accumulator 8 as needed) is connected to the use side heat exchanger 3 can be employed.
In the outdoor air conditioning apparatus 100, the refrigerant sealed in the refrigerant circuit 9 circulates through each device, thereby performing a vapor compression refrigeration cycle. Here, when the cooling operation, the dehumidifying operation, and the defrosting operation are performed, the use-side heat exchanger 3 functions as an evaporator of the refrigerant, and the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 functions as a condenser of the refrigerant. In the case of performing the heating operation, the usage-side heat exchanger functions as a condenser of the refrigerant, and the heat-source-side heat exchanger functions as an evaporator of the refrigerant. The switching of the cooling operation, the dehumidifying operation, the defrosting operation, and the heating operation is performed by switching the switching state of the four-way selector valve 2 in the refrigerant circuit 9.
Examples of the refrigerant used in the outdoor air conditioner 100 include a single R32 refrigerant, a mixed refrigerant containing R32, and the like. Examples of the mixed refrigerant containing R32 include R452B, R410A, and R454B. In R452B, R32 accounted for 67.0 wt%, R125 accounted for 7.0 wt%, and R1234yf accounted for 26.0%. In R410A, R32 makes up 50 wt% and R125 makes up 50 wt%. In R454B, R32 accounted for 72.5 wt% and R1234yf accounted for 27.5 wt%.
(2) Arrangement of respective devices of outdoor air conditioner 100
Fig. 2 is an external perspective view of the outdoor air conditioner 100, fig. 3 is a perspective view of an internal structure in which a part of various decorative boards, pillars, and the like is removed, and fig. 4 is a schematic configuration diagram in side view.
In the outdoor air conditioning apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, all the devices constituting the refrigerant circuit 9, the heat source side fan 7, and the use side fan 4 are housed in the casing 10.
The housing 10 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape having a substantially rectangular horizontal cross section, and extends vertically with the longitudinal direction thereof being the vertical direction. The housing 10 is formed to have a symmetrical shape in a plan view. In the present embodiment, the shape of the housing 10 in plan view is mainly configured to be approximately square, and has four side surfaces 20a to 20d and four corner portions 25a to 25d each including a portion between adjacent ones of the side surfaces 20a to 20 d. The outline of the shape of the housing 10 in plan view may be a polygon such as a triangle, a quadrangle, a pentagon, a hexagon, a heptagon, or an octagon, and each side constituting the polygon in plan view may have a curved portion, not only a straight line.
The corner portions 25a to 25d are not particularly limited, and can be determined, for example, as follows. First, a curved portion and a portion recessed inward are removed from each line constituting the outline shape of the housing 10 in a plan view, and the average length of the remaining lines is determined. Next, as a main outline, the remaining lines obtained by removing a curved line portion and an inwardly recessed portion from the lines constituting the outline shape of the housing 10 in a plan view are determined from the remaining lines. In a plan view, each intersection point obtained by extending each of the main contour lines is specified. In addition, a portion where a line connecting the center (center of gravity) of the outline shape of the case and the intersection point intersects with the outline of the case in a plan view can be defined as a corner portion. In the present embodiment, the corner portions 25a to 25d may be the centers of the portions of the pillars 11a to 11d exposed to the outside in a plan view.
The casing 10 includes four support columns 11a to 11d, a top plate 13, a bottom plate 12, a fourth partition plate 14, a third partition plate 15, a second partition plate 16, a first partition plate 17, four upper decorative plates 21, four middle decorative plates 22, four lower decorative plates 23, four wind direction adjusting members 24, and the like.
The outer shape of the housing 10 is substantially constituted by four pillars 11a to 11d, a top plate 13, a bottom plate 12, four upper decorative plates 21, four intermediate decorative plates 22, four lower decorative plates 23, and four wind direction adjusting members 24, and is configured to extend vertically with the longitudinal direction thereof being the vertical direction. The four support columns 11a to 11d are positioned at four corners of the top plate 13 and the bottom plate 12 in a plan view, and constitute four corner portions 25a to 25d of the housing 10 in a plan view. The four support columns 11a to 11d are all disposed in such a posture that the long side direction is vertical. The top plate 13 is a horizontally-extending plate member fixed to the vicinity of the upper ends of the four support columns 11a to 11 d. The bottom plate 12 is a horizontally-extending plate member fixed to the vicinity of the lower ends of the four support columns 11a to 11 d. Further, among the pillars 11a to 11d, four side surfaces are arranged between adjacent ones of the pillars, and an upper decorative plate 21, an air direction adjusting member 24, an intermediate decorative plate 22, and a lower decorative plate 23 are arranged in this order from top to bottom. The upper decorative plate 21 and the lower decorative plate 23 have a shape in which a plurality of convex portions that protrude laterally and are arranged in a horizontal direction extend in the vertical direction, and have portions that are open so as to be able to convey air in the circumferential direction at portions that face the usage-side intake port 45 and the heat-source-side intake port 47, which will be described later. The intermediate decorative plate 22 circumferentially covers the lower decorative plate 23, and no opening or the like through which air passes is formed. The wind direction adjusting member 24 is provided so as to be able to adjust the supply destination of the air flow passing through the portion above the intermediate decorative panel 22 and below the upper decorative panel 21 and to be able to close the portion.
Further, four casters 18 are mounted under the base plate 12 for changing the installation place or the like by moving the outdoor air conditioner 100. Two fixing plates 19a and 19b are fixed to the bottom plate 12, and the two fixing plates 19a and 19b have main surfaces extending parallel to the ground surface. The fixed plates 19a and 19b can suppress the outdoor air conditioner 100 from falling down. The fixing plates 19a and 19b are detachably fixed to the base plate 12 by screws.
Inside the casing 10, a fourth partition plate 14, a third partition plate 15, a second partition plate 16, and a first partition plate 17 are arranged in this order from top to bottom to divide the inside of the casing 10 into a plurality of spaces arranged in the vertical direction. The fourth partition plate 14, the third partition plate 15, the second partition plate 16, and the first partition plate 17 are fixed to the inner sides of the four support columns 11a to 11d, and contribute to the structure of the housing 10. Further, in order to secure a plurality of spaces arranged in the vertical direction inside the casing 10, the fourth partition plate 14, the third partition plate 15, the second partition plate 16, and the first partition plate 17, which are plate-shaped members extending in the horizontal direction and having a small thickness in the vertical direction, are used, and therefore, the outdoor air conditioning apparatus 100 can be prevented from being large in the vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 5, in the interior of the casing 10, the compressor 1, the expansion mechanism 5, the accumulator 8, the electrical component 28, and the water receiving container 29 are disposed in a space surrounded by the bottom plate 12 and the first partition plate 17 in the top view. Here, the compressor 1 may be a variable displacement machine (inverter) or a fixed displacement machine (non-inverter) driven at a constant speed. The expansion mechanism 5 is not particularly limited, and may be an electric expansion valve capable of controlling the valve opening degree, a mechanical expansion valve used together with a temperature sensing cylinder, or a capillary tube. The electric component 28 functions as a control unit for performing drive control of each element included in the outdoor air conditioner 100, and includes a CPU, a ROM, a RAM, and the like. The electric component 28 is electrically connected to the compressor 1, the usage-side fan motor 4a, and the heat-source-side fan motor 7a (the electric expansion valve in the case where the expansion mechanism 5 is a controllable mechanism such as an electric expansion valve, the four-way selector valve 2 in the case where the four-way selector valve 2 is provided, and the airflow direction adjusting member 24 in the case where the orientation of the airflow direction adjusting member 24 is controllable) through the communication line 71. The water receiver 29 captures and stores dew condensation water generated in the use-side heat exchanger 3 functioning as an evaporator. The water receiving container 29 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the height of the water receiving container 29 in the vertical direction is preferably at least half the length of the water receiving container 29 in the longitudinal direction in plan view, and more preferably at least the length of the water receiving container 29 in the longitudinal direction. Here, portions between two pillars 11a to 11d adjacent to each other on four sides between the bottom plate 12 and the first partition plate 17 are each covered with a portion of the corresponding lower decorative plate 23 through which air does not pass.
The heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51 and the usage-side gas-side communication pipe 53 extend from the four-way selector valve 2 toward the corner portion 25d in plan view. The heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52 and the usage-side liquid-side communication pipe 54 extend from the expansion mechanism 5 toward the corner 25d in plan view. As will be described later, the portions of the heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51 and the heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52 extending in the vertical direction, the heat-source-side tube plate 63, which is the connection portion between these communication pipes and the heat-source-side heat exchanger 6, the portions of the usage-side gas-side communication pipe 53 and the usage-side liquid-side communication pipe 54 extending in the vertical direction, the usage-side tube plate 33, which is the connection portion between these communication pipes and the usage-side heat exchanger 3, and the like are all disposed at positions closer to the corner portion 25d than the center (center of gravity) of the casing 10 in a plan view. Further, the portions of the heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51 and the heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52 extending in the vertical direction, and the portions of the usage-side gas-side communication pipe 53 and the usage-side liquid-side communication pipe 54 extending in the vertical direction extend along the corner portion 25d in the vertical direction. Note that, instead of the entire heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51 and the entire heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52 extending along the corner portion 25d, at least the portions of these communication pipes connected to the heat-source-side pipe connection portion of the heat-source-side heat exchanger 6, i.e., the heat-source-side tube plate 63, the first heat-source-side gas branch tubes 64, the second heat-source-side gas branch tubes 65, the first heat-source-side liquid branch tubes 66, and the second heat-source-side liquid branch tubes 67, may extend along the corner portion 25 d. Similarly, instead of extending the entire usage-side gas-side communication pipe 53 and the entire usage-side liquid-side communication pipe 54 along the corner portion 25d, at least the portions of these communication pipes connected to the usage-side pipe connection portion of the usage-side heat exchanger 3, that is, the usage-side tube plate 33, the first usage-side gas branch pipe 34, the second usage-side gas branch pipe 35, the first usage-side liquid branch pipe 36, and the second usage-side liquid branch pipe 37, may extend along the corner portion 25 d.
As shown in fig. 6, the use side heat exchanger 3 is disposed in a space surrounded by the first partition plate 17 and the second partition plate 16 in the interior of the casing 10. Further, the first partition plate 17 has a cutout 17a penetrating in the vertical direction in the vicinity of the corner portion 25 d. Since the notch 17a is formed, the communication line 71, the heat-source-side gas communication pipe 51, the usage-side gas communication pipe 53, the heat-source-side liquid communication pipe 52, and the usage-side liquid communication pipe 54, which are part of the refrigerant circuit 9, can be extended to a further upper position through a region surrounded by the usage-side tube plate 33 and the support 11d, wherein the usage-side tube plate 33 is provided so that the vicinity of the edge of the notch 17a extends in the vertical direction. The usage-side gas-side communication pipe 53 and the usage-side liquid-side communication pipe 54 extend upward to a height position between the first partition plate 17 and the second partition plate 16, and the communication line 71 extending from the heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51, the heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52, and the electrical component 28 further extends upward. The use side heat exchanger 3 is an air heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the refrigerant flowing inside and the air passing outside. The use side heat exchanger 3 is composed of two heat exchange portions (a first use side heat exchange portion 31 and a second use side heat exchange portion 32) having an approximately L shape in plan view, and the heat exchange portions 31 and 32 are arranged so that the insides of the corner portions of the L shape face each other. Each of the heat exchange portions 31 and 32 included in the use side heat exchanger 3 is configured to include a plurality of heat transfer tubes extending in the horizontal direction and a plurality of heat transfer fins through which the respective heat transfer tubes penetrate. The heat exchange portions 31 and 32 of the use side heat exchanger 3 are integrated at the end portions on the support 11d side by a common use side tube plate 33. The utilization-side tube plate 33 is provided so as to extend in the up-down direction along the edge of the notch 17a of the first partition plate 17. Each of the heat exchange portions 31 and 32 of the use side heat exchanger 3 has two heat exchange surfaces oriented in the circumferential direction in a mutually perpendicular relationship. Here, the two heat exchange surfaces of the first use side heat exchange portion 31 are provided along the side surface 20a and the side surface 20b adjacent to each other, respectively. The two heat exchange surfaces of the second usage-side heat exchange portion 32 are provided along the side surface 20c and the side surface 20d adjacent to each other, respectively. The refrigerant supplied to the use side heat exchanger 3 is split into two heat exchange units 31 and 32, and the refrigerant flows in the respective heat exchange units 31 and 32 while turning back, merges, and flows outside the use side heat exchanger 3.
Specifically, the first usage-side heat exchange unit 31 has a first usage-side gas branch tube 34 at the gas-side portion, which connects the usage-side tube plate 33 and the usage-side gas-side communication tube 53, and a first usage-side liquid branch tube 36 at the liquid-side portion, which connects the usage-side tube plate 33 and the usage-side liquid-side communication tube 54. The second usage-side heat exchange unit 32 has a second usage-side gas branch tube 35 connecting the usage-side tube plate 33 and the usage-side gas-side communication tube 53 at the gas-side portion, and a second usage-side liquid branch tube 37 connecting the usage-side tube plate 33 and the usage-side liquid-side communication tube 54 at the liquid-side portion. Thus, when the usage-side heat exchanger 3 functions as an evaporator of refrigerant, the liquid refrigerant flowing through the usage-side liquid-side communication pipe 54 branches into refrigerant flowing through the first usage-side liquid branch pipe 36 toward the first usage-side heat exchange portion 31 and refrigerant flowing through the second usage-side liquid branch pipe 37 toward the second usage-side heat exchange portion 32, evaporates in the first and second usage-side heat exchange portions 31 and 32, and then merges and continues to flow through the usage-side gas-side communication pipe 53 between the refrigerant flowing from the first usage-side heat exchange portion 31 through the first usage-side gas branch pipe 34 and the refrigerant flowing from the second usage-side heat exchange portion 32 through the second usage-side gas branch pipe 35. When the usage-side heat exchanger 3 functions as a condenser of the refrigerant, the refrigerant flows in the opposite direction.
The usage-side tube plate 33, the first usage-side gas branch tube 34, the second usage-side gas branch tube 35, the first usage-side liquid branch tube 36, and the second usage-side liquid branch tube 37 are all located closer to the corner 25d than the center (center of gravity) 17c of the first separation plate 17 in a plan view. In particular, the use side tube plate 33, the first use side gas branch tube 34, the second use side gas branch tube 35, the first use side liquid branch tube 36, and the second use side liquid branch tube 37 are all concentrated on the corner portion 25d side with respect to a reference line 17x connecting the centers of the side surfaces 20a, 20d in plan view of the side surface 20a and the side surface 20d constituting both sides of the housing 10 with respect to the corner portion 25 d. For example, when the use-side heat exchanger 3 includes a use-side header, not shown, the use-side header is preferably also disposed at a position close to the corner portion 25 d.
The use side heat exchanger 3 is placed on the first partition plate 17. Here, portions of the four sides at the height position between the first partition plate 17 and the second partition plate 16, which portions are located between the two pillars 11a to 11d adjacent to each other, are each covered by a portion of the corresponding lower decorative plate 23 including the utilization-side suction port 45 through which air passes.
When the use-side heat exchanger 3 functions as an evaporator of the refrigerant, however, dew condensation water is generated in the use-side heat exchanger 3, and this dew condensation water is trapped by the first partition plate 17 disposed below the use-side heat exchanger 3 and functioning as a water receiving pan, and then is sent to the water receiving container 29 disposed below through an opening, not shown, provided in the first partition plate 17. By removing a part of the lower decorative plate 23, the water receiving container 29 can be taken out to the outside of the housing 10, and water can be appropriately drained.
As shown in fig. 7, in the interior of the casing 10, a usage-side bell mouth 41, a usage-side fan 4, and the like are disposed in a space surrounded by the second partition plate 16 and the third partition plate 15 in the vertical direction. Further, the second partition plate 16 has a cutout 16a penetrating in the vertical direction in the vicinity of the pillar 11 d. Since the cutout 16a is formed in the second partition plate 16, the communication line 71, the heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51 and the heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52, which are part of the refrigerant circuit 9, can be extended further upward through the region surrounded by the partition member 16c provided so as to extend in the vertical direction at the edge of the cutout 16a and the support 11 d. The dividing member 16c is provided: between the second partition plate 16 and the third partition plate 15, a portion of the dividing member 16c along the edge of the notch 16a of the second partition plate 16 extends in the up-down direction. This can prevent the following: the air blown out from the use-side fan 4 flows into the gap 16a of the second partition plate 16 and the gap 15a of the third partition plate 15, which will be described later, in the space between the second partition plate 16 and the third partition plate 15. The second partition plate 16 has an upper surface facing upward, which is a space where the usage-side fan 4 is disposed, a lower surface facing downward, which is a space where the usage-side heat exchanger 3 is disposed, and an opening 16b that is large near the center and that penetrates in the vertical direction. The use-side bell mouth 41 is attached to the opening 16b, and guides air below the use-side bell mouth 41 to above the use-side bell mouth 41. The usage-side fan 4 is disposed above the vicinity of the upper end of the usage-side bell mouth 41 with the rotation axis direction set to the vertical direction. The side fan 4 is not particularly limited, and is preferably a centrifugal fan such as a turbo fan. The use-side fan 4 has an impeller and a use-side fan motor 4a, and the use-side fan motor 4a is disposed above the impeller and drives the impeller to rotate. The usage-side fan motor 4a is disposed inside a usage-side fan motor housing portion 15b formed to bulge upward at the center of the third partition plate 15, and is fixed to the third partition plate 15. This enables the size of the housing 100 to be reduced in the vertical direction. The usage-side fan motor 4a is a motor different from the heat-source-side fan motor 7a of the heat-source-side fan 7, and can be controlled and driven independently of each other. Here, the portions between the two mutually adjacent support columns 11a to 11d of the lower portion (the lower portion of the wind direction adjustment member 24) of the four side surfaces at the height position between the second partition plate 16 and the third partition plate 15 are each covered by the corresponding intermediate decorative plate 22. The intermediate device plate 22 is configured not to pass air. Further, of the four side surfaces at the height position between the second partition plate 16 and the third partition plate 15, the upper portion of the intermediate decorative plate 22 is surrounded by two pillars 11a to 11d adjacent to each other, and is configured to utilize the side blowout port 46. The airflow direction adjustment members 24 are provided in the four use side outlets 46, respectively, and the direction of the adjustment airflow blown out from the use side outlets 46 can be individually changed. Further, the posture of the airflow direction adjustment member 24 for changing the blowing direction may be changed by control, or the change may be manually performed by the user. In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment, all of the conditioned air blown out from the use-side outlet 46 is air that has passed through the use-side heat exchanger 3.
As shown in fig. 8, the heat source side heat exchanger 6 is disposed in a space surrounded by the third partition plate 15 and the fourth partition plate 14 in the interior of the casing 10. Further, a cutout 15a penetrating in the vertical direction is formed in the third partitioning plate 15 in the vicinity of the pillar 11 d. Since the notch 15a is formed, the communication line 71, the heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51 and the heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52, which are part of the refrigerant circuit 9, can be extended further upward through the region surrounded by the heat-source-side tube plate 63 and the support 11d, the heat-source-side tube plate 63 being provided so that the vicinity of the edge of the notch 15a extends in the vertical direction. The communication line 71, the heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51, and the heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52 extend upward to a height position between the third and fourth separators 15 and 14. The heat source side heat exchanger 6 is an air heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the refrigerant flowing inside and the air passing outside. The heat source-side heat exchanger 6 is composed of two heat exchange portions (a first heat source-side heat exchange portion 61 and a second heat source-side heat exchange portion 62) having an approximately L shape in plan view, and the heat exchange portions 61 and 62 are arranged so that the insides of the L-shaped corner portions face each other. Each of the heat exchange portions 61 and 62 included in the heat source side heat exchanger 6 is configured to include a plurality of heat transfer tubes extending in the horizontal direction and a plurality of heat transfer fins through which each of the heat transfer tubes penetrates. The heat exchange portions 61 and 62 of the heat source side heat exchanger 6 are integrated by a common heat source side tube plate 63 at the end portions on the corner portion 25d side. Each of the heat exchange portions 61 and 62 included in the heat source side heat exchanger 6 is configured to have two heat exchange surfaces oriented in the circumferential direction in a mutually perpendicular relationship. Here, the two heat exchange surfaces of the first heat source side heat exchange portion 61 are provided along the side surface 20a and the side surface 20b adjacent to each other, respectively. The two heat exchange surfaces of the second heat source-side heat exchange portion 62 are provided along the side surface 20c and the side surface 20d adjacent to each other. The refrigerant supplied to the heat source side heat exchanger 6 is branched into two heat exchange portions 61 and 62, and the refrigerant flows in the respective heat exchange portions 61 and 62 while being turned back, merges, and flows outside the heat source side heat exchanger 6.
Specifically, the first heat-source-side heat exchanger 61 has a first heat-source-side gas branch tube 64 in a gas-side portion thereof for connecting the heat-source-side tube plate 63 to the heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51, and has a first heat-source-side liquid branch tube 66 in a liquid-side portion thereof for connecting the heat-source-side tube plate 63 to the heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52. The second heat-source-side heat exchanger 62 includes a second heat-source-side gas branch tube 65 connecting the heat-source-side tube plate 63 and the heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51 on the gas-side portion, and a second heat-source-side liquid branch tube 67 connecting the heat-source-side tube plate 63 and the heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52 on the liquid-side portion. Thus, when the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 functions as a condenser of the refrigerant, the liquid refrigerant flowing through the heat source-side gas communication pipe 51 is branched into the refrigerant flowing through the first heat source-side gas branch pipe 64 to the first heat source-side heat exchange portion 61 and the refrigerant flowing through the second heat source-side gas branch pipe 65 to the second heat source-side heat exchange portion 62, condensed in the first and second heat source-side heat exchange portions 61 and 62, and then the refrigerant flowing out of the first heat source-side heat exchange portion 61 through the first heat source-side liquid branch pipe 66 and the refrigerant flowing out of the second heat source-side heat exchange portion 62 through the second heat source-side liquid branch pipe 67 join in the heat source-side liquid communication pipe 52 and continue to flow. When the heat source side heat exchanger 6 functions as an evaporator of the refrigerant, the refrigerant flows in the opposite direction.
The heat-source-side tube plate 63, the first heat-source-side gas branch tubes 64, the second heat-source-side gas branch tubes 65, the first heat-source-side liquid branch tubes 66, and the second heat-source-side liquid branch tubes 67 are all centered at a position closer to the corner portion 25d than the center (center of gravity) 15c of the third partition plate 15 in a plan view. In particular, the heat-source-side tube plate 63, the first heat-source-side gas branch tube 64, the second heat-source-side gas branch tube 65, the first heat-source-side liquid branch tube 66, and the second heat-source-side liquid branch tube 67 are all concentrated on the side closer to the corner portion 25d than the reference line 15x, where the reference line 15x connects the centers of the side surfaces 20a and 20d constituting both sides of the housing 10 with respect to the corner portion 25d as viewed in plan. For example, when the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 includes a heat source-side header, not shown, the heat source-side header is preferably also disposed at a position close to the corner portion 25 d.
The heat source side heat exchanger 6 is mounted on and fixed to the third partition plate 15. Here, portions of the four side surfaces at the height position between the third and fourth dividing walls 15 and 14, which portions are located between the mutually adjacent two pillars 11a to 11d, are each covered by a portion of the corresponding upper decorative panel 21 that includes the heat source side suction port 47 configured in such a manner as to pass air. The third dividing plate 15 is configured to function as a water receiving tray for receiving dew condensation water generated when the heat source side heat exchanger 6 functions as an evaporator of the refrigerant. The dew condensation water captured by the third partition plate 15 serving as a drain pan is sent to the drain tank 29 disposed therebelow through an opening, not shown, provided in the third partition plate 15 and a drainage path along the pillars 11a to 11 c.
As shown in fig. 9, the heat-source-side bell mouth 42, the heat-source-side fan 7, and the like are disposed in a space enclosed by the fourth partition 14 and the top plate 13 in the interior of the casing 10. In addition, an opening 14a is formed in the fourth partition 14, and the opening 14a is formed to be large near the center and to penetrate in the vertical direction. The heat source-side fan 7 is disposed in a posture in which the rotation axis direction is the vertical direction. The heat source-side fan 7 is not particularly limited, and is preferably an axial-flow fan such as a propeller fan. The heat-source-side fan 7 includes an impeller and a heat-source-side fan motor 7a, and the heat-source-side fan motor 7a is disposed below the impeller and drives the impeller to rotate. The heat-source-side fan motor 7a is located below the center of the fourth partition 14, and is fixed to a fan motor base (not shown) fixed to the fourth partition 14. The heat-source-side bell mouth 42 is provided above the heat-source-side fan 7 so that the diameter thereof increases upward, and air below the heat-source-side bell mouth 42 is guided above the heat-source-side bell mouth 42. Here, portions of the four sides at the height position between the fourth partition plate 14 and the top plate 13, which portions are located between the two pillars 11a to 11d adjacent to each other, are each covered with a portion of the corresponding upper decorative plate 21 through which air does not pass.
The top plate 13 is formed with a heat-source-side outlet 48 that penetrates in the vertical direction near the center in plan view. The heat-source-side blow-out port 48 has a shape corresponding to the upper end portion of the heat-source-side bell mouth 42, and is located immediately above the upper end portion of the heat-source-side bell mouth 42. The heat-source-side blow-out port 48 is covered with a fan cover 43 in a mesh shape.
(3) Air flow structure of outdoor air conditioner 100 and description of air flow
(3-1) flow of air through the utilization-side heat exchanger 3
The flow of air passing through the use side heat exchanger 3 will be described with reference to fig. 3 showing the main air flow in the form of arrows.
When the usage-side fan 4 is driven during operation of the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100, the air around the lower side of the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 is drawn into the heat exchange portions of the usage-side heat exchangers 3 through the usage-side intake ports 45 provided corresponding to the four side surfaces 20a to 20 d. The air introduced into each heat exchange portion of the use side heat exchanger 3 is heat-exchanged with the refrigerant flowing through the inside of the use side heat exchanger 3, and is conditioned. The conditioned air is then collected to the center of the space between the first partition plate 17 and the second partition plate 16, guided upward inside the use-side bell mouth 41, and passed through the use-side fan 4. In this way, the conditioned air having passed through the use-side fan 4 is sent out to the outside in the circumferential direction through the use-side outlet ports 46 provided corresponding to the four side surfaces 20a to 20 d. When the conditioned air passes through the side outlet 46, the wind direction of the conditioned air is adjusted by the wind direction adjusting member 24. Although not particularly limited, the wind direction by using the side blow-out ports 46 may be the horizontal direction ± 30 °, and the angle of the wind direction with the horizontal direction is adjusted in a wider range by the wind direction adjusting member 24. Further, the conditioned air does not pass through at a portion of the utilization-side blowout port 46 closed by the airflow direction adjustment member 24.
(3-2) flow of air through the Heat Source side Heat exchanger 6
The flow of air passing through the heat source side heat exchanger 6 will be described with reference to fig. 3 showing the main air flow in the form of arrows.
When the heat-source-side fan 7 is driven during operation of the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100, air around the upper side of the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 is drawn into the heat exchange portions of the heat-source-side heat exchanger 6 through the heat-source-side intake ports 47 provided in correspondence with the four side surfaces 20a to 20 d. The air introduced into each heat exchange portion of the heat source side heat exchanger 6 exchanges heat with the refrigerant flowing through the inside of the heat source side heat exchanger 6. The air after the heat exchange is concentrated above the center of the space between the third and fourth separators 15, 14, is guided upward inside the heat-source-side bell mouth 42, and passes through the heat-source-side fan 7. In this way, the air having passed through the heat exchange of the heat-source-side fan 7 is sent out mainly upward in the vertical direction through the heat-source-side outlet 48 formed in the top plate 13.
(4) Features of the embodiments
(4-1)
In the outdoor air conditioning apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, the outline shape of the casing 10 that houses the components of the refrigerant circuit 9 therein in a plan view is a polygon having a plurality of corners 25a to 25 d. Therefore, the structural strength can be improved as compared with a cylindrical housing. Further, the falling is more easily suppressed than in the case of a cylindrical shape.
Further, in the vicinity of at least any one of the corner portions 25a to 25 (the corner portion 25d in the present embodiment) of the casing 10, the heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51, the heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52, the usage-side gas-side communication pipe 53, the usage-side liquid-side communication pipe 54, the first heat-source-side gas branch pipe 64, the second heat-source-side gas branch pipe 65, the first heat-source-side liquid branch pipe 66, the second heat-source-side liquid branch pipe 67, the first usage-side gas branch pipe 34, the second usage-side gas branch pipe 35, the first usage-side liquid branch pipe 36, the second usage-side liquid branch pipe 37, and the heat-source-side tube plate 63 and the usage-side tube plate 33 are arranged in a concentrated manner. Therefore, when maintenance is performed on any one of these components, it is also easy to perform maintenance on other components that are intensively disposed near the component. Further, the work of connecting these components to each other by welding or the like can be collectively performed.
In the outdoor air conditioner 100 of the present embodiment, the communication lines 71 extending from the electrical component 28 are also intensively arranged in the space inside the same corner portion 25 d. Therefore, maintenance and connection work related to the communication cable 71 are also easily performed.
The heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51, the heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52, the usage-side gas-side communication pipe 53, the usage-side liquid-side communication pipe 54, the first heat-source-side gas branch pipe 64, the second heat-source-side gas branch pipe 65, the first heat-source-side liquid branch pipe 66, the second heat-source-side liquid branch pipe 67, the first usage-side gas branch pipe 34, the second usage-side gas branch pipe 35, the first usage-side liquid branch pipe 36, the second usage-side liquid branch pipe 37, the heat-source-side tube plate 63, the usage-side tube plate 33, and the communication line 71 are all disposed on the corner portion 25d side with respect to the reference lines 15x and 17x in a concentrated manner. Therefore, in the interior of the housing 10, a region on the opposite side to the corner portion 25d side with respect to the reference lines 15x and 17x is easily secured to be large, and therefore, it is possible to use it as an arrangement space for other components.
(4-2)
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, four heat exchange surfaces in total, which are two heat exchange surfaces of the first use-side heat exchange portion 31 and two heat exchange surfaces of the second use-side heat exchange portion 32 of the use-side heat exchanger 3, are provided in parallel with the side surfaces 20a to 20d of the casing 10, which has a polygonal outline shape in plan view. Therefore, when the heat exchanger is housed in the same-size casing 10, the use-side heat exchanger 3 of the present embodiment can secure a large area effective for heat exchange as compared with a heat exchanger having a circular heat exchange surface in a plan view.
In addition, in the same manner as in the heat source-side heat exchanger 6, since four heat exchange surfaces in total, which are two heat exchange surfaces of the first heat source-side heat exchange unit 61 and two heat exchange surfaces of the second heat source-side heat exchange unit 62, are provided in parallel with the side surfaces 20a to 20d of the casing 10 having a polygonal outline shape in plan view, a large effective area for heat exchange can be secured.
(4-3)
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment, the refrigerant flowing into the use side heat exchanger 3 can be caused to flow separately to the first use side heat exchange portion 31 and the second use side heat exchange portion 32. Therefore, the length of the refrigerant flow path can be kept short as compared with the case where the refrigerant flow path is not branched, and therefore, the pressure loss of the refrigerant can be kept small.
In addition, in this way, although the use side heat exchanger 3 is divided into the first use side heat exchange portion 31 and the second use side heat exchange portion 32, the space inside the corner portion 25d can be effectively used as the arrangement space of the two portions, i.e., the connection portion between the first use side heat exchange portion 31 and the use side gas side communication pipe 53 and the use side liquid side communication pipe 54, and the connection portion between the second use side heat exchange portion 32 and the use side gas side communication pipe 53 and the use side liquid side communication pipe 54.
In addition, similarly to the heat source-side heat exchanger 6, the refrigerant flowing into the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 can be caused to flow separately to the first heat source-side heat exchange portion 61 and the second heat source-side heat exchange portion 62. Therefore, the length of the refrigerant flow path can be kept short as compared with the case where the refrigerant flow path is not branched, and therefore, the pressure loss of the refrigerant can be kept small.
In addition, although the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 is divided into the first heat source-side heat exchange portion 61 and the second heat source-side heat exchange portion 62 in this manner, the space inside the corner portion 25d can be effectively used as the arrangement space of two portions, i.e., the connection portion between the first heat source-side heat exchange portion 61 and the heat source-side gas-side communication pipe 51 and the heat source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52, and the connection portion between the second heat source-side heat exchange portion 62 and the heat source-side gas-side communication pipe 51 and the heat source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52.
(4-4)
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment, the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 and the use-side heat exchanger 3 are disposed in different spaces so as to be separated from each other in the vertical direction. The heat source-side heat exchanger 6 is disposed separately from the use-side heat exchanger 3 with the use-side fan 4 interposed therebetween. In other words, the heat transfer fins of the heat source side heat exchanger 6 are not connected to the heat transfer fins of the use side heat exchanger 3. This can suppress the influence of heat between the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 and the use-side heat exchanger 3 to a very small level.
Further, by disposing the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 separately from the use-side heat exchanger 3 with the use-side fan 4 interposed therebetween, it is also possible to accommodate communication pipes (the heat source-side gas-side communication pipe 51 and the heat source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52 in the present embodiment) that need to be provided so as to straddle the use-side fan 4 in the vertical direction, in a space near the corner portion 25 d.
(4-5)
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment, since the respective constituent devices constituting the refrigerant circuit 9, the usage-side fan 4, and the heat source-side fan 7 are housed in one casing 10, the appearance can be simplified. In this way, the appearance of the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 is rich in design, and therefore, even when the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 is used in a position that is disposed near the user and is easy to see, the user can have a good impression of the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100.
(4-6)
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment, when the heat source side heat exchanger 6 functions as a condenser of the refrigerant, the air heated by the heat source side heat exchanger 6 is discharged to the upper side of the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100. Therefore, for a user who expects cooling air that passes through the use side heat exchanger 3 functioning as an evaporator, it is possible to suppress the situation in which the air that is heated in the heat source side heat exchanger 6 is supplied.
Further, since the specific gravity of the air heated in the heat source side heat exchanger 6 is smaller than the specific gravity of the air cooled in the use side heat exchanger 3, the air heated in the heat source side heat exchanger 6 can be more reliably suppressed from reaching the user.
When the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 functions as an evaporator of the refrigerant, the air cooled by the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 is discharged through the heat source-side outlet 48 toward the upper side of the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100. Therefore, for a user who expects heated air to pass through the use side heat exchanger 3 functioning as a condenser, it is possible to suppress the air that is cooled in the heat source side heat exchanger 6 from being supplied.
(4-7)
In the outdoor air conditioning apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, since the electrical components 28 are disposed above the bottom plate 12, dust and the like from the floor surface do not easily reach the electrical components 28.
The electric component 28 is disposed below the usage-side fan 4 and below the heat source-side heat exchanger 6, and is disposed closer to the usage-side heat exchanger 3 than the heat source-side heat exchanger 6. Therefore, even when the ambient temperature is high, such as when the heat source side heat exchanger 6 is caused to function as a condenser of the refrigerant and the usage side heat exchanger 3 is caused to function as an evaporator of the refrigerant, the temperature rise of the electrical components 28 can be suppressed, and the reliability of the electrical components 28 can be easily ensured.
In addition, by disposing the electrical component 28 in the relatively lower region of the housing 10 in this manner, even when it is necessary to connect the control target components (the use-side fan motor 4a, the heat-source-side fan motor 7a, the airflow direction adjusting member 24, and the like) disposed in the upper region of the housing 10 via the communication line 71, the space inside the corner portion 25d can be effectively utilized as the disposition space of the communication line 71.
(4-8)
The outdoor air conditioning apparatus 100 of the present embodiment is provided with a plurality of usage-side outlet ports 46 that open in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the conditioned air obtained by the heat exchange in the use side heat exchanger 3 can be supplied to the surroundings of the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 in a plurality of directions. Specifically, the conditioned air can be supplied to a wider area except for the portion of the struts 11a to 11d, such as 180 ° or more, specifically 270 ° or more, and more specifically 360 °.
Further, since the airflow direction adjusting members 24 that independently adjust the direction of the passing conditioned air are provided in the respective usage-side outlet ports 46, the position at which the conditioned air is sent can be adjusted for each direction around the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100.
Further, since either of the usage-side blow-out ports 46 can be closed by the airflow direction adjustment member 24, it is possible to avoid the supply of conditioned air to a direction around the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 where the supply of conditioned air is not necessary.
When the air cleaner is not used during operation stop or the like, the use-side blow-out port 46 is closed by the airflow direction adjusting member 24, and entry of dust, insects, and the like into the apparatus can be suppressed.
(4-9)
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, the use-side heat exchanger 3 and the heat-source-side heat exchanger 6 each have a plurality of heat exchange surfaces that face in different directions from each other, and the use-side intake port 45 and the heat-source-side intake port 47 that open in a plurality of directions are also provided in the casing 10 in a corresponding manner, so that both the use-side heat exchanger 3 and the heat-source-side heat exchanger 6 can exchange heat with air that is taken in from each direction in the circumferential direction.
(5) Modification example
(5-1) modification A
In the outdoor air conditioning apparatus 100 of the above embodiment, the following case is explained as an example: the expansion mechanism 5 is disposed in a space surrounded by the bottom plate 12 and the first partition plate 17 in the vertical direction, the usage-side liquid-side communication pipe 54 extending from the expansion mechanism 5 is provided so as to pass through the notch 17a of the first partition plate 17 in the vertical direction, and the heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52 extending from the expansion mechanism 5 is provided so as to pass through the notches 17a, 16a, 15a of the first partition plate 17, the second partition plate 16, and the third partition plate 15 in the vertical direction.
In contrast, for example, the expansion mechanism 5 may be disposed at a height position between the use side heat exchanger 3 and the heat source side heat exchanger 6, instead of a space surrounded by the bottom plate 12 and the first partition plate 17. In this case, it is not necessary to draw the usage-side liquid-side communication pipe 54 extending from the usage-side heat exchanger 3 and the heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52 extending from the heat-source-side heat exchanger 6 into a space below the first partition plate 17. As the expansion mechanism 5 disposed at a height position between the use side heat exchanger 3 and the heat source side heat exchanger 6 as described above, a capillary tube that is disposed in a position where the longitudinal direction is substantially the vertical direction and is accommodated in a space inside the corner portion 25d can be provided.
(5-2) modification B
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 of the above embodiment, a structure in which the top plate 13, the bottom plate 12, the fourth partition plate 14, the third partition plate 15, the second partition plate 16, and the first partition plate 17 are fixed to the four support columns 11a to 11d has been described as an example.
In contrast, it is not necessary to fix all of the support columns 11a to 11d to the top plate 13, the bottom plate 12, the fourth partition plate 14, the third partition plate 15, the second partition plate 16, and the first partition plate 17, and for example, the support column 11d provided at a position corresponding to the corner portion 25d of the above embodiment may be provided with a structure that is easily attachable and detachable, such as reducing the number of fixing portions, as compared with the other support columns 11a to 11 c. This can improve the maintainability of the members and the like arranged at the corner portion 25d in a concentrated manner.
(5-3) modification C
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 of the above embodiment, the case where the heat source side heat exchanger 6 is disposed above the use side heat exchanger 3 has been described as an example.
In contrast, the arrangement relationship between the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 and the use-side heat exchanger 3 is not limited to this, and the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 may be arranged below the use-side heat exchanger 3. However, when the heat source side heat exchanger 6 functions as a condenser of the refrigerant and the usage side heat exchanger 3 functions as an evaporator of the refrigerant, it is easy to discharge the waste heat generated in the heat source side heat exchanger 6 and the unnecessary cold heat in the heat source side heat exchanger 6 functioning as an evaporator of the refrigerant further upward. In addition, in a state in which the influence of the heat quantity of the air passing through the heat source side heat exchanger 6 is suppressed in the air whose temperature has been adjusted in the use side heat exchanger 3, it is preferable that the heat source side heat exchanger 6 is disposed above the use side heat exchanger 3 as in the above-described embodiment in terms of easy supply to the user.
(5-4) modification example D
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 of the above embodiment, a case where the use-side blowout ports 46 are formed correspondingly to all of the plurality of side surfaces of the casing 10 has been described as an example.
In contrast, the outdoor air conditioner 100 may have one side surface or two or more side surfaces on which the air outlet is not formed, for example. In this case, the direction in which the blown air is not supplied can be ensured, the supply of conditioned air to the direction in which conditioned air is not needed can be suppressed, and conditioned air can be supplied more sufficiently to the direction in which conditioned air is needed.
(5-5) modification E
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 of the above embodiment, the use side heat exchanger 3 and the heat source side heat exchanger 6, which are provided with four heat exchange surfaces and exist in the entire circumferential direction, have been described as an example.
In contrast, the heat exchange surfaces of the use side heat exchanger 3 and the heat source side heat exchanger 6 may be oriented in three circumferential directions, two circumferential directions, or only one circumferential direction.
The number of heat exchange surfaces of the use side heat exchanger 3 and the heat source side heat exchanger 6, the number of heat source side suction ports 47, the number of use side suction ports 45, and the number of use side blow-out ports 46 are not necessarily required to be the same, and for example, when the number of heat exchange surfaces of the use side heat exchanger 3 and the heat source side heat exchanger 6 is three, the number of heat source side suction ports 47, use side suction ports 45, and use side blow-out ports 46 may be four.
(5-6) modification F
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 according to the above embodiment, a case where the electric components 28 are disposed below the use-side fan 4 and the use-side heat exchanger 3 has been described as an example.
In contrast, all of the electric components included in the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 need not be disposed below the use-side fan 4 and the use-side heat exchanger 3, and some of the electric components may be disposed at other positions (for example, a space between the use-side bell mouth 41 and the casing 10).
(5-7) modification G
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 according to the above-described embodiment, a case has been described as an example in which the heat-source-side fan motor 7a included in the heat-source-side fan 7 and the usage-side fan motor 4a included in the usage-side fan 4 are provided independently of each other.
In contrast, the heat-source-side fan 7 and the use-side fan 4 may have a common fan motor disposed on the rotation shafts of the two.
(5-8) modification example H
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 of the above embodiment, a case has been described as an example in which the usage-side heat exchanger 3 is provided on the upstream side of the airflow with respect to the usage-side fan 4, and the heat-source-side heat exchanger 6 is provided on the upstream side of the airflow with respect to the heat-source-side fan 7.
In contrast, the use-side heat exchanger 3 may be disposed on the downstream side of the air flow with respect to the use-side fan 4, and the use-side heat exchanger 3 may be disposed above the use-side fan 4 in the casing 10. However, the arrangement of the above embodiment is preferable in that the conditioned air obtained in the use side heat exchanger 3 is blown out from a higher position.
The heat source-side heat exchanger 6 may be disposed on the downstream side of the air flow with respect to the heat source-side fan 7, and the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 may be disposed above the heat source-side fan 7 in the casing 10. However, the arrangement of the above embodiment is preferable in terms of ease of conveying waste heat in the heat source side heat exchanger 6 functioning as a condenser of the refrigerant further upward.
(5-9) modification I
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 100 of the above embodiment, a case has been described as an example in which the heat source-side heat exchanger 6 has two heat source-side heat exchange units that are L-shaped in plan view, and the use-side heat exchanger 3 also has two use-side heat exchange units that are L-shaped in plan view.
In contrast, the shape of the heat-source-side heat exchanger included in the heat-source-side heat exchanger 6 in plan view is not limited to an L shape in which two sides are connected by a bent portion, and may be a shape in which three or more portions extending in a direction intersecting each other in plan view are connected by a bent portion. Here, the three or more portions preferably extend along the side surfaces 20a to 20d of the housing 10 facing each other in plan view.
Similarly, the shape of the use heat exchanger portion included in the use side heat exchanger 3 in plan view may be a shape in which three or more portions extending in a direction intersecting each other in plan view are connected by a bent portion. Here, it is also preferable that all of the three or more portions extend along the side surfaces 20a to 20d of the housing 10 facing each other in plan view.
(5-10) modification J
In the outdoor air-conditioning apparatus 10 of the above embodiment, a case where the water receiving container 29 for storing the dew condensation water generated in the heat exchanger is provided is described as an example.
In contrast, the outdoor air conditioner 100 does not necessarily include a water receiving container.
For example, it is also possible to provide: the dew condensation water collected in the first partition plate 17 functioning as a water receiving tray disposed below the use side heat exchanger 3 is discharged to the outside of the casing 10 through a drain hose or the like not shown. For example, the water may be discharged to the bottom of the outdoor air conditioner 100 by a configuration in which one end of the water discharge hose is connected to the lower side of an opening, not shown, formed so as to vertically penetrate through the vicinity of the corner of the first partition plate 17, and the other end of the water discharge hose is connected to an opening, not shown, formed so as to vertically penetrate through the bottom plate 12.
Further, it is also possible to provide: the dew condensation water captured in the third dividing plate 15 functioning as a drain pan disposed below the heat source side heat exchanger 6 is discharged to the outside of the casing 10 through a drain hose or the like.
Here, the drainage path of the dew condensation water generated in the use side heat exchanger 3 and the drainage path of the dew condensation water generated in the heat source side heat exchanger 6 may be provided separately or may be provided so as to merge from the middle.
Further, the heat-source-side gas-side communication pipe 51, the heat-source-side liquid-side communication pipe 52, the use-side gas-side communication pipe 53, the use-side liquid-side communication pipe 54, the first heat-source-side gas branch pipe 64, the second heat-source-side gas branch pipe 65, the first heat-source-side liquid branch pipe 66, the second heat-source-side liquid branch pipe 67, the first use-side gas branch pipe 34, the second use-side gas branch pipe 35, the first use-side liquid branch pipe 36, the second use-side liquid branch pipe 37, the heat-source-side tube plate 63, the use-side tube plate 33, and the communication line 71, which are connected to the above-described respective communication pipes, are collectively arranged in the space of the corner portion 25d, whereby the spaces of the corner portions 25a to 25c other than the. Therefore, the space of the corner portions 25a to 25c can be used as the arrangement space of other components, and the arrangement space of the drainage hose for discharging the dew condensation water generated in the use side heat exchanger 3 and/or the drainage hose for discharging the dew condensation water generated in the heat source side heat exchanger 6 as described above can also be used.
While the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above, it should be understood that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure as set forth in the appended claims.
