Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a view showing an example of a cigarette insertion holder.
Referring to fig. 1, a cigarette 2 may be inserted into a holder 1. When the cigarette 2 is inserted, the heater 130 is located inside the cigarette 2. Accordingly, the heated heater 130 heats the aerosol-generating material of the cigarette 2, thereby generating an aerosol.
The cigarette 2 may have a shape similar to a conventional combustion type cigarette. For example, the cigarette 2 may be divided into a first portion 140 containing aerosol-generating material and a second portion 150 having a filter or the like.
The first portion 140 is integrally inserted into the inside of the holder 1, and the second portion 150 may be exposed to the outside. Alternatively, only a part of the first portion 140 may be inserted into the holder 1, or a part of the first portion 140 and the second portion 150 may be inserted.
The user may inhale the aerosol while holding the second portion 150 in the mouth. At this time, by passing the external air through the first portion 140, an aerosol is generated, and the generated aerosol is transferred to the user's mouth via the second portion 150.
The external air may flow in through at least one air passage formed on the holder 1. Alternatively, the external air may also flow in through at least one hole (hole) formed in the surface of the cigarette 2.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing an example of a cigarette.
Referring to fig. 2, the cigarette 2 includes a tobacco rod 210, a first filter segment 221, a cooling structure 222, and a second filter segment 223. The first portion, described with reference to fig. 1, includes a tobacco rod 210, and the second portion includes a first filter segment 221, a cooling structure 222, and a second filter segment 223.
Referring to fig. 2, the cigarettes 2 may be wrapped with wrappers 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236. For example, the tobacco rod 210 is wrapped with a first wrapper 231 and the first filter segment 221 is wrapped with a second wrapper 232. In addition, the cooling structure 222 is wrapped with a third wrapper 233, and the second filter stage 223 is wrapped with a fourth wrapper 234.
The fifth wrapper 235 may enclose the outer contours of the first wrapper 231, the second wrapper 232, and the third wrapper 233. In other words, the tobacco rod 210, the first filter segment 221, and the cooling structure 222 of the cigarette 2 may be repackaged by the fifth wrapper 235. In addition, the sixth wrapper 236 may enclose at least a portion of the fifth wrapper 235 and the outline of the fourth wrapper 234. In other words, at least a portion of the cooling structure 222 of the cigarette 2 and the second filter segment 223 may be repackaged by the sixth wrapper 236.
The first wrapper 231, the second wrapper 232, the fifth wrapper 235, and the sixth wrapper 236 may be made of plain roll paper. For example, the first wrapper 231, the second wrapper 232, the fifth wrapper 235, and the sixth wrapper 236 may be porous roll paper or nonporous roll paper. For example, the first wrapper 231 may have a thickness of about 61 μm, the air porosity may be about 15CU, the second wrapper 232 may have a thickness of about 63 μm, and the air porosity may be about 15CU, but is not limited thereto. In addition, the fifth wrapper 235 may have a thickness of about 66 μm, the air porosity may be about 10CU, the sixth wrapper 236 may have a thickness of 66 μm, and the air porosity may be about 17CU, but is not limited thereto.
In addition, the inner side of the first wrapper 231 and/or the second wrapper 232 may further include aluminum foil.
The third wrapper 233 and the fourth wrapper 234 may be made of hard roll paper. For example, the third wrapper 233 may have a thickness of about 158 μm, the air porosity may be about 33CU, the fourth wrapper 234 may have a thickness of about 155 μm, and the air porosity may be about 46CU, but is not limited thereto.
The fifth wrapper 235 and the sixth wrapper 236 may have a predetermined substance added thereto. Here, the predetermined substance may be, for example, silicone resin, but is not limited thereto. For example. The silicone resin has the following characteristics: heat resistance, i.e., little change with temperature change; oxidation resistance, i.e., not oxidized; resistance to various drugs; water repellency to water, electrical insulation, and the like. However, even if not a silicone resin, the fifth wrapping paper 235 and the sixth wrapping paper 236 may be coated (or smeared) without limitation as long as the substance has the above-described characteristics.
The fifth wrapper 235 and the sixth wrapper 236 prevent the burning phenomenon of the cigarettes 2. For example, if the tobacco rod 210 is heated by the heater 130, the cigarette 2 may burn. Specifically, when the temperature rises above the combustion point of any one of the substances contained in the tobacco rod 210, the cigarette 2 may burn. Even in this case, since the fifth wrapping paper 235 and the sixth wrapping paper 236 contain the incombustible matter, the phenomenon of burning of the cigarettes 2 can be prevented.
In addition, the fifth wrapper 235 can prevent the holder 1 from being contaminated by the substances generated in the cigarettes 2. By the user's suction, a liquid substance may be produced within the cigarette 2. For example, the aerosol generated in the cigarette 2 is cooled by the outside air, so that a liquid substance (for example, moisture or the like) can be generated. Since the tobacco rod 210 and/or the first filter segment 221 are wrapped with the fifth wrapper 235, the liquid substances generated in the cigarettes 2 can be prevented from leaking to the outside of the cigarettes 2. Therefore, the inside of the holder 1 can be prevented from being contaminated by the liquid substances generated in the cigarettes 2.
The diameter of the cigarette 2 may be in the range of 5mm to 9mm and the length may be about 48mm, but is not limited thereto. For example, the length of the tobacco rod 210 may be about 12mm, the length of the first filter segment 221 may be about 10mm, the length of the cooling structure 222 may be about 14mm, and the length of the second filter segment 223 may be about 12mm, but is not limited thereto.
The structure of the cigarette 2 shown in fig. 2 is merely an example, and a part of the structure may be omitted. For example, one or more of the first filter segment 221, the cooling structure 222, and the second filter segment 223 in the cigarette 2 may be omitted.
The tobacco rod 210 contains an aerosol-generating substance. For example, the aerosol-generating substance may comprise at least one of glycerol, propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, tetraethylene glycol, and oleyl alcohol.
In addition, the tobacco rod 210 may include other additives such as flavoring agents, humectants, and/or organic acids (organic acids). For example, the flavoring agent may include licorice, sucrose, fructose syrup, ISO sweetener (isosweet), cocoa, lavender, cinnamon, cardamon, celery, fenugreek, bitter skin, sandalwood, bergamot, geranium, honey essence, rose oil, vanilla, lemon oil, orange oil, peppermint oil, cinnamon, caraway, coriander brandy, jasmine, chamomile, menthol, ylang, sage, spearmint, ginger, caraway, or coffee, and the like. In addition, the humectant may include glycerin or propylene glycol, and the like.
As an example, the tobacco rod 210 may be filled with reconstituted tobacco sheets (reconstituent tobacco sheet).
As another example, the tobacco rod 210 may be filled with tobacco. Here, the tobacco leaf may be produced by cutting reconstituted tobacco sheet into fine pieces.
As another example, the tobacco rod 210 may be filled with a plurality of tobacco filaments obtained by cutting reconstituted tobacco sheets. For example, the tobacco rod 210 may be composed of multiple tobacco filaments in the same direction (parallel) or randomly.
For example, reconstituted tobacco sheets can be manufactured by the following process. First, a tobacco raw material is pulverized to prepare a slurry in which an aerosol-generating substance (for example, glycerin, propylene glycol, or the like), a flavoring liquid, a binder (for example, guar gum, xanthan gum, carboxymethyl cellulose (Carboxymethyl cellulose, CMC), or the like), water, or the like is mixed, and then a reconstituted tobacco sheet is formed from the slurry. In making the slurry, natural pulp or cellulose may be added and more than one binder may be mixed and used. Alternatively, the dried reconstituted tobacco sheet may be cut into strips or fine cut to produce tobacco shreds.
The tobacco material may be tobacco leaf fragments, tobacco stems and/or tobacco fines produced during processing of tobacco. In addition, the reconstituted tobacco sheet may contain other additives such as wood cellulose fibers.
5% to 40% aerosol-generating substance may be added to the slurry, and 2% to 35% aerosol-generating substance may remain in the reconstituted tobacco sheet. Preferably, 5% to 30% of the aerosol-generating substance may remain in the reconstituted tobacco sheet.
In addition, a flavoring liquid such as menthol or humectant may be added to the center of the tobacco rod 210 by spraying before the tobacco rod 210 is wrapped by the first wrapper 231.
The first filter segment 221 may be a cellulose acetate filter. For example, the first filter segment 221 may be a tubular structure that is hollow inside. The length of the first filter stage 221 may be an appropriate length in the range of 4mm to 30mm, but is not limited thereto. Preferably, the length of the first filter stage 221 may be 10mm, but is not limited thereto.
The diameter of the hollow included in the first filter stage 221 may be suitably in the range of 2mm to 4.5mm, but is not limited thereto.
In manufacturing the first filter stage 221, the hardness of the first filter stage 221 may be adjusted by adjusting the content of the plasticizer.
In addition, the first filter segment 221 may be manufactured by inserting a structure of a membrane, a tube, or the like of the same or different materials inside (e.g., hollow).
The first filter stage 221 may be manufactured using cellulose acetate. Thus, when the heater 130 is inserted, the phenomenon of pushing back the internal substance of the tobacco rod 210 can be prevented, and the cooling effect of the aerosol can be generated.
The cooling structure 222 cools the aerosol generated by heating the tobacco rod 210 by the heater 130. Thus, the user can inhale the aerosol cooled to an appropriate temperature.
The length or diameter of the cooling structure 222 may be determined in various ways depending on the shape of the cigarette 2. For example, the length of the cooling structure 222 may be suitably employed in the range of 7mm to 20 mm. Preferably, the length of the cooling structure 222 may be about 14mm, but is not limited thereto.
The cooling structure 222 may be made by weaving polymer fibers. At this time, a perfuming liquid may be applied to the fibers made of the polymer. Alternatively, the cooling structure 222 may be made by weaving separate fibers coated with a perfuming liquid and fibers made of a polymer at the same time.
Alternatively, the cooling structure 222 may be formed from a rolled polymer sheet.
The polymer may be made of a material selected from the group consisting of Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polylactic acid (PLA), cellulose Acetate (CA), and aluminum foil.
The cooling structure 222 is formed by woven polymer fibers or crimped sheets, so the cooling structure 222 may include single or multiple channels extending longitudinally. Here, a channel refers to a passage through which a gas (e.g., air or aerosol) passes.
For example, the cooling structure 222, which is comprised of a rolled polymer sheet, may be formed from a material having a thickness of between about 5 μm and about 300 μm, for example, between about 10 μm and about 250 μm. Additionally, the entire surface area of the cooling structure 222 may be about 300mm 2 /mm and about 1000mm 2 Between/mm. In addition, the aerosol-cooling element may pass a specific surface area of about 10mm 2 /mg and about 100mm 2 Between/mg of material.
Alternatively, the cooling structure 222 may include threads (threads) containing volatile fragrance components. Here, the volatile flavor component may be menthol, but is not limited thereto. For example, to provide more than 1.5mg of menthol to the cooling structure 222, the filaments may be filled with a sufficient amount of menthol.
The second filter segment 223 may be a cellulose acetate filter. The length of the second filter stage 223 may suitably be in the range 4mm to 20 mm. For example, the length of the second filter stage 223 may be about 12mm, but is not limited thereto.
During the manufacture of the second filter stage 223, it may also be manufactured to spray the perfuming liquid onto the second filter stage 223 so as to generate the fragrance. Alternatively, separate fibers coated with a flavoring liquid may be inserted into the interior of the second filter stage 223. The aerosol generated in the tobacco rod 210 is cooled by the cooling structure 222 and the cooled aerosol is delivered to the user through the second filter segment 223. Thus, the addition of the perfuming element to the second filter stage 223 has the effect of increasing the persistence of the fragrance delivered to the user.
Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a cigarette including a corrugated inner wrapper according to one embodiment.
Referring to fig. 3, a cigarette 300 may include a tobacco rod 310, a support segment 320, a cooling segment 330, and a mouthpiece 340. However, this is merely an example, and the cigarette 300 may include other structures in addition to the structures (310 to 340) shown in fig. 3, or a part of the structures (310 to 340) shown in fig. 3 may be omitted.
In an embodiment, the support segment 320 may be located at the downstream end of the tobacco rod 310, the cooling segment 330 may be located at the downstream end of the support segment 320, and the mouthpiece 340 may be located at the downstream end of the cooling segment 330, however, the configuration of the plurality of segments making up the cigarette 300 is not limited thereto.
The tobacco rod 310 may be made from tobacco sheets (sheets) or from tobacco strands (strands). In addition, the tobacco rod 310 may be made by cutting fine tobacco leaves. The tobacco rod 310 may have a cylindrical shape that may produce smoke and/or aerosol when the tobacco rod 310 is heated.
The tobacco rod 310 may contain an aerosol-generating substance, a flavoring agent, a humectant, and/or an additive substance such as an organic acid (organic acid), a flavoring liquid such as peppermint, or a humectant, but is not limited thereto.
The support section 320 may be a cellulose acetate filter. For example, the support section 320 may be an internally hollow tubular structure. The length of the support section 320 may be an appropriate length in the range of 4mm to 30mm, but is not limited thereto. Preferably, the length of the support section 320 may be 10mm, but is not limited thereto.
The hollow included in the support section 320 may have a suitable diameter in the range of 3mm to 4.5mm, but is not limited thereto. In manufacturing the support section 320, the hardness of the support section 320 may be adjusted by adjusting the content of the plasticizer.
To prevent the size of the support section 320 from decreasing with time, the outer periphery of the support section 320 may be wrapped with wrapping paper. Thus, the support segments 320 may be easily engaged with other structures.
In addition, the support section 320 may be manufactured by inserting a structure of a film, a tube, or the like of the same or different materials inside (e.g., hollow).
The cooling section 330 cools the aerosol generated by heating the tobacco rod 310 by the heater. Accordingly, the user can inhale the aerosol cooled to an appropriate temperature when inhaling the cigarette 300.
The length or diameter of the cooling section 330 may be determined in various ways depending on the shape of the cigarette 300. For example, the length of the cooling section 330 may be suitably employed in the range of 7mm to 30 mm. Preferably, the length of the cooling section 330 may be about 14mm, but is not limited thereto.
The cooling section 330 may be made of pure polylactic acid, or may be made by combining other degradable polymers with polylactic acid. For example, the cooling section 330 may be made by extrusion or by weaving of fibers. To increase the surface area per unit area (i.e., the surface area in contact with the aerosol), the cooling section 330 may be fabricated in various shapes.
For example, the cooling section 330 may be made by weaving fibers made of polylactic acid. In this case, the fibers made of polylactic acid may be coated with the perfuming liquid. Alternatively, the cooling section 330 is made by using separate fibers coated with a perfuming liquid together with fibers made of polylactic acid.
The mouthpiece 340 may be a cellulose acetate filter. For example, the mouthpiece 340 may be made of a recess filter, but is not limited thereto. The length of the mouthpiece 340 may be suitably employed in the range of 4mm to 30 mm. For example, the length of the mouthpiece 340 may be about 12mm, but is not limited thereto.
In the process of making the mouthpiece 340, the flavoring may be made by spraying a flavoring liquid onto the mouthpiece 340. Alternatively, separate fibers coated with a flavoring may be inserted into the interior of the mouthpiece 340. The aerosol generated by the heating of the tobacco rod 310 is cooled by the cooling section 330 and the cooled aerosol is delivered to the user through the mouthpiece 340. Therefore, when the flavoring element is added to the mouthpiece 340, the effect of enhancing the durability of the flavor transmitted to the user can be obtained. Additionally, the mouthpiece 340 may include at least one capsule. Here, the capsule may be a structure in which a liquid containing a perfume is encapsulated with a coating. For example, the capsule may have a spherical or cylindrical shape.
In one embodiment, the tobacco rod 310, support segment 320, cooling segment 330, and mouthpiece 340 may be wrapped with separate wrappers. In addition, the entire cigarette 300 may be double wrapped with another wrapper around the periphery of the wrapper that respectively wraps the tobacco rod 310, the support segment 320, the cooling segment 330, and the mouthpiece 340. However, the manner in which the cigarettes 300 and the portions constituting the cigarettes 300 are wrapped by the wrapping paper is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 3, the mouthpiece 340 may be double wrapped. Specifically, the cellulose acetate 341 of the mouthpiece 340 may be wrapped with the corrugated inner wrapper 342, and the corrugated inner wrapper 342 may be wrapped with the outer wrapper 343.
Due to the corrugation of the corrugated inner wrapper 342, a passage 344 for the aerosol to move can be formed between the corrugated inner wrapper 342 and the outer wrapper 343 wrapping it. That is, due to the corrugated inner wrapper 342, a channel 344 for aerosol movement may be formed around the circumferential surface of the mouthpiece 340.
As the tobacco rod 310 is heated, the generated aerosol is delivered to the user through the multiple segments (e.g., the support segment 320, the cooling segment 330, and the mouthpiece 340) in sequence. When a user inhales the cigarette 300, aerosol may not be sufficiently delivered to the user due to inhalation Resistance (RTD) caused by the various segments constituting the cigarette 300. According to the present invention, a passage 344 is formed between the corrugated inner wrapper 342 wrapping the cellulose acetate 341 of the mouthpiece 340 and the outer wrapper 343 wrapping the corrugated inner wrapper 342, and the aerosol is transferred to the user through the passage 344, so that the transfer amount of the aerosol can be increased.
In one embodiment, the width between the corrugations of corrugated inner wrapper 342 may be 0.1mm to 5mm and the depth of the corrugations may be 0.1mm to 5mm. Preferably, the width between the corrugations of the corrugated inner wrapper 342 may be 1mm to 3mm and the depth of the corrugations may be 0.3mm to 1mm.
In addition, the corrugation of the corrugated inner wrap 342 may be formed by embossing rollers. The width between the corrugations of the corrugated inner wrap 342, the depth of the corrugations, and the like may be changed according to the width between the concavo-convex portions of the platen roller, the depth of the concavo-convex portions, the platen strength, and the like.
Further, the outer wrapper 343 wraps only the mouthpiece 340 or, in addition to wrapping the mouthpiece 340, at least one other segment (e.g., the cooling segment 330) comprising the cigarette 300 so that the mouthpiece 340 may be joined with the other segment.
Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view of a mouthpiece including corrugated inner wrapper according to an embodiment.
Referring to fig. 4, the mouthpiece 400 may include cellulose acetate 410, corrugated inner wrap 420, and outer wrap 430. As shown in fig. 4, the corrugated inner wrap 420 may wrap the cellulose acetate 410 in a state of wrapping around the periphery of the cellulose acetate 410. Further, the corrugated inner wrapper 420 is wrapped with the outer wrapper 430, whereby the mouthpiece 400 can be double wrapped.
Due to the corrugation of the corrugated inner wrapper 420, a path for the aerosol to move can be formed between the corrugated inner wrapper 420 and the outer wrapper 430 which wraps it. That is, due to the corrugated inner wrapper 420, a channel for aerosol movement may be formed around the circumferential surface of the mouthpiece 400.
That is, when the aerosol-generating substance is heated, the generated aerosol is transmitted to the user not only through the passage inside the cellulose acetate 410 but also through the passage formed between the corrugated inner wrap 420 and the outer wrap 430, so that the amount of transmission of the aerosol can be increased.
The corrugations of the corrugated inner wrapper 420 may be formed by embossing rollers, and the width 421 between the corrugations and the depth 422 of the corrugations may be determined according to the width between the concave-convex portions of the embossing rollers, the depth of the concave-convex portions, the embossing strength, etc.
In one embodiment, the width 421 between the corrugations of the corrugated inner wrapper 420 may be 0.1mm to 5mm and the depth 422 of the corrugations may be 0.1mm to 5mm. Preferably, the width 421 between the corrugations of the corrugated inner wrapper 420 may be 1mm to 3mm and the depth 422 of the corrugations may be 0.3mm to 1mm.
Further, the cross section of the corrugations of the corrugated inner wrapper 420 is not limited to the example shown in fig. 4. The cross-section of the corrugations of the corrugated inner wrapper 420 may be semi-circular and polygonal, such as triangular, quadrilateral, trapezoidal.
Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a cigarette including a cooling section formed with perforations according to an embodiment.
Referring to fig. 5, a cigarette 500 may include a tobacco rod 510, a support segment 520, a cooling segment 530, and a mouthpiece 540. This is merely an example, however, and the cigarette 500 may include other structures in addition to the structures (510 to 540) shown in fig. 5, or some of the structures (510 to 540) shown in fig. 5 may be omitted.
Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, the description repeated with fig. 3 will be omitted.
Perforations 531 may be formed in at least a portion of the cooling section 530. In an embodiment, perforations 531 may be formed at locations 5mm to 25mm, preferably 15mm to 20mm, apart in an upstream direction from the downstream end of cooling section 530. In addition, the perforation 531 may be composed of 4 to 10 holes (holes), for example, the perforation 531 may be composed of 4, 6, or 8 holes. However, the positions of the perforations 531 and the number of holes constituting the perforations 531 are not limited thereto.
When a user inhales the cigarette 500, external air may flow into the interior of the cooling segment 530 through the perforations 531 and move toward the mouthpiece 540. The air flowing in from the outside through the perforation 531 may be converged with the air flowing in from the end of the tobacco rod 510.
Part of the air flowing from the outside through the perforation 531 is transmitted to the user through the passage formed inside the cellulose acetate of the mouthpiece 540, and the other part may be transmitted to the user through the passage formed between the corrugated wrapping paper and the outer wrapping paper inside the mouthpiece 540.
When the user inhales the cigarette 500, in addition to the air flowing from the end of the tobacco rod 510 being transferred to the user, the air flowing through the perforations 531 of the cooling section 530 is also transferred to the user, so that the transfer amount of aerosol can be increased.
Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a cigarette including a corrugated inner wrapper according to an embodiment.
Referring to fig. 6, a cigarette 600 may include a tobacco rod 610, a first support segment 620, a second support segment 630, and a mouthpiece 640. This is merely an example, however, and the cigarette 600 may include other structures in addition to the structures (610 to 640) shown in fig. 6, or some of the structures (610 to 640) shown in fig. 6 may be omitted.
Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, the description repeated with fig. 3 will be omitted.
In an embodiment, the first support segment 620 may be located at the downstream end of the tobacco rod 610, the second support segment 630 may be located at the downstream end of the first support segment 620, the mouthpiece 640 may be located at the downstream end of the second support segment 630, and the configuration of the multiple segments comprising the cigarette 600 is not limited thereto.
The first support section 620 and the second support section 630 may be tubular structures that are hollow in the interior. The second support section 630 may have an inner diameter that is greater than the inner diameter of the first support section 620. In one embodiment, the first support section 620 may have a diameter of 7mm to 9mm and an inner diameter of about 2.0mm to 4.5mm. The second support section 630 may have a diameter of 7mm to 9mm and an inner diameter of about 3.0mm to 5.5mm, for example, 4.0mm.
Since the inner diameter of the second support section 630 is greater than the inner diameter of the first support section 620, the hollow air passing through the first support section 620 may flow into the hollow of the second support section 630 and diffuse. The deviation of the air moving from the hollow of the first support section 620 to the hollow of the second support section 630 and diffusing in the downstream direction of the cigarette 600 is reduced, so that the contact area and contact time with the external air flowing in through the perforations 631 can be increased. Therefore, the cooling effect can be improved.
Perforations 631 may be formed in at least a portion of the second support segment 630. The hollow inside the second support section 630 may be surrounded by a wall composed of cellulose acetate, and the perforations 631 may be formed in the wall composed of cellulose acetate.
In an embodiment, the perforations 631 may be formed at locations 5mm to 25mm, preferably 15mm to 20mm, apart in an upstream direction from the downstream end of the second support section 630. In addition, the perforations 631 may be composed of 4 to 10 holes (holes), for example, the perforations 631 may be composed of 4, 6, or 8 holes. However, the positions of the perforations 631 and the number of holes constituting the perforations 631 are not limited thereto.
When a user inhales the cigarette 600, external air may flow into the hollow of the second support segment 630 through the perforations 631 and move toward the mouthpiece 640. The air flowing in from the outside through the perforations 631 may be converged with the air flowing in from the end of the tobacco rod 610.
A part of the air flowing from the outside through the perforations 631 is transmitted to the user through the channel formed inside the cellulose acetate of the mouthpiece 640, and the other part may be transmitted to the user through the channel formed between the corrugated wrapping paper and the outer wrapping paper inside the mouthpiece 640.
When the user inhales the cigarette 600, in addition to the air flowing from the end of the tobacco rod 610 being transferred to the user, the air flowing through the perforations 631 of the second support segment 630 is also transferred to the user, so that the transfer amount of aerosol can be increased.
It will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art to which the present embodiment relates that the present invention may be implemented in modified forms without departing from the essential characteristics described above. Accordingly, the disclosed methods should not be considered in a limiting sense, but rather in an illustrative sense.
