However, the length of the stripped insulation skin of the existing wire stripper cannot be controlled, if the stripped insulation skin is too long, the conductor part of the wire is exposed outside during wiring, the wire is easy to conduct, and potential safety hazards exist; if the stripping length is too short, the screw is easy to press the insulating skin when the screw is used for pressing, and the conductive effect is influenced.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the wire stripper for line installation and maintenance includes, in addition to a clamp handle 1 and a pressure spring 2, a shearing mechanism 4 and a clamping mechanism 3, where the shearing mechanism 4 is responsible for shearing an insulating sheath on an outer layer of a wire, and the clamping mechanism 3 is responsible for stripping the sheared insulating sheath, so that the shearing mechanism 4 includes an upper shear port 41 and a lower shear port 42, the clamping mechanism 3 includes an upper pressing block 31 and a lower pressing block 32, a positioning cylinder is fixedly mounted on the upper pressing block 31 or the lower pressing block 32 through a bending plate 5, and in a use process, a cylinder port of the positioning cylinder faces a central position when the upper shear port 41 and the lower shear port 42 are engaged, that is, the central position of the sheared wire. The wire stripper for line installation and maintenance comprises a shearing mechanism (4) and a clamping mechanism (3), wherein the shearing mechanism (4) comprises an upper cut (41) and a lower cut (42), and the clamping mechanism (3) comprises an upper pressing block (31) and a lower pressing block (32), and is characterized in that a positioning cylinder is arranged on the upper pressing block (31) or the lower pressing block (32), and the cylinder opening of the positioning cylinder is opposite to the center position of the upper cut (41) and the lower cut (42) when being occluded.
