At present, in a transformer substation, a 10kV load outgoing line mostly adopts a middle handcart type switch cabinet, for a transformer operation and maintenance worker, when some switching operation tasks are performed on the middle handcart type switch cabinet, for example, when a bus is turned to be repaired, a ground wire needs to be sealed and hung in a bus coupler (i.e., bus connection), a PT (i.e., voltage transformer) interval or a possible incoming side interval, and for safety and cautious consideration, the ground wire (i.e., ground wire) generally needs to be sealed and hung on static contacts at two sides of an upper opening and a lower opening of the bus coupler or the bus coupler trolley interval (specifically, depending on the situation, a baffle of the static contact needs to be opened before the static contact is sealed and hung), but the existing matched grounding trolley generally can only seal and hang the ground wire on the static contact at the bus side, cannot seal and hang the ground wire on the upper static contact and the lower static contact simultaneously, and cannot meet the requirements of the operation and.
In addition, the appearance of the existing matched grounding trolley is similar to that of a matched common switch trolley on a middle handcart type switch cabinet, and the grounding trolley can be mistaken for the switch trolley, so that the problem that the bus side is sealed is omitted, and danger is caused during power transmission.
Therefore, at present, many power transformation operation and maintenance personnel do not use the existing matched grounding trolley in the bus transfer maintenance work, but use a manual mode (by means of a common tool) to seal and hang the ground wires on the two sides of the upper and lower openings at intervals of the female connection switch or the female connection disconnecting link trolley, so that in the specific operation, two people manually use the insulating rods to respectively correspondingly push the operating rods of the upper and lower fixed contact baffles of the middle handcart type switch cabinet, and simultaneously symmetrically and uniformly exert force to normally open the baffles of the upper and lower fixed contacts in the switch cabinet body, and after the baffle is opened, a third person needs to be equipped to test electricity and carry out the operation of sealing and hanging the ground wires on the upper and lower opening fixed contacts, so that the operation is strictly speaking completed by the combination of four operation and maintenance personnel, thereby greatly wasting manpower and being very inconvenient, and the situation is contradictory to the situation that only 2 operation and maintenance personnel (1 guardian and 1 operator) are generally arranged during normal switching operation.
