Meanwhile, whether the production order is detachable or not is detected, if yes, the production order is detached into a plurality of production task lists according to the product processing process flow, then an operation production scheduling list is generated according to the production task lists and the product processing process which is bound in advance, and then the operation production scheduling list is sent to the corresponding product processing station to be processed, so that the order processing efficiency is guaranteed, and progress control is facilitated for the processing link.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a block diagram of a real-time station flow tracking module in a first embodiment of the PMC information management system according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the workstation process real-time tracking module 20 in this embodiment at least includes: an attendance unit 201 and a performance assessment unit 202;
the attendance checking unit 201 is used for acquiring attendance check-in time and attendance check-out time corresponding to the employee account number pre-bound to each processing station, and generating employee attendance check-in time information according to the attendance check-in time and the attendance check-out time; acquiring the starting time, the stopping time and the actual product production quantity of a station processing machine corresponding to each processing station, and generating the operation information of the station processing machine according to the starting time, the stopping time and the actual product production quantity; and generating an employee attendance report of the employee corresponding to the employee account according to the employee attendance time information and the station processing machine operation information.
It should be understood that, for the employee, the work post of the employee is generally fixed, and in order to facilitate attendance management for the employee, in this embodiment, the job number or account of the employee may be bound with the corresponding processing station in advance. Some machines for processing stations in actual production are operated automatically, and some machines are operated manually, and the difference between the two is as follows: the productivity of the automatic operation machine is basically not greatly different within the same operation time, so that the starting time and the stopping time of the machine can be adopted for the stations to perform performance assessment on the staff; however, the manual work stations can cause the idle behavior of individual employees if the employees are assessed in the former timing mode due to the strong subjectivity of the employees, so the employees can be assessed in a piece counting mode, namely according to the actual product production quantity. Therefore, different assessment modes can be configured according to the types of the processing stations (such as automatic processing and semi-automatic/manual processing), so that the accuracy and fairness of performance assessment are ensured.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the performance assessment unit 202 is further configured to read the work attendance time information of the employee and the operation information of the station processing machine from the employee attendance report according to the employee account; determining the daily working time of the staff according to the on-duty and off-duty time information, and acquiring a first performance assessment result according to the daily working time of the staff; reading the starting time, the stopping time and the actual product production quantity from the operating information of the station processing machine, and determining the specified product production quantity of the station processing machine according to the starting time and the stopping time; determining a second performance assessment result according to the actual product production quantity and the specified product production quantity; and determining a final performance assessment result according to the first performance assessment result and the second performance assessment result.
It should be understood that the staff can only indicate that he is on duty on time, but the actual work performance needs to be determined according to the work result. Therefore, the embodiment can determine the specified product production quantity of the station processing machine according to the starting time and the stopping time, then determine the second performance assessment result according to the actual product production quantity and the specified product production quantity, and then comprehensively consider the first performance assessment result and the second performance assessment result so as to determine the final performance assessment result. Specifically, corresponding weight values can be determined for different assessment results, then the corresponding assessment results are weighted and summed according to the weight values, and then the weighted and summed result is used as a final performance assessment result.
The method comprises the steps that a first performance assessment result is obtained according to the daily working time of an employee; determining a second performance assessment result according to the actual product production quantity and the specified product production quantity; and then, a final performance assessment result is determined through the first performance assessment result and the second performance assessment result, and compared with the existing mode of performing performance assessment only according to the working time, the accuracy and the authenticity of the assessment result can be ensured.

Claims (10)

1. A PMC information management system, characterized in that the PMC information management system includes at least: the system comprises an information office and internet of things management module, a station flow real-time tracking module and an industry electronic map popularization and display module;
the information office and Internet of things management module is used for acquiring a production order imported by a user and editing a product processing process flow according to the production order;
the informatization office and Internet of things management module is also used for splitting the production order into a plurality of production task lists according to the edited product processing technological process and sending the production task lists to corresponding product processing stations for processing;
the work station flow real-time tracking module is used for acquiring the work attendance information of the staff corresponding to each processing work station and the work station processing machine operation information, and generating a staff attendance report according to the work attendance information of the staff and the work station processing machine operation information;
the station flow real-time tracking module is also used for performing performance assessment on the corresponding staff according to the staff attendance report and outputting a performance assessment result;
and the industry electronic map popularization and display module is used for displaying enterprise detailed information and overall supply chain detailed information corresponding to the enterprise query request in an electronic map mode when receiving the enterprise query request input by a system registration user.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the informatization office and internet of things management module comprises: an order management unit;
the order management unit is used for acquiring a production order imported by a user and determining a product bill of materials according to the production order;
the order management unit is also used for determining a product material code according to the product material list and determining a material processing working section corresponding to the product material according to the product material code;
and the order management unit is also used for determining a product processing process flow according to the material processing section.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the informatization office and internet of things management module further comprises: a scheduling management unit;
the scheduling management unit is used for detecting whether the production order is detachable or not, and if so, the production order is detached into a plurality of production task lists according to the product processing technological process;
the scheduling management unit is also used for generating an operation scheduling list according to the production task list and a pre-bound product processing technology;
and the scheduling management unit is also used for issuing the operation scheduling list to the corresponding product processing station for processing.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the workflow real-time tracking module comprises: an attendance checking unit;
the attendance checking unit is used for acquiring attendance check-in time and attendance check-out time corresponding to the employee account number pre-bound to each processing station, and generating employee attendance check-in and attendance time information according to the attendance check-in time and the attendance check-out time;
the attendance checking unit is also used for acquiring the starting time, the stopping time and the actual product production quantity of the station processing machine corresponding to each processing station, and generating the operation information of the station processing machine according to the starting time, the stopping time and the actual product production quantity;
the attendance checking unit is also used for generating an employee attendance report of the employee corresponding to the employee account according to the employee attendance time information and the station processing machine operation information.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the workflow real-time tracking module comprises: a performance assessment unit;
the performance assessment unit is used for reading the work attendance information of the staff and the operation information of the station processing machine from the staff attendance report according to the staff account;
the performance assessment unit is also used for determining the daily working time of the staff according to the attendance time information and acquiring a first performance assessment result according to the daily working time of the staff;
the performance assessment unit is also used for reading the starting time, the stopping time and the actual product production quantity from the operating information of the station processing machine and determining the specified product production quantity of the station processing machine according to the starting time and the stopping time;
the performance assessment unit is also used for determining a second performance assessment result according to the actual product production quantity and the specified product production quantity;
the performance assessment unit is also used for determining a final performance assessment result according to the first performance assessment result and the second performance assessment result.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the industry electronic map promotion presentation module is configured to, when receiving an enterprise query request input by a system registration user, determine a type of an enterprise to be queried according to the enterprise query request;
the industry electronic map popularization and display module is also used for inquiring enterprises in a preset range according to the inquired enterprise types and displaying the enterprise detailed information and the whole supply chain detailed information of the searched enterprises in an electronic map mode.

The system of claim 6, wherein the industry electronic map promotion and presentation module is further configured to query enterprises within a preset range according to the queried enterprise types, and obtain GIS map coordinate information, enterprise operation range information, enterprise device product information, and production capacity introduction information of the enterprises;
the industry electronic map popularization and display module is also used for generating enterprise detailed information according to the GIS map coordinate information, the enterprise operation range information, the enterprise equipment product information and the production capacity information, and displaying the enterprise detailed information in an electronic map mode.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the industry electronic map promotion presentation module is further configured to obtain current location information of the user, and determine a current administrative area according to the current location information;
and the industry electronic map popularization and display module is also used for inquiring enterprises in a preset range according to the type of the inquired enterprises and the current administrative region.

The system of claim 7, wherein the industry electronic map promotion presentation module is further configured to, upon receiving a product production supply chain query request input by a user based on an electronic map, select a corresponding supply chain enterprise from the displayed enterprises, and generate and present detailed information of a corresponding overall supply chain according to the supply chain enterprise.

The system of claim 9, wherein the industry electronic map promotion presentation module is further configured to, upon receiving a product production supply chain query request input by a user based on an electronic map, search a pre-constructed enterprise archive database for a corresponding product production enterprise, and select a corresponding supply chain enterprise from the displayed enterprises according to the product production enterprise.
